Nice hotel, located just below the citadel of Namur.
We stayed there the night and had breakfast. The room is not the most luxurious but still ok and clean! Lunch is a buffet big enough to find happiness.
You can access the casino via the hotel directly so maybe nice for gaming enthusiasts.
I'll definitely go back!

Terrible… I don't know why this Hotel have a stars… I'm glad we stay just for one night. We stay in the 2nd floor I don't now why the first floor room looks completely different (better) anyway. First from the reception a bad face attitude from this lady, our room was awful. Super hot… no AC… tiny fan and makes a lot of noises (old fashion one) we have to turn it off because was. Impossible. Sleep with the noise. A lot of noises from our neighbours all night you can hear everything and every single door open and close at night/early times. We had a bad sleep. Bathroom was old and a dirty signs of not cleaning properly. (We found a small ants around) Tiny TV and well… breakfast wasn't the best as well. We definitely not recommend this place and we will definitely not coming back.

It's a value for money hotel above the casino. We'll. Placed for the town centre but if you want to eat, try Le 500 across the bridge, fantastic steaks. Rooms are clean & tidy but basic, however given the price are good. Our room also had a new Dyson hot/cool, much needed at this time of year.

Dirty room. Blood-sugar swab with blood still on it. There's no way to eat in the room. Take a task on the bed sheets. Bathroom with hair and soap film in bathtub. When a customer falls down the stairs no reaction. I don't recommend at all too expensive for cleanliness, service and a simple breakfast buffet.

Excellent reception. I recommend it to you.

Hotel right next to the citadel and a very nice view the receptionist that we had on our arrival was super nice and very welcoming and sociable casino in the hotel which can be a plus for some people and a less for others but it does not bother In no case the calm of Lhotel.

It has some of the best views of Namen and a fabulous breakfast buffet.

Beautiful panorama, interiors in line with the prices.

Hotel a little old but not expensive with a great view!

I imagine once this was a grand place, but now, unless you have a gambling habit I would look elsewhere. We had two 'non smoking' rooms, both of which smelt of smoke, one had a pot on the outside windowsill full of cigarette ends. Cleaning standards in both bathrooms was poor, with flaking paint. The beds were nice and large and the breakfast was good. When booking the site said free parking, but was charged €5 a day.

Clean room with a beautiful view of the Meuse. Small fridge and electric kettle to prepare a coffee or tea, made available. The bathroom could be refreshed. No hair dryer! And just enough shower gel to wash.

Very good structure, but a bit old-fashioned: in the whole room there was only one outlet of the current. A little disappointing.

Hotel that needs a big refreshment, the floors smell of tobacco, the paintings of the ceilings fall. The doors lock when they want, the carpets are antiquated and you do not have to be asthmatic. Not worthy of the casino that rutile him. The old staff was much more smiling and enjoyable. But good for the price it can be satisfied. The bar is affordable and the meals are good. In the past years there were more, coffee, soup, small ovens at will, all that disappeared. Too bad it's always very small attention. The more time passes the more expensive the less there are benefits and friendly staff. To see about the future. …

Dirty — carpeting in the rooms-terrible stench of sewage in reception and hallways — rude receptionists like in other Belgian hotels — same comments from my colleagues. Beautiful on the outside. Beautiful view of the river.

This was an awful place to stay. You had to climb four flights of stairs to get to the elevator/lift. The people working the front desk were rude. The Bistro was not open because the chef was sick and there for no food available. The inside had an awful smell. The front desk workers were making jokes about us in front of us. They pretended to not understand our French only to find out later that these workers were in training in hospitality… really… amazing. Some of our light did not work and had inconvenient plug ins. I just can not recommend that place to anyone… I am so glad the rest of my stays in belgium and in france were 100% better.

This place is probably the poorest 3 star hotel I have ever seen. Reception was very clueless and the smell around the place is pretty bad. I don't recommend staying here.

Disappointed with the state of the room. Cigarette smell. Stained carpet. Faulty plug. Fan does not work. Heat! Average general condition. Positive Points view of the river. Casino on the ground floor accessible without lift that is on the 1st. Nice welcome. 80 Euros per night for 3 people. Private Parking at 5 euros day.

At 8pm, it was no longer possible to get a second pillow or to put in the freezer 2 therapeutic patches. Very bad TV sound. The rest is fine.

Very grand, lovely stairs big spacious room with view of castle behind, but greeted with a nasty smell unfortunately. River & beautiful boats nearby.

Good and clean hotel not far from all of the major sites. I can only recommend. We will be back.

Attention! Never been at such a low standard 3*** hotel in our life! The receptionist were ridiculous couldn't even wanted to give a glass of water to a pregnant women, didn't even wanted to talk politely. And the toilet was the worst part … water was so dirty and smelt so bad that I vomited. I would rate this hotel as no star. Who can eve. Rate this hotel as 3 ***? Please.

Good reception, however I had a room on the 3rd floor. We feel the heat right out of the elevator, no fridge provided…? otherwise super hotel, beautiful decor, well situated. And for followers of the game and well it is the top.

This place is a mess. The smell at the reception and in the hallways is disgusting. Most parts are worn out. The breakfast is a total disappointment.

Way. The fridge does not work. Breakfast not very varied. Staff at the reception not very smiling. Otherwise it is well located.

Minimum indispensable… obsolete rooms and cleanliness just enough.

The room was very Spartan and not at all cozy. Everything is very old — what is not good! basically bad — but unfortunately, also. Also the cleanliness left much to be desired — unfortunately, especially in the bathroom. The toilet was covered with urine stone. The bath taps was full of lime. When showering syringe of water somewhere out of the valve… The Breakfast was the Best yet, because we have checked out without an empty stomach. So just a short recommendation said: Absolutely!

Disgusting! I can only echo the previous review. Way to let just the Finger! Addendum: Actually, I had tried many of the photos and, After several just a photo Try not to attach it, but somehow it works with the Google Review. It looks terrible but unfortunately I can't show the photo. Too bad!

Rooms are spacious but not very well equipped. Tiny flat screen TV and you get the feeling that this hotel has seen better days. Nothing wrong with it though. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the shower worked. Other posts have said that the corridors and rooms were a bit smelly but we found that everywhere you went in Namur was a bit smelly. Possibly the river but definitely not limited to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Overall good value for money.

It's a casino with a hotel, and it looks and feels awkward — empty place with a stinky corridors (and rooms too, a little). The room on the top floor was cold and seen better days (nothing was falling apart — just not the best overall condition). Room my friends got on the 1st was nicer though. From the bright side — they have plenty of rooms, and the price is affordable for the region. Breakfast was good, too — except the coffee, which was an instant crap.

Room clean, breakfast very well however not d access for disabled (of many stairs before d. Arrival at the reception Elevator just accessible after the reception. And then let's not talk about parking spaces especially on Saturday night (the casino) impossible to park without pay €5 more. Too bad.
