Very disappointing experience. Staff were not at all helpful. I’m traveling with a friend and we like to be able to do our own things and come and go as we please. This was made impossible when we were given only one key and refused another one. It is impossible to enter the building without a key and staff aren’t here all night. Facilities are not worth the cost of the accommodation either.

No air conditioning. The planning is a little weird. Decent stay for the price though.

Reception was very nice room nicely maintained.

Accommodation OK. Only drawback: The pension is located on the first floor.

A B&B in semi-central in Vienna, clean, but cool, good for those who want to stay in average price and without major claims.

Good location — close to center of Viena. There is no place for car parking or you should pay about 15 euro for parking in the nearest car parking. Very pleasant hotel service.

Priced in order. Close to the subway station as well as tram, therefore good connection. No loud Geräuschekulisse from outside at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cozy and cheap place. I enjoyed my stay there for 2 nights. Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice kitchen. Although room was extremely small it was OK. Close to main "must visit" places.

We (3 pers) stayed in the studio apart (no. 4) = apartment in a block; 15 min to Rathaus. Markets: Spar, Billa close; Tram close. Host nice, waited for our arrival at 0h and reserved the parking spot; he left the papers for following morning; but then he asked me to move the car outside, into a free street parking and still asked full day payment. It smelled a bit odd/old, but we were too tired. Very confortable matresses/beds, linen ok. Heating works, but with manual on-off. Bathroom shower ok, but it flooded the floor each time, despite the doors. The kettle had something in it and it wasn't our business to clean it; small fridge in kithen ok; microwave ok. We used their pot+electric heater for tea. ! Somebody entered the apartment each day, did the beds and shutoff the heating — we did not have reason to complain (sunny, 10'C outside), but privacy should be respected. The reception is on no32, and the apart on no30; you have to enter a courtyard, where they have 1 parking space (10€/day) ; Weekends and night are free parking in Vienna; day on street (6€/day) — can be bought at reception, for parking spaces on lateral streets.
