➜ The hotel is lovely. Located in an improved suite. The room is lovely, the view is the same, there are no complaints.
Settled with a dog, because the hotel allows accommodation with animals. The exit from our room was on the patio. Today (02.08.20), leaving the patio to walk around the castle, faced with the Hamasmen behavior of the employee standing at the checkpoint. Aliona Shahner allowed herself to behave completely incompetently, rude.
I understand everything, but taking off a suite in a beautiful hotel, I would not like to face this kind of problems and spoil the mood.
I ask the administration to take action!
The rest of the staff are wonderful and friendly. The views are gorgeous. The food is delicious.

My wife and I had an unforgettable holiday for my birthday. We originally booked a standard double room, but as a gift from the Palac Hotel, the staff provided us with a Suite room! Such an unexpected gift was not expected by me or my wife!
Excellent conditions in the room (all the necessary dishes, kettle, tea/coffee, fresh linens, robes and slippers, beautiful furniture), spacious rooms, comfort, warmth and comfort accompanied us throughout the rest! And it's in the cold November :)
Delicious food in the restaurant (it is worth noting a great breakfast! ), informative excursion, very pleasant staff in the face of hotel administrators, the magical atmosphere of the castle, as well as the magical resident of the castle — a snow-white kitty, who became our guest :)
Our holiday remained truly memorable thanks to all of these!
