Medium category. Do not expect more. Normally it looks good in pictute but reality is different. Wash rooms have hot water by the way. Located in Uttara.

The worst stay of my life, absolutely disgusting please check my pictures. This place is meant to be approved Biman Bangladesh hotel, I was travelling with one severely autistic individual a child of two years of age and 3 women one of whom is an elderly individual. This was the worst experience that I have ever injured in my life. I would never travel with Biman Bangladesh Airlines ever again pathetic humans. Everything was broken in this hotel, from the toilet to the basin, the smell was unbearable and there was so much cigarette ash everywhere. Even after complaining we had nothing.

Unfortunately they dont have any marking outside the building. It's difficult to find this hotel.

Overpriced hotel with dirty toilet and dusty old blanket. If you want to stay there, take extra blanket/sheet with you. Room service is horrible. Even I had to ask them for TV, cz it was not there, some employee took it for their use. Complimentary things : *breakfast *1 little soap and toothpaste pack only (u will not get new one for 2nd day) U will not get any free water bottle or toothbrush.

Ok for a short stay, small room, but clean, ok toilet.

Most awful hotel I've ever availed. So bad a hotel! They took 2500tk for a twin bed ac room. While checking in they asked whether I need wake up call or not. As I had to attain interview for Visa, I needed to wake up at 6am. I've requested them to call me at 6am. They said breakfast is complimentary and I can avail it in room. So, I've chosen room. In the morning neither I've got wake up call, rather I had to wake them up and ask for my breakfast at 6:40am. Complimentary breakfast was like food from garbage. I wish I could show you the picture! I've the picture but there's no option to upload here. Banana was completely rotten and I felt like to beat them for serving me that. Menue was: 2 slices bread, 1 egg omelet, little jelly and butter. Right after getting inside room I asked for Wi-Fi and found that my room was out of Wi-Fi coverage. Even after telling they didn't change my room. There were no light in the toilet, push shower was out of order, ac regulator and fan's regulator and switch was out of order. Dish connection was hazy and only 10/12 channel you can enjoy. Don't take any meals in this bloody hotel. It'll slaughter you charging huge money. Toilet was without toilet tissue. Mosquto and cockroach will be your friends here as they'll treat you well. If you want to check your patience level, stay here for one night. Ha ha ha! If there were an option to put millions of dislikes for this hotel, I would have given all dislikes for this hotel.

Its a budget hotel. Airport transfer free by a car & Bus also. A/C room & Wi-Fi net available. Food is very delicious. I will go there again for taste their food. Room service, Desk service & transport service 24hrs. They have some limitation but well behaved of hotel stuff are manage it.

It is cleane and comfortable.
