A very modern hotel near the center of Brussels. The décor is very accomplished and the hotel is very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff is very friendly. In the part of the entrance there is a hall where you can have a drink and chat quietly. Very good price.

Very well located in the center of Brussels and at the same time very quiet. They have free coffee and hot drinks for customers. The décor is very nice.

Very good location, close to all the interests of Brussels the rooms are nice and the pool rather a large Jacuzzi allows to relax at the end of the day, only small downside the breakfast room not very nice nevertheless we there we'll be happy to return.

Clean, neat and cozy room condition. Staff is so kind and nice. Location is perfect, not in a crowd area but very near to the main tourism sites. 5-10 min. To Royal Museum 5-10 min. To Petit Sablon 10 min. To Statue of the Pissying Boy The most pleasant thing was there are lots of fine restaurants around this hotel.

9Hotel Sablon isn't perfect — but at this price, it's definitely 5 stars for me. First, the location is pretty good. We arrived at Brussels Centraal train station and were able to walk to the hotel with our luggage — it only took 6 minutes. With regards to central Brussels, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, but there's lots to see right near the hotel, including the Royal Palace and two Notre Dame churches. I'm glad to be here closer to the train station rather than the city center, since I can walk to the latter easily without my luggage. The outside of the hotel is rather nondescript but inside it's as they say: an art shop meets a hotel. They were quick and friendly checking us in. The room was described as a "white cocoon"… which is rather comical… but somewhat accurate. All the important stuff is taken care of: the bed is very comfortable, room is quiet and clean, shower is good but not great (true ceiling waterfall but not quite enough pressure), and Air Conditioning is cool/strong/easily controllable in the room. The amenities include a pool and sauna which were nice… but the pool room smells rather strongly of chlorine, which made me decide to avoid it after a first use. Overall, given the moderate price, I strongly recommend this hotel.

A pleasant experience, though less clean than advertised.

We'Ve been very comfortable. Everything has been as promised. The room was clean and The breakfast was excellent. Very nice decor. Excellent location to explore the city on foot.

Good location. Helpful welcome. Very noisy rooms on the street. I had asked for twin beds but we had a double bed. The room reeked of tobacco and it was changed immediately. Basic Breakfast A modern and clean hotel but not a 4 star standard.

Super service. The free tea and coffee/cake in the lobby is a nice touch. Fantastic central location and extraordinarily helpful staff. Rooms were clean, crisp and nicely maintained. Would definitely visit and stay again.

Comfortable stay hidden from the crowd. Hotel is 10 minutes away from the Grand place. Beds are comfortable. Mini bar is empty apart from the 2 free bottle of water given every day. However there is some coffee and tea available. Breakfast choice is limited especially for Asian and middle East customer.

Beautiful space in a great neighbourhood. Quiet rooms. Bathroom has heated floors.

This hotel is just perfect me, the staff at the reception is really professional. Rooms are clean, cosy and well decorated. I feel like home when I am there. I will recommend your hotel to my friends, family and business partners. Keep your good job.

This hotel has a great bed but…. The heater cannot be managed by the user. Only reception can setup. Sorry but my confort is mine and I won't return again.

Staff does everything with a smile, good night's sleep, modern rooms. Breakfast could be more elaborate.

Ideally located (5 minutes walk from the Grand Place), this contemporary hotel offers a caring and caring welcome, spacious and comfortable room.
The icing on the cake, the sauna as well as the pool/jacuzzi are a real relaxing asset.
We'll be back!

Efficient and friendly, YSC room and very clean, excellent breakfast… very good Hotel!

The hotel of for if it would not be wicked because it is modern and the staff courteous but a 4 star can't not have the bidet, save on heating the pool water and not replenish until the last breakfast and give the milk powder… not counting the unpleasant EV Ento to have booked the taxi for a timetable and the evening boy ce l reserved for the next hour risking to lose the flight.

I Do not understand how a hotel like this can fail this Many times! I have booked it for a nice stay for my husband's birthday! First night we wanted to take a swim… No clean towels at the pool… Nice suprise when we wanted to take the lift and he didnt service our Floor, Because the button was broken (4the Floor). In the morning we could not shower Because there was no warm water and breakfast that was untill 10u30 was out off suplies at 9u40… When we complained Because we couldnt shower there was a very meager reaction off the staff! On the bill they gave 30€ discount off on 446€, the hotel looks nice but it is bullshit! You Pay a very high price for 2 star quality! After the terror Attacks of march 22 we were very happy to support brussels hotellerie… But this was a farce! Next time it Will be!

Under new management, this hotel is a stylish upgrade from the hotel that used to be here. Great design. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The hotel is on the pricier range compared to others in the area. I didn't not like the ground floor room. Way too much street noise.

It has very little variety in toasted breakfast, coffee, juice of Orange and some buns, but nothing of continental breakfast (eggs, sausages, fiabre,. )
It is quite old, not to say old, because the furniture was old par tocreating environment, if that wasn't old.
I did not like us.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the city center. Employees are very nice. Most of them speak spanish, so it's very recommendable for spaniards.

Too hot for the summer. But it's clear and good location.
