This is the best residential 🏢 hotel for port city Chittagong. It has several facilities including swimming pool, restaurant, coffee ☕ Shop, enjoying places and best service from hoste. Its a VIP, very restricted and safe residence. For having enjoyable moments and make your mind refreshing you just take your place.

Such Poor Services! Food taste and price ranges Are Good. AC isn't working properly, waiters are very lazy to respond. They gave only Fork to eat dessert! served two glasses to four people 🙂 This place is not up to the mark!

The Peninsula is a good standard midsize international hotel located in central Chittagong. All facilities especially the restaurant are of a high standard. Security provision is also good with a very competent team in place to ensure guest safety. The hotel's main strength is its friendly and approachable staff. They really understand the hospitality industry ethos and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble when ensuring that guest have a pleasant stay or dealing with requests for assistance.

I just had breakfast. Since there was no menu for breakfast I had what they'd normally give as a room service. It was good but nothing exceptional. The people were friendly and approachable.

I had ifter followed by dinner on 15th June 2018 and it was very good. It was a Buy 1 Get 1 offer and We found the food very sumptuous. The dessert items were just mouth-watering! We took a Take out Iftar box also which was very tasty & price worthy (according to my parents). We will definitely go there again for sure!

What a fantastic hotel I had to tell myself was I really in Bangladesh. The service was exceptional the food was of the highest standard and the room was like staying at a top end hotel in the UK. Well done to the management and staff your hotel is a true gem in Chittagong.

I had an Indian meal on the top floor restaurant (there is also one on floor 5), very tasty and reasonably priced at about GBP£6, but they charged me GBP£36 for 3 small Heineken beers!

One of the better four star hotel in Chittagong having substantial number of fixed and loyal customer base, positioned in the heart of the city, well managed and nicely decorated. Breakfast and dinner in buffet will give you extra feel to visit again this places.

It has every amenities a international standard hotel can have. Rooms are spacious, interior is awesome. Service is at the highest level. They have room service and four different restaurants. Local, Thai, Chinese, Indian all kind of foods are available here. The roof top restaurants is awesome with 360 view of the port city and nice evening music. All types of foods are very tasty but overpriced.

Great hotel in a convenient location. The staff are very polite and friendly and service was top class. The room was well furnished and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. In the morning you can enjoy complimentary breakfast with a variety of dishes and cuisine including sushi! Highly recommended!

Truly 4 star hotel. Good service, good food, prices are higher but considering their service and accommodations its up-to standard. I liked it during my stay of 3 nights.

First impression is last impression. When the first impression is bad, it leaves a lasting opinion, one that is difficult to break away from. My first impression of Peninsula Hotel in Chittagong was formed a few years ago when things turned sour just after I stepped outside my car and went up the steps of the hotel, even before I entered the building. I was interrogated by the security staff about the purpose of my visit to the hotel in a manner that was most unsettling and insulting to say the least… when I realized it had to do with me being a woman who was not accompanied to the hotel premises by a man. I brought this derogatory behavior to the attention of the hotel management and front desk but much to my dismay, this was not taken seriously. I realized then that perhaps that was the sort of clientele that the hotel was drawing. Since then I have consciously avoided this hotel.

It was a comfortable stay here. But front side is not neat and clean. And set breakfast should also be improved!

It’s very regretful that they don’t allow our traditional dress (Lungi). Very much disappointed about that matter. Otherwise their service and food was excellent.

Good service, good rooms, good food. Enjoyed my stay. Location was also convenient. Just ask the front desk for traffic congestion patterns to plan your trips outside the hotel accordingly; CTG traffic can kill all the fun. Also, there's a book rental just next door as well as some small shops. Entire road has a decent selection of eating places should you choose to eat outside.

This is a excellent hotel. Food is nice and they have so many varieties. Nice and tidy rooms. Room service is excellent. Nice friendly crew very helpful. Most importantly they all speaks English.

I loved to stay at this hotel, it's very very neat & clean. Rooms are reasonably specious and well decorated to ensure necessary comfort of stay. You may dine at the rooftop or at the restaurant at level five. We just loved the fish fillet as dinner.

One of the best hotel in Ctg. Outside is not very representative to the hotel condition. Once checked-in I believe everyone will like it. However I would suggest the hotel to keep outside clean as well because the outside glasses are too dirty.

Stayed there for 1 night on 11-Ict-17 during an official trip. I have always liked the staffs for their super friendly and smiling attitude. Rooms are clean, tidy & exclusively gorgeous. Foods are awesome specially the buffet breakfast. Staffs are outstanding. Highly recommended for travellers.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Killer location. I will highly recommend. Some rooms got really good view & try to get top floors. Air conditioning is a bit noisy. Loved the comfortable easy chair in the room after a hectic day. Breakfast has some area of improvement.

Although the hospitality was good, the food was poor… starters, maincourses… all were served cold. When you pay premium, you expect premium. Not below ordinary. They have to get there heads together on how to retain customers…

This hotel is comfortable, rooms are not noisey, staff friendly. Swimming pool is available in the rooftoop of the hotel. And offers a good view for the city. The location is good If you want to eat outside look for Well Food Center its only 3 min walking.

For Chittagong probably one of the best. Rooms comfortable with decent aircon and good Wi-Fi Gym small but all equipment in good order. Pool on top floor is next to a restaurant area.
