Room is nice. Ventilation is not good. Bad sound proofing！We can hear the noise from the nightclub cross the street until 5am!

This hotel is well located but DO NOT stay here in the summer. The rooms are hot there’s NO air conditioning. The room was tiny and the table was not clean. I had to clean it up myself.

We were served by a helpful staff. The room was clean and well equipped. This was the first hotel where I didn't use my own shower gel. The windows closed out the street noises. The grand square restaurants and bars are 1 min by walk.

Been here on a business trip. Hotel is clean. Bathroom very tiny. Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection. Coffee was good (Nespresso). The location of the hotel is very good, all attractions in the city centre in walking distance. Three metro stations nearby.

Nice clean very close to the center and metro station and 12 minutes walk from the train. Cheap enough for its condition with moderate breakfast. Friently persons very clean warm rooms with big baths but small enough without refrigerator and pretty noisy most on Fridays and weekends because there is a bar right opposite with nice rock music and plenty of young people.

The location of the hotel is great. Within walking distance of everything. The rooms are a bit small but it is great value for money.

Value for money, convenient location, clean room. Really small water basin in the bathroom.

The staff are lovely and really friendly. But the place itself isn't great. My shower hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived and there was hair left on its walls. The hotel was extremely noisy at night, my room was on the fifth floor facing the street and the noise from passing cars and the bar across the road kept me awake. There was also a lot of banging through the hotel all night. The room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in and the bed was really uncomfortable.

The personal is just amazing, it deserves 5 stars. The rooms are tiny and badly maintained, but for this price you can't expect mutch.

Clean, good sized rooms, decent rate, and friendly knowledgeable staff. No heating or A/C in the rooms though. Great location to central Brussels, 5min to metro and 10min to a parking garage.

The location of this hotel was great and the staff very friendly.

Basic hotel with few amenities but very close to the centre and access to metro etc. Try not to get room 601 it's in the attic and is much smaller than the others.

Room was clean, receptors were nice and friendly (I like them a lot! ) but the hair dryer in my room is not working. Overall, it's a nice experience with them.

The hotel is very good, walk 5 minutes to the square near a lot of restaurants.

There is nothing wrong with the way this hotel looks, it's a pretty property and it's clean. The price was fine. It's indistinct and hard to see from the street. You can easily walk past it. If you're hoping for a good night's sleep, forget it. It's loud loud loud late into the night, and the beds are so hard. The staff is rude, unhelpful, uncaring and unknowledgeable. We had to go back down to the front desk because you have to use your key card to turn on the lights, it slides in the the switch and stays there. Never seen that before, would have been good information to pass on. The website also says there is a shuttle service to the airport which is a flat out lie. The woman at the desk when I checked in said she could arrange a taxi for me and it would be between 20 to 50 euros, she didn't know or care. She was too busy talking on her cell phone and smoking on the step outside. She didn't arrange the taxi service in any case, and lied to my face that she had. No one told me there is a 5 euro city tax fee when you check out either. They wouldn't add it to my bill to pay with a credit card. The hotel had no float to make change for a 20 either. I told the guy he'd better run and find change because I was leaving for the airport whether he liked it or not. I paid for breakfast but didn't get any and they refused to take anything off the bill. I would never ever stay there again. The location is great, but the staff fails this hotel completely.
