Great location! Close to everywhere! Friendly personal. Clean and modern hotel.

It is the first time I write a bad review but please stay away from this place, there are other really nice places around. Worst place and service ever seen, heard about, talked about.

Spent four nights here. The location of the hotel could not be better, walking distance to many attractions and buses. Hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very quiet during nights. Breakfast is really good! And they have a really cool garage! Our room was clean and the interior was fresh.

Very good location, very close to the city centre. We have an apartment with a comfortable living and a beautiful bedroom with king bed very comfortable. An excellent bathroom. And kitchenette with everything that is needed if you want to eat in the room. The place is made to new. Great option to stay in Vienna.

The hotel is well located, just 8 minutes from Stephansplatz Cathedral, from there to visit the early points of the city is easy. The room in which I was very spacious, fresh and clean ah and the free coffee is a very good plus:). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, the moisturiser smells amazing! The location is good, close walk to the cathedral and downtown. Parking as usual in Europe was expensive.

1 — I am very disappointed as this is a 4 star hotel and at the front desk no one speaks a foreign language as English.
2 — Other things I dropped off my clothes at the laundry to this day they did not give me back. Because unfortunately the hotel does not have laundry … It subtracts with other shop outside.
3 — the hotel does not have a manager for.

Good rooms big and acceptable price.

We found the hotel to be really lovely, the staff were great. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. These weren't negatives for us, but advice for the hotel could be more items in the kitchen, I felt terrible leaving the washing up for the cleaner. Also, explain the air conditioning. But, very nice place, our room was in an old fashioned style, and we thought it was great!

Class suites right in the city centre. Super location.

The hotel is basic but fit our requirements. It's clean, provides breakfast, great power shower and location is great! We took the airport bus for €8 which takes you to Morzinplats which is only a couple minutes walk to the hotel. There are couple restaurant near by including a vegan and gluten free place called Veggiezz. Into town, it only takes 10minutea walk and 15-20 to Albertina where the free tours tend to start. the tours we went on also finished only 2 mins away from the hotel. Only downside about the hotel is the pillows were thin and the mattress were a little hard. The walls are pretty thin so has potential for noise from other guests. We were lucky not to experience this during our stay.

Friendly staff, good location, clean. Nothing to complain but nothing to rave about. There is a fitness room with a sauna that is not being sponsored in duty.

Cheap and clean rooms, but get pain in my back after 2 nights. Very easy access to whole Vienna. The breakfast was not worth the money. Green eggs and dry, old bread. But I can think to come back, because of the location and price.

Everything super organized, despite little personnel contact. Rooms as expected for the price category. Only breakfast was a little too little.

Uber €33 back to airport Great room, although the heating did not work, the staff did give us extra blankets and the room was not cold Could not fault the staff. We were in room 8, out of 10 rooms on 1 level. I found a Spa, 2 minutes turning right, then 2nd right out of the hotel great value for food. This ment I did not have breakfast, but my missus thought it was good. The elevator was funny, Would stay there again. Oh yeah, That lift is funny.

Very nice place run by friendly people. The lady at reception was very helpful and gave us great advice with how to get to certain places and what to see. Quite close to the train stations and within walking distance to the main attractions in Vienna. Only thing is we were given a room by the cafeteria which can be quite noisy when people are using the cafeteria but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall a good comfortable experience.

The room we took was awsome. But the breakfast wasn't to good.

Great location, nice rooms. The zimmer rooms aren’t big but good for couples.

One of the worst deals I ever had. Paid 80€ per night for room (New years weekend) just to find out the curtains doesn’t cover the windows. Street lights disturbing your sleep and whole street seeing you. Sweet… Just one power socket per room (! ) Wi fi needs to re connect every 2 hours, no holder for the shower head and the heating stops at 10pm… No sound isolation whatsoever, heard every guest on my floor. Been there for 2 nights with my wife and never saw any of the staff members. What can I say?! Nice location though. Vienna is amazing. Stay away from this place, not worth the money.

Ideally located between the Danube and Stephen Platz. We booked a spacious suite very good bed room modern bathroom impeccable service.

I am here at this time together with my partner. Informal hotel, just 5 minutes from the metro stop, 2 stops you are in the centre, in a quiet area. When we arrived yesterday at 15.15 we had a small problem, the reception closes at 14 and not 16 as indicated in the ns practice booking, you enter from the main entrance with access code, and after a bit of ups and downs (we don't speak German and the English do a barrel), we were able to enter, after a couple of phone calls to the nr as indicated in the door. Entered at the reception desk, where of course c nn was none, we found on the counter budget with ns names x to enter the room, express check-in l we have made this morning. The simple room with small bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Simple breakfast with a little sweet and a little salty, coffee, te, and juice. In the breakfast room, c is a distributor of soft drinks at very much affordable prices since the prices outside, a example 1 small bottle of water for 1.50€ at the hotel while out we paid €2.60 (thieves). Recommended x the area and type of hotel.

The hotel was nice by European standards. The rooms kind of dark they need a better View. It is centrally located there are restaurants nearby. This hotels in good deal it has an in-room refrigerator and Bar a small kitchenette a nice size bathroom and comfortable beds. This is a hotel where most of the rooms are Suites so this is a great place for small families to stay.

I probably should not write this. Because I probably will not be able to get rooms in the future. But it's a small and private business, they deserve it. 1st choice to call if I have guests visiting. Business or private. Conveniently located downtown Vienna, close to St. Stephen's, and very easily reached by public transport. Vienna has got the best public transport system of any capital. Quiet and tastefully furnished rooms. Reasonably priced. Super friendly and helpful staff. No matter if a family member, friend, colleague or business partner stayed at Dan 's. Every single one was happy. And will be. If I manage to still get rooms ;)

Located right downtown, in the heart of Vienna, reasonably priced, cosy and clean rooms. Very comfy beds, no noise from the bustling inner city action happening outside. Multilingual Aleksandra is the best host you can imagine, treats this little gem as it was hers. Friendly and helpful in any situation, no matter if it's restaurant or bar suggestions, they do have the most wonderful American cocktail bar only meters away, museum tickets or airport transfers. She fixed it all for us. With a smile.

It was very cheap, but the bathroom was too small and the furnishings and beds were as good as the price… The bedding was extremely thin, which bothered me a lot. Very central location.

The owners are dishonest. I had extremely unpleasant experience with Dan In’n Out. Booked this hotel for 3 nights and my credit card was charged immediately. A month and half later they cancelled my reservation for “maintenance issue” (whatever that means). That can happen, however what is not acceptable is that they are refusing to refund my credit card. I’m short of 255 Euros – not a pocket money for me. These are all signs of fraud. Very sad world we live in. Dan In’n Out is a place to be avoided when traveling to Vienna.

Great hotel. Two-room suite for funny money. 10 minutes walk to Stephanplatz.

Hotel located close to the City Centre (which can be easily reached on foot) and within the "ringstrasse" (the ring formed by the tram line that surrounds central Vienna). The rooms are very large and modern. Fairly clean and organized in an intelligent way. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Breakfast is not abundant but characterized by carefully chosen natural products. To report the presence of gluten-free foods. The tiny structure there is a small lift which lets you take your luggage upstairs without breaking your back. Free Wi FI throughout the hotel. The reception is open only till 18, but if you expect to arrive or leave outside reception opening hours, you will find your key with instructions on the Desk. We stayed in this hotel in November 2015

Stayed here last night as I had a wedding to get to a few minutes away. Check-In at first was odd because it just involved finding the key at the front desk and finding my way to my room. The room was great though — clean, with a small bathroom, a comfortable bed, desk, chari, TV and wardrobe so everything you could need. … Breakfast in the morning was simple bread, butter, honey, cheese, ham and eggs, juice and coffee. When I saw the receptionist in the morning for check-out she was really lovely as well, so I really can't complain. Great location, great price, great stay. Wholly recommended!

Big rooms, small kitchen. Excellent location and very reasonable prices. Not very stylish but if you plan to stey for several days you will aprechiate the location and the mini suite with separate bedroom and loving room. TV in both rooms.

Great place to stay in Vienna. Very confortable rooms at a great price, with good breakfast, and at a walking distance from Vienna's downtown. Subway is 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Hotel in very convenient location, downtown, near the bus, metro, tram 1 and 2 1 and 4 L. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is okay and especially the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice! 5 min. Walk from the airport bus stop. Every major tourist attraction is within walking distance.

Great spacious rooms. Breakfist is fresh and fine. Convinient in middle of centre.

The check out time is 10am, prob the earliest ever, not very conductive for going out late and being jet lag. I wish I knew I would opt to stay in airbnb in stead.

Simple but clean hotel walking distance to the city centre 5 min.

The rooms have ample space, though the bathroom is small. The service is fine It's manageable.

Nice rooms and nice and helpful staff. Our room was newly renovated and very big, which was nice. There was supposed to be a microwave oven in the room, but there wasn't one yet. When we checked out they wanted us to pay 100€ more than the price was when we booked, but we showed our booking confirmation, and they changed it without hesitation. It was a good thing my boyfriend noticed it, since I didn't. If it wasn't for this I would give the hotel 5 stars.
