I spent here 2 nights and it way ok. Rooms clean, good breakfast. But no AC in room and noise from street.

Nice stuff, room cleaning service, location, price, food but! : I can say that here is no Wi-Fi, hotel is uncomfortable for smokers, they have lobby but sometimes there is no place, so u have to go out, but if it rains it's a problem, also if you live on 3th floor, u have to pass 3 floor for 1 sigaret. No air conditioning.

A cool clean hotel with simple Ikea furniture, breakfasts (buffet) are great, next to the hotel is a subway station and a supermarket.

Conditions are acceptable and correspond to the price level. But the Internet does not stand up to any criticism, nowadays it is unacceptable (lived in room 257)

This hotel is a favourite for guests that need to be at Vienna International Centre and it's surroundings during their stay. It's a 5min walking distance to VIC and it's located just beside the Danube. The hotel staff are friendly and its always a good deal cost wise, compared with other hotels within the same area. You'll definitely get what you pay for.

Price — Performance is absolutely Okay, Internet is included and sometimes nimble or sometimes virtually useless. The room is 100% from Sweden;) But it is clean and tidy. The metro is an 8-minute Walk away. I like to be back.

After the water remained cold even on the 2nd day, easy move to another room with window towards the courtyard, now very quiet at night. Simple, clean room. No fridge. Top location, tram right in front of the hotel, subway nearby. Breakfast adequate. Limited parking. Would stay here again.

Clean, friendly reception, tasty breakfast, there is parking, far from the center and attractions. There was no shampoo!

If I could I would put no stars. Rooms are barely cleaned, the internet won't work properly, the amenities are of the last decade, the hygiene is very poor and the space is limited.

Actually, I have never stayed there but I have met friends at the loopy. It is beautiful.

The location is very good. The rooms are tidy and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. Only the parking situation is worrying. The staff is nice and accommodating.

The hotel in general is very well located, has just a shopping center in a Eskimo (you can see from the hotel) and how to get to the center of Vienna You have the U1 (red Line) and in 10 minutes you are approximately in Stephansplatz. As far as the hotel very clean it has a 24 hour Bar and I had the opportunity to have a room on the last floor overlooking Vienna very nice.

Great and clean rooms, friendly stuff 24/7, breakfast for 7€ Parking place is so small, do not try to park there after 6pm, it's full. But, behind the car service is great place.

A decent hotel for those who by car, there is a parking in the yard next to which you can sit and bathrobes contemplating the river surface of the Danube. The room was very clean. Good breakfast for 7 euro (great coffee), across the street McDonald's and Grocery supermarket Billa.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good, the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

For a city trip quite ok. Rooms have come a little in the years. In the shower unfortunately mold. (reported at reception, no reaction) Stains on the wall, spotty towel. The cheapest toilet paper, no cosmetic wipes, no slippers staff I. O. Does its job but nothing beyond that. (needed a WLAN access and didn't want to go down again. Receptionist didn't want to give me access by phone)

There is nothing special but for the price it is worth the opportunity if you want to stay for a short time.

They lied, when I booked through the net, they said free parking, when I arrived, I found no slot. They referred to some street to park my car, far from the location. Not clean, smells bad.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. I still can hardly believe how bad it is. It all started with the check-in: I don't know if it's an Austrian standard or not but they require that guests pay for the whole length of stay upon arrival. Non-negotiable, even if your accommodation was booked via a company that had used their services before and is easy to track. You can't even pay for the first night and wait for your company to pay for the rest. Plus, they won't even let into your room before you pay. No, you are a flight risk from the very beginning: that's the manager's policy. And when you finally get to your room… well, it's too soon to get all happy. In my case, there was a really loud humming noise coming from the ventilation in the bathroom. The receptionist knew perfectly well what I was talking about, and he have me another room (that's the only nice turn of events in the whole story. There, it turned out that my bed was missing one of the strips of wood. The receptionist got one for me from the first room: I wonder whether they have repaired it there… On the second day, my desk lamp stopped working. Replacing the bulb did not help, and at first I was told the hotel did have another desk lamp. It was only some some major complaining on my part that they did find another lamp (not 100% functioning but at least quite bright).

Good hotel to stay alone while traveling to Vienna. Rooms are little bit small with clean bathroom. Nearby Metro, Tram and bus facilities to reach the desired places and Donau Mall nearby for shopping. Recommend for business and solo travellers.

Good solution for a hotel in the area of the Vienna International Center, clearly convenient compared to the alternatives on the "island". It has everything you can reasonably ask of a 3 star, staying quite spartan. Very friendly staff.

Very good location. Comfortable room, bath e. T. C. And clean also. Metro, tram, bus station, commercial canter, amusement places very near. Thank a lot for hospitality.

The hotel is quite cheap, but… If you get to the attic floor, it will be stuffy. 2 streets with a large traffic flow, including with a tram, will not let you sleep when the windows are open. Wi-Fi doesn't always work consistently.

Very affordable but you get what you pay for, noisy room, fairly basic amenities.

No air conditioning and the rooms are very basic. This is purely a budget hotel and just the basics are provided. The parking is a free for all fight everyday. There is a pub on yhe terrace below and people party all night with no control from the hotel staff. No sign of any management running the hotel. The staff however are extremely helpful and pleasant and the breakfast is decent with good variety.

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we are shocked by their treatment and how they managed to ruin our vacation. We parked in their lot next to another car in the front and were unsure if it was correct since there were no obvious signs in that area so we asked the guy at reception (Lucasz) about the spot and he said it was OK, he had our room number and phone number if there was a problem. For the next 24 hours of our stay we came and went from the car at least 7 times to get stuff and 3 different staff members saw us and said nothing about the car. As we were going out at night we saw a tow truck towing our car although just 10 minutes earlier the 2 staff members (Nicole and Sabrina who called the towing truck) saw my husband at the car and said nothing! They made us pay 150 euros to keep the car from being towed and the hotel manager (Agnes) refuses to reimburse us for that although we had taken all precaustions to make sure we were parked correctly! She sent us a sign that she claims is there but we never saw (we took photos of the parking lot). We still have no idea why no-one said anything to us or left a sign/message on the car for more than 24 hours! We have taken further action with the Vienna tourism board. We are students and paying this 150 euros basically ruined the rest of our trip.

No A/C in the rooms, seriously? It was so stupidly hot in the room, that even a wide open window didn't help much. Couldn't sleep because of the noise and heat. Parking is tiny and has no available spots. We had to park down the street, few hundred meters from the hotel. The rooms were clean, however, that's why extra star, otherwise the experience was only 1 star.

Definitely cheap Hotel, not shining in anything particular, but not even flawed in something specific.

Good Hotel. Bar is also good. Restaurant is good. They change linens, towels and clean the room everyday. It is close to Airport Bus Stop. Therefore it is convenient to stay here coming from Airport by Bus.

Close to the transport and quiet, while being close to the city centre, close also to shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast Buffet Quite decent, just like the size of the rooms. Only problem: We had 2 beds separated by a large wooden slat, not very comfortable to sleep together. The warmth in the room was stifling (it wasn't better outside), and there was a horrible smell (even though everything was clean).

Very handy place, clean and friendly. Although far from the center, the connection via U1 is quick and frequent.

Perfect for field service, because one can park well, fill in without tickets to, price and breakfast top!

I was here in August, got a room under the roof. It was a real sauna, could not sleep. Air conditioning did not work. I do not recommend this hotel.

Neat and clean. Wi-Fi works. Price match (had €75 for 2 nights). The parking lot is too short, but in the next alley, there is ample free car parking. The breakfast is okay but not outstanding for €7.

Internet is very slow. Even pictures load slowly. Functional Wi-Fi at any lodging is as basic an expectation as clean sheets. Inexcusable.

Price — is absolutely OK, Internet is part of it, and fast. The room comes 100% from Sweden is ;) but clean and tidy. The subway is 8 minutes walk. I like to come back.

The room is quite OK for the price, however, let the operation to be desired! In the hotel bar to wait for something is lost love… courtesy, Considerateness, commitment, all of these are property you in vain for the staff is looking for! I'd this Hotel for a longer stay, in no case, recommend.

Were in may 2015 here as a guest! The staff was friendly and on our questions, we got satisfactory answers! The room and the bathroom not 5 star standards, is surely clear! But nevertheless, everything was clean and tidy! Although a busy main road with intersection and tram directly at the Hotel, proceed, was the traffic noise is bearable! The Breakfast was rich and good! Positive was the good Bus and metro links! With the U-Bahn, all of 4 Min. Drove, they came for only 1, € 40 in the City, which is approximately 6 km away.

Interesting price structure on rooms. They advertise for 39E but if you get it on the internet it is 70E. No climate control, and breakfast not included. For the budget minded only, the desk personal is not friendly at all. Would I stay here again? no. It could be MUCH better with a bit of work.

In a room under the roof during summer and without climate control. It was the sauna. So hard night. The price is cheap but I didn t recommand this hotel during summer.

Everything was on good level, especially for that price. Far from the city center, but in 5 minutes you can find subway station. Personal is not very welcome. Only public parking is available. Breakfast in my case was not included, but it was for reasonable money and not bad.

Cons: there is a problem with parking. Few places in the yard. In the room instead of the air conditioner fan. And most of the rooms at the look on the high road.
Pros: Directly in front of the main entrance there is a tram stop. On the tram to go two stops and you're at the entrance to the subway.

Breakfast is really okay, and for the price you should expect anyway no 5 star rooms. Staff is largely unfriendly and rude no smile on the lips, and before one hears on the directions of the staff inside you has more chances to fight alone. For the hotel bar, nobody feels responsible (40 min waited for a drink), feasible only in Vienna, since regulars are here unnecessary and somewhat rare and for the price always tourists found the book.

Who here believes to be friendly, which deludes itself enormously. The staff at the reception is very unfriendly, and the room is a disaster.

That is ok for its price. If you need B&B that is very good. What is more, there is a parking in the backyard.

The staff is very unfriendly and incompetent. No one is able to put together a simple offer, and this is way mediated also on HERMESHANG.

I can not further recommend, I say only mold in the shower! So we was the fourth time now and was very disappointed and it was already not so nice last time. The two were first visit there under quotes nice except level of noise, but this time it was really bad noise every night especially in the morning at 5:45 a small child the gang runterstanpft and unfortunately nothing, however, make the parents and still I laugh hahaha and my wife found this not funny, and it's sausage anyway the staff, na and only that we referred to the room the night we are equal in the bed and we want to shower in the morning and had fat mildew shower in the incredible I tell you! Yes, that worked immediately passed and came right in the afternoon in a room but the cleanliness General ugh hell again, there was shower also not really better, but also of mold infested beds make not their strength is the only thing that was always fresh, toilet paper and towels cleaned was only superficial

Eher einer Fabrikshalle mit Fliesenboden gleicht dieses Hotel. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit, negativ die glatte, kalte Athmosphäre zwischen IKEA-Birken-Möbel und billig Armaturen im Bad. Positiv die Lage nahe des Top-Einkaufszentrums Donauzentrum samt U1 (die direkt ins Stadtzentrum führt), negativ die Lage an der sehr lauten und schmutzigen Wagramer Strasse. Noch ein Plus: McDonalds liegt gegenüber, Frühstück war durchschnittlich gut, Massenabfertigung, aber zumindest frisches Gebäck, auch Vollkorn und gutes Müsli-Buffet. Übrigens: Parkplätze im Innenhof sind vorhanden, aber nicht für jeden Gast. Wer zu spät kommt hat Pech. Schade — das wäre ein wirklich wichtiger Pluspunkt gewesen.
