A great classic Building with technically modern But stylish rooms, suitable for a Chateau. The Room is in pristine Condition and absolutely clean, the Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Grounds of the House are also beautifully laid out with manicured Gardens. The Location is excellent and absolutely quiet. Only the Description for the personalized Image could have been a little more detailed, this is a really great Idea, but for those who were really interested there could be An Explanation of how the Image actually comes about and how the Idea came about. All in all, it's a great Experience and I hope to be a Guest in your House again soon.

Very nice time shared during an Easter meal. Many choices for an affordable value for money. I still regret the brunch formula which turned out to be a complete meal formula…

The establishment was entitled to a small rejuvenation which is of the best taste.
It contains the stamp of the old which comes to graft a wind of modernity soberly inserted in the decor.
The quality of service is always as good and the food at the top.

I stayed there a few times to stay and it was perfect. The rooms have been renovated and I have not tested them yet. The good trip is Sunday brunch. Already celebrated a small ten birthdays on the spot. Wide choice (less in hot but the cold buffet has already satisfied the guests), splendid setting, easy parking, very beautiful park. Young and voluntary Service: School of application. Some small errors inherent to the basic experience of servers but well supervised by their teachers. To small care anyway. Booking long in advance especially for large tables. It always takes at least two months before. Recommended!

Excellency Sunday Lunchtime Brunch! Unbeatable value for money! To recommend. All inclusive formula from aperitif to dessert at will. Very friendly staff. A tip: Take your time to book. Several weeks of waiting!

Friendly and warm welcome, all the necessary information is sent to us before telling us where our room is and how to access it (stairs or elevator). The renovation of the rooms is a great success. What a beautiful view of the valley! On the restaurant side we did not eat there as we were invited outside but after having a look at the map we will come to test on our next stay on Namur. The buffet breakfast is very complete, lots of choice, just a pity that there is not a machine to squeeze its orange juice yourself at the moment T. This is a constructive remark, and I do not want to criticize it in any way. I am also in the field of tourism, which is why I would allow this little comment. At check-out, everything was fine, no bad surprise, advertised Price = paid price without any hidden surcharge as sometimes do some establishments. We met a lot of people, students, interns, reception staff, room, room, one thing is certain a smile is on each face and it is very nice.

Guests for a brunch organized by my brother-in-law with the complicity of a receptionist whose name I don't have, we had a great time. Friendly atmosphere, the quality of the buffets was at the rendezvous. The students dedicate themselves to serve you as perfectly as possible under the watchful eyes of their attentive and smiling butler.
The choice of wines was very good.
A pure moment of happiness with the family. Thanks to all this team and one thing is for sure I will go back!

A perfect welcome as soon as you put one foot inside this high standing establishment. Receptionists and waiters are on top. Students still have things to learn but what's more normal at their age? I strongly recommend this place to eat a divine meal, to taste good wines, and finally to spend a magical night with or without lighting "love", to test this novelty with the different lighting according to your mood… And to finish in beauty, an exceptional breakfast buffet and the whole accompanied by a smile always present of the members of the staff. Nice place, top staff, short to recommend without hesitation.

Wow what a nice renovation of the rooms I had the opportunity to visit during a business event. In addition the verrines and other tastings were delicious and of great quality. The service to the small care. I will go back in private!

The parking is very easy right in front of the establishment and an electric charging terminal is available. The setting is wonderful, in the gardens at the top of the citadel of Namur.

The building needs serious refreshments and one of the exterior lighting worthy of the name, what a pity that such a beautiful building is not better highlighted once the night falls… So in terms of the rooms did not spend the night… On the other hand, I ate very well…

This is the second time that we have come and it is surely not the last. Here, everything is done for the customer. We can say that the client is king.

Good hotel, good service, comfy and clean rooms. Students work in the hotel as they are learning the job, so that makes for some funny moments, however everyone is very friendly, and always trying to accommodate clients. The gym however is tiny and not great.

Nice lunch (or brunch as they call it) the only issue is that reservations are required a few months in advance. Otherwise excellent rapport qualité prix.

Comfortable Hotel at the unique location on Citadel de Namur. Tasty and delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Rooms are wide and gives you taste of rich history of this Chateau.

Beautiful spot on to of a hill over Namur. Rooms are clean and nice, if slightly dated. Bathrooms are brand new and lovely. Very good breakfast buffet with omelette station.

If you want to spend a great time do not hesitate to book a table at the castle of Namur. Cuisine of great tradition. If weather is nice, you can enjoy a splendid terrace with a wonderful view on the Meuse. A very good value.

Obviously, this is a major obstacle for them to change a booking of 2 persons in 3 to 4 people.
