Room with furniture crumbling, heating almost non-existent, bad experience not to repeat.

I am told that the booked room has a damage and I receive as a replacement a room on the fourth floor (without lift) under the roof. Vienna is booked out, therefore accepted. The worst bath/WC I've ever seen. The silicone gaskets sources out. The shower linkage dissolves, as is the Duschverbau. No Klobesen. Puny light of an old Allibert, nothing else. Roof area Windows cannot be closed (given the initial 26 ° eh no disadvantage). Rickety fan as "air conditioning". In the "Kitchen" only the door is left of the refrigerator, behind it the trash basket!
The reception seemed very friendly and was anxious to get the room clean, but there was no effort. Bed was externally finely prepared, including a smoke-smelling filthy mattress. The slats lost broken. No Wi-Fi.
As compensation for the next time to get 10% discount is puny…

We lived there a week ago. The city of Vienna should actually close the store. Outrageous what Vienna tourists Offziziell get offered. This "dive" is the last. The furniture for shredding. TV Defective. Coffee machine to throw away. The bed is the purest horror. Quiet sleep was impossible despite XXL earplugs.
