Great place to stay. Close to trains. The back grasses area is a great spot to relax and read a book. Parking available.

Hostel is fine. I’d like to reply to some points of criticism. No AC in hostel; there are generally very little AC systems in Austria, do your research before you come here. No kitchen? : it’s a budget place and you really are looking at lowest prices in Vienna, also there’s a microwave so good for them for having that! No towels? : usually budget hostels here in Austria don’t offer them for free, again you’re choosing the lowest hostel price Far from city? : you can come directly from Wien Meidling to Hütteldorf by S-Bahn, takes few minutes, there you’ll have to cross a bridge and then a couple minutes to walk to the hostel. If you’re really looking for a place for more than /sleep/ then I don’t think you should be looking at hostels. This hostel works 24/7, and in Austria, not many do that. Also it’s very cheap compared to all others.

It's a nice hostal you get what you're paying for (it's a budget price), it's has a "pool table", nice green areas but they lack that little something to make you want to sit there, the hosts are not as "shiny" as the photos they have advertised, the rooms are "ok" for the price you're paying for, there is a restaurant but it's miles away from any fancy or even normal restaurant. My group and I enjoyed the experience but we were not overly happy, I would say that for some nights it's a good (even "very good") place to stay on a budget, but if you're looking for a longer stay it's better than to find a more build a place. It's 26 minutes away from the city center which for my group was a respectable distance. The service is very good.

The quiet area of Vienna. Near the subway. Breakfasts were included. It's a pretty decent place. Very sociable staff. Parking. There's a shop nearby.

I'm a solo traveler and that for sure not the right place!
Too much noise, to much school children, in the kitchen you don't have nothing except microwave even there is no soap to wash your own dishes, there is no place to actually sit with more travelers, there is not air conditioners even if it's 35• outside, too far away from the city center, it's toke me to get there every day from the city center 40 minutes! I didn't thought it's will be such a hell to get there, … you need to take 2 trains and then to walk 15 minutes.
All the times noise of children running, and screaming and it's felt like there is a earth quake because of their running! Even in the night.
That's felt like I'm in a school trip again! And I don't even wants to start talk about that in my last day the cleaner girl came to my Room, woke me up When I've been sleeping and told me to leave to other fucking room! I spend 1.5 hours from my day to pack my stuff for leaving to other room! In my last day!
When I ask why I need to move, they didn't gave me a reason. And then I realized that they did a mistake and they thought I need to do check out in this day because the worker there mixed other girl check out with mine.
For a sorry they gave me chocolate.

Facilities are complete, if you live to the side of the old building room equipment will be less personal socket and table lamp, but other equipment as excellent.
Room: There are locker to bring their own locks, there are free bed linen, network signal is not bad, speed is fast, bed is good sleep, everyone has a desk lamp and socket on their head.
Shower: There is plenty of locker space, a washbasin and a shower.
Kitchen: There is no cooking stove, there is a refrigerator, water heater, plate, cup, wash table.
Indoor outdoor space is large, very comfortable can do some of their own things or drink and chat with friends to play games are great. Very close to the train station and MRT station, but far from the city center, but if there is a purchase of traffic to eat enough tickets are not bad, there is a supermarket nearby.

So good and awesome place! The breakfast was great and sometimes you can even buy supper from the restaurant. Staff was always helpful and spoke good English. We stayed in the 20 bed mixed dorm and had no problems. The room was clean and so were the bathrooms. There's no kitchen to cook your own food but there is a microwave. Would definitely come back here again.

Clean Youth Hostel, paid self-service washing machine, sturdy bed frame, extensive parking, low daily charge is a good choice for self-service travelers, the disadvantage is a little farther from downtown Vienna, and the lack of kitchen can be used. There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy daily necessities. Life function is good.

Always happy. Parking is easy and free. Good sleep.

I've been there near my school.

It's a beautiful place. Very friendly, situated on a high land with a beautiful view. Hostel is very clean. :)

Nice hostel! Easy to find, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, nice lounge area, shops close by.
From the minuses would note that is far from the center and the fact that the door opens with an electronic key and is laid itself, if left without a key, back to the room just so do not get)

One of the best hostel I've stayed in till date. Very clean, organised and ample facilities. Since it is far from city centre, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy the nature with their gardens. Their buffet breakfast was worth the money. The reception was also very polite and helpful. Only concern that one is not allowed to check in before 3 PM at any cost. You can wait in their lobby but you cannot access any room. If somebody needs to be near the city centre, this may not be a good choice but if you are considering to go by public transport, then I would recommend this.

Great for an adventure trip. It is large, hygienic, nice safe and add you.

In winter quite cold but in summer definitely nice.

Not the worst cheap stay, but has its flaws. For starters, their “kitchen” is a kettle, a fridge, and a microwave. That’s it. And don’t bother asking to use their nicer one that they use for breakfast, as they’ll rudely tell you “not a chance”. The hallway leading to said kitchen smells strangely musty which, well, isn’t superbly appetizing. As far as I know, only a single bathroom in the entire building has soap and a way to dry your hands. I don’t feel like those two things are that much to ask for. The maids come into the room to clean it while you’re sleeping, which is very odd. Was not a fan of that. To its credit, though, the rooms are pretty nice. If you have your own locks, the storage units are very pleasant to use. Lots of space to store your belongings. Plus each bed has a convenient outlet and lamp that works quite nicely, resting on a nice shelf to put belongings. Also there was a cute cat running around, so bonus points for that.

Friendly staff, hot rooms, good price, great location out of the hustle but at 500 meters from the metro station 15 mins from downtown. Supermarket and bakery nearby 200 meters on the road x go to the metro station.

Not far from the Metro. In the shower water is not constantly flowing, it is necessary to turn on every minute, which is terribly uncomfortable, but the rooms are OK all.

The breakfast I liked very much. Had fruit, cereal, bread and nutella. I was able to refill my bottle with water for free. The room a little cold for my taste.

Far from Vienna's centre, but close to the subway station. Perfect conditions for the price, but a comfy bed, a hot shower and a large lounge room with a lot of activities. Great service.

Very pleasant and cozy environment, good staff, beautiful area. Enough parking place and big lounge. In this price, it's a best choice with all the facilities.

I don't recommend it. They messed our reservation, we payed for breakfast that we didn't get it, staff at the reception was rude and confused.

For one night okay but no longer very dirty and well. Hostel in the 16 district better To the Golden Care. Clean large pillows even only 10 € large bath I liked a thousand times better there.

Poor shared showers, as no gender separation and poor workmanship, as well as bad pillows.

Clean sheets, decent bed, and cheap as hell. Oh and it's on the end of a public transport line. And the front desk is extremely helpful. Not much more you could ask for at a hostel, in my opinion.

Personally I loved it, a little far out if you arrive at night from the nearest station but I soon figured it out. Not particularly hidden just up a hill. Basically opposite a SPAR and a Bakerie which lets face it is perfect location wise. The locals are lovely and kind. The scenery is great and for the price of the bed, I had a fantastic stay. 24h check in is ideal, same as most hostels in terms of bedding. The people I stayed in the room with were far more sensitive to noise from other guests than I was. The lockers are in the rooms and a little small. Not really meant for all your gear, just the essentials and clothing, more like small wardrobes. Take your own padlock. The staff were nice, informative and chatty.

I disliked this hostel. My friend accidentally booked this one and it was very far away from the city centre, in fact it's the end of the subway line. It wasn't a very clean place, the bed sheets had holes, and there was graffiti everywhere. The washrooms did not have soap or paper towels. The reception upon arrival was extremely slow, at least a 30 minute wait. You're definitely better off somewhere else.

The location is very quiet. 5 min Foot to U-Bahn. Clean air and nice staff hostels have a revisit. The hostel has a dining room. In deck rooms, to the right of the main chassis, there is a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The rooms are very simple, with a common bathroom on the floor. But the shower and the sink in the room are available.

Location is rather far from the city center, but easily reached by train. Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Staff were cordial and helpful.

Nice, cheap place to stay over the night in Vienna! The personal is very friendly and you can find a lot of information at the reception desk.

It is an awesome hostel about being clean, comforting, really helpful workers. The best garden I have seen in a hostel so far. The only down Side is it is kinda out of city you need couple subway-bus connections and a bit walk to reach from city centre if you don't have a car. Still I highly recommend to try There. Definitely one of the best price/perform ratio in all hostels.

Great place for a great price! They sell beer on reception desk. So no need to wounder around to find one :)

Great standard regarding the price. We stayed in the dorms and all the beds are separated in intimate spaces of 6 beds each, price included very nice buffet breakfast (different types of breads and cornflakes, ham, cheese, marmolade, fruit, many drinks to choos of). You get the bedsheets but don't forget towel as it is not included.

I stayed here with my wife. They have a secure place to leave your bags if you get there before check in time or after check out time. There was free parking and free breakfast (cereal, different breads, fruit, nutella, butter, yogurt). The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the center of Vienna and super easy with public transportation. The room is nice with lockers to put your stuff in (bring your own lock).

Were there in the month of June, the hostel is not in a bad area of town. Easy access to the center, there are metro and regular buses. Hostel itself is very clean, rooms, toilets, a very friendly staff, which explains everything and says everything, especially nice was the girl Urssula :) Very convenient that included breakfast, they do not have much variety but quite hearty breakfast. We left our things in the room, nothing was missing. Overall, very pleased, we recommend)

To the sleep it is enough just to but the bed was see hard also was already in the book made the first mistake. Even the German language could not staff in half of the cases. The breakfast was ok by eating only the drinks were not great.

Nice place according to the price.

A private room was quite cozy and had its own desk, sink, and window in a tiny and comfortable space. The Wi-Fi was very fast, and free breakfast is included! Meeting people in the cafeteria is like the first day of high school, and you can combine your travel ideas.

The location is secluded, the beds are self-employed to cover, in whole Hostel there are no towels (unless you rent them for 2.50 Euro per piece.

We stayed 3 nights, as a family with 4 toddlers (age 1-6), in a 6-bed-room. Simple but very clean accommodation, near the metro U4.

Checked a couple of rooms to finally find the one which didn't have bugs in it. The staff was helpful but it was quite surprising to see the bugs in this hostel rooms.
