Disgusting service in the restaurant. Each time we come here, the service gets worse and worse! We had an important foreign guests in town and decided to take them here for dinner. What a horrible decision! I made reservations several days in advance, I specifically explained to manager that I am coming with VIP guests and they still managed to let us down drastically. My husband waited 1, 5 h for his food to come out. After we complained several times, they decided to bring complimentary fruits and deserts. We left restaurant with regrets and will never come back. It is sad that such a well known luxury chain as Four Seasons has this kind of poor service. They definitely don’t value their customers.

It was 6 amazing night with friendly and very professional staff. Zafferano with tasty food, Azerbaijani wine and great service. Helpfull pool staff, amazing room service, housekeeping and front desk. You all made my stay memorable. I’m proud to be a Fourseasons family member 😍 Good luck 🍀
