I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The interior is a bit outdated, but the staff, the pool, and the spa/fitness centre completely make up for it. I have rarely experienced such gorgeous treatment from hotel staff and can’t stress enough what a pleasant hotel this is. Free private shuttle to the airport upon request and unbeatable customer service. Stay at this hotel!

Business Hotel, should be superior comfort, but not… needs maintenance (dirty carpets, damaged furniture, smelling air condition). Very loud environment, if You have a balcony, You can not open the window, due to industrial noise and smell! Okay for a night before take-off with early flights. Not recommended, if You have other options! Personnel was friendly.

Nice hotel just minutes from the terminal. The hotel is spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is great. Very high class hotel, great restaurants, and nice facilities. Free shuttle to the airport is a bonus.

Sat at Link Cafe in the lobby. Nice service and F&B. Tasty cookies. Quiet, friendly, lovely. Prices? Well, it is Sheraton. :)

Close to Baku International Airport. Bus service available, Rooms are nice and spacious choose front rooms on a higher floor if u like to have good view of the runway and city, there is a well stocked bar on the ground floor with free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms.

Clean, beautiful large rooms, great breakfast. The price includes sauna, swimming pool, Turkish bath.

Hotel clean and well furnished. Staff are both friendly and helpful going above and beyond to assist with any queries and requests. Be advised that if you are intending to stay more than 10 days you Will have to register with the local authorities. Front desk took care of this for me on arrival. Hotel is located a stone throw from the airport Terminals. Hotel depending on traffic is around 25-30 mins taxi ride to the city centre and cost is approx 15-20 manat. Another recommended option is the express bus running every hr into the city costing 1.3 manat. Drop off in the city is at the station called (28 May) around 5 min walk from park boulevard next to the Hilton hotel. This is my First time visiting Baku and I would highly recommend anyone to visit and stay here.

The rooms are very clean.

The Wi-Fi was very weak in my room. Even though the phone was plugged in on both ends, it did not work. While watching CNN on the television its video and audio regularly froze for several seconds.

Great airport hotel close to terminal. Has very nice spa facilities and good dining options.

Top class hotel! All rooms are equipped with new furniture, the execution of each room on 5 +! Great food, nice outdoor pool and more! Feel welcome!

There is no slippers and hairbroosh in the room.

The prices are cool and service.

Thats very good hotel, but the service, sametimes have a problem to service. When have many custumer, the service are slow, because do not have to much attend.
