Very nice hotel very clean, friendly staff, food more than good and very plentiful as well as the breakfast buffet, on the other hand and reported to the reception on departure; Disappointed to have had wet buttocks by the people before us in the sofas of the bar and moreover we were well dressed to go to the restaurant just after.
It would be preferable to prohibit access to sofas to people from the welness 😉

We really recommend this hotel, the staff is very welcoming! On the occasion of our birthday we had a little attention 👌, the lunch is excellent and the spa perfect! We also had the opportunity to stay in the new room! very relaxing and perfect 🥰 bedding … See you soon!

Great food, nice Staff but cld do with more waiters/ waitress as waited a long time between courses. Had to go and ask for our desserts, but was pleasant enough.

All the infrastructures are very clean, spacious enough, air conditioning in the rooms, a real comfort given the temperatures of this month of August 2022.
The breakfast buffet is pantagruelique! Everything is very fresh.
The Welness side is very nice and the terrace (bar) is accessible from the pool.
The staff is really caring, professional but very friendly and attentive to customers!
The evening menus are gourmet and excellent. Do not hesitate to just go to the restaurant even if you do not stay at the hotel (on reservation).
Thank you to the chef for the little attention for my girlfriend's birthday!
We will come back as soon as possible and talk about it around us.

We have just had a very pleasant stay!
The welcome there is charming and friendly, the staff are caring and very friendly. The meals are varied, delicious and gourmet (a real pleasure for the taste buds! ). We enjoyed our room, simple and comfortable.
The Wellness area is nice and very clean; we would have just two suggestions: to provide a water fountain for hydration and to broadcast "zen" music in order to encourage those present to respect more silence and calm of rigor in these places… Finally, we will definitely come back with pleasure to stay there and highly recommend it! ☺️

Super weekend spent in the hotel. Spacious room and comfortable bedding. The bar and restaurant are great and the breakfast and meals offered were simply of very good quality. A wellness area very pleasant. We left happy and renewed.

We stayed at the hotel to go to the Durbuy Christmas market… Always with the same happiness! The Spa took care of our worn envelopes, the rest of the facilities delighted us and the warm, welcoming and caring staff was the icing on the cake of our stay. PS: breakfast delighted our greedy stomachs. Of course we recommend the property! It even becomes a must. — We only hope that, for all its merits, it always remains within our means!

A wonderful change of scenery 70 km from our home, this hotel complex has remained a safe bet since it opened in 2013. Easy booking, warm welcome, nice birthday card and sweets in our room; Small bug in the allocation of the room, compensated by a good for 2 cavas :).
2 restful nights, birdsong in the morning, good air. Spacious and well-equipped room, small fridge with bottled water, welcome tray, bedding of very good quality. Breakfast at the pantagruelic buffet where you don't miss anything, really. We took the "gourmet package" formula: original and delicious menus, well-measured quantities. The view from the terrace is splendid. The staff are stylish and attentive, despite the high level of hotel filling. We'll go back, no fault of our own!

The rooms were clean, the bar and breakfast amazing. The spa was also very good and relaxing, booked an awesome massage and we could play some pool as well! The reason I give 4 stars is that the restaurants menu does not include any good vegetarian options, which I would like to see changed.

The switchboard operator was very professional and answered all the questions and helped us make sure our stay went well.
The hotel is spacious, clean. The restaurant is of good quality, the breakfast pastries are a treat.
The big plus is the WELLNESS space and hydromassage, relaxation assured.

The location was great, the room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the sauna etc. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are very poorly soundproof. We had room 1 and could not close the eye we felt like we were in the middle of a bar. Reception closed at 11pm no solution. For a quiet weekend, it's missed!

Nice experience, warm reception bar with lounge corners and a "fire corner" to warm up.
The rooms are spacious with a modern bathroom and a shower/bathtub.
The restaurant is nice, the dishes are beautiful and good, the meat was melting.
Relaxation assured with Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam and swimming pool which are available free of charge.

Nice hotel and bungalow, having tested both I have a preference for the rooms. Relaxation area for a pleasant relaxation, small pool and Jacuzzi available.

Nice modern hotel. Clean room. The restaurant is spacious and the dishes offered are pleasant to the palate. The downside was the noise caused, every night, by a group of people not caring for their neighbors! Laughter in the throated throat punctuated the meal times the room we were occupying did not correspond to the description advertised on the website of the establishment! (smaller than described)

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a swimming pool. Didn't really like the dinner, but breakfast was great.

Perfect place for team building.

This is a modern place to go on vacation but make sure you plan your trip in advance as around the hotel there are not that much to do. The room are ok but beds are small for big person. If you plan to go with baby, make sure to take a bigger room than standard as standard one are very very small. The pool is nice, comfortable and clean, temperature is correct.

We had a great stay, the setting is beautiful, the staff very friendly. The restaurant is excellent. The pool and WELNESS area are really very nice. We will be back, small flat not air conditioning do not hesitate to ask a fan hospitality, but the airco should be placed early 2017.

Nothing negative in this hotel, we spent 3 great days, surprising kindness hospitality, the room spotless, very functional bathroom, great wellness infrastructure damage that rain was the appointment because the weather outside terraces are very nice for breakfast and in the evening meal we licked their chops, Kudos to the Cook, we will be back.

Good overall, however what I didn't appreciate is at the luncheon that the dining room Manager comes with a spray (like instanet) clean the table next to us, more for a price of €15 by people it is too, because diversity and quantity was not at the meeting you.
However the infrastructure are well clean to the appointment you and dinner "gourmet meals at low cost"
