Lovely family friendly hotel with great transport links to the city centre. Would definitely recommend it.

Small, cozy, family hotel, the owners came from the former Ussr. Clean, tasty, friendly, cozy. I'll be in Vienna, but I'll book there.

The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Near the metro, bus and tram routes. Not far from Schenbrun. The hotel is clean and cozy. Good breakfast.

The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is friendly, a little speak Russian, near the metro and tram, market, 25 minutes walk the castle Schonbrunn. The rooms are not too spacious, but have everything you need. The breakfasts are great-cheesecake is not worse than in confectionery.

Excellent hotel for what you pay. I refomend it.

Hotel,, Lucia ' ' 3 * We stayed at the hotel from 16 to 22 April 2018. Booked room with a discount until the new year. The impressions are very good! The hotel is cozy, the room is spacious, plumbing in excellent condition, the beds are comfortable always fresh linen and towels, air conditioning, TV.
The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly. Very clean.
The staff is friendly and attentive all speak English! A lot of Russian speakers! Guests from different countries. Great location of the hotel from the Metro 3 mins No more across the road to the left of the hotel (we liked) The restaurant,, Meisel ' ', also but to the right,, Bieriger ' ' about the Cons: Our room was at the top can be on this was very noisy at night (from the cars). But it didn't spoil our hotel experience!
The most unpleasant if you do not! Tolerant do not consider this area and when I come to the German-speaking country very much want to hear the German speech ❤ ️

Clean, unfussy, reasonably priced, close to transport and a decent walk to the Schonbrunn Palace. Good breakfast, interesting area. If you are on a budget and don't mind using public transport, highly recommended.

I'm absolutely mad. Beware: The sham is deceptive! I had to reorganisation quickly. And that, even though I was a regular guest. I'm missing the words!

A very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, unfortunately not a proper bar to sit comfortably together at night. TV did not go because the aerial cable was torn out, did not bother me, should be repaired according to reception after the weekend.

Price interesting hotel. Convenient location (subway, tram) several stains on the carpet in addition to an ant road. The washbasin (sink) below leaks. Over the weekend there was no workaround for these problems.

Very good breakfast, staff Super attentive and give you the necessary information, privileged location and do not require a vehicle if you like to walk a bit, I was for 13 days with my daughter and they were very comfortable, for the price, you get what they offer, I will return to this hotel surely,

Good hotel, right on the road, but they should work on their room cleaning time, it's too much.

Since I live nearby, I have occasional visits from relatives and acquaintances who stay in this hotel. Among other things, my mother slept here several times, who herself runs an apartment-home in Sölden — through her I could take a look. The hotel itself is very easy to reach and within walking distance of the U3 Meiselmarkt subway station. In addition to bus, and the tram connection it is easy to get to and often there is also a parking facility nearby. Inside the hotel is quite clean, the staff very friendly, and the rooms nicely decorated. Unfortunately the rooms are not sunny due to the hotel location but very quiet. The prices are fine and are on average for this area.

You can just recommend it to anyone. Super clean room including TV. Very tasty Frühtsück. Staff was very friendly.

They do not give all the information about rules, penalties… so they charge you what they want.

Although the hotel itself is OK, there is something that makes you feel observed. If you are a smoker they control you more than normal since you get a fine of €50 per day of reservation if they see something or hint that tells them that you could smoke.

This is a nice hotel, just a minute from subway entrance. Friendly staff, proper heated and clean room, towels changed every day. Breakfast available for every taste and tea for free at the reception, till 10pm. I would hard recommend this hotel.

The good: -The room was clean and big. -Breakfast was very good. -Staff was very ok. -Heating system is working -Hot water all the time -Close to subway station -Quiet area The not so good: -The hotel only has 4 parking spots, on a near street. The parking is locked and you have to ask for the key every time you want to use it and then take it back. Since there are so few parking spaces, they could have gave you a key, since you are paying 11€/day -The tee is free in a certain time interval, the rest of the time you have to pay 50 cents for the hot water at the machine, and the tee bag is free. They could have made it free…

It doesn't reflect my canons. Room not made at 16:30 in the afternoon and staff — especially the breakfast attendant — terrebilmente rude.

I've seen very nice days in Vienna. One of the reasons was the Hotel Lucia. The hotel is run very professionally. The staff always friendly and helpful. The room enough large and category according to equipped. The shower room very large and practical. The rooms very clean. The pleasant breakfast room and the breakfast buffet very good. By tram, you will very quickly and without having to change in the Centre.
At a next visit to Vienna, I would descend again at this hotel.

Designed for Russian speaking tourists. The hotel administrator, he is the son of the owner, speaks Russian. The staff parking, + inconvenient (you take the key open the gates, car vygonâeš′, and obliged to put key administrator). And solid četveročka.

Gorgeous hotel, close to two metro stations, staff very courteous and attentive to every need perfectly clean and cared for to the smallest detail, breakfast outstanding to say the least to recommend … ideal starting point to visit a wonderful city like vienna … thanks to the next 10 e lode.

Very nice, clean rooms, good Breakfast and very friendly reception! I was already about 4 time in guest in this Hotel, and would in no other check in. The Service is really great. At my request I have 2 VIP tickets for the Musical are worried, and the staff is generally very Helpful! I can this Hotel only the best recommend!

Basic but ok, clean rooms. Unfortunately no late check out possible when we were there. Breakfast stops too early for Sundays but then we discovered an awesome breakfast/brunch place called Augustin just one block away. Check it out!

I had booked x 3 people and prepared our bags, but the evening before the departure a strong fever and severe intestinal problems struck my son and so I was forced to give up this holiday … I notified with email immediately (I have proof of what I say) of what happened and that I was not in condition, with much regret, to face my son a vacation like that. Since the contract had to advise at least three days before (even with insurance) I would specify that three days before he was fine and we had our bags ready but if it was possible to split the damage to 50% between me and them as it was not VOLUNTARY but Forced renunciation from medical reasons and that I could produce certificates that conprovassero as I stated. The answer was that "immediately" took the total that I would be charged (from my credit card) saying they behave according to Austrian law. In fact they are right but some elasticity wouldn't hurt … Obviously they lost three clients and I wish all those who book at this … not getting sick three days before …

The only friendly people in Vienna to work in this Hotel. The stay would be complete without the Hotel Lucia is not half so nice.

Overall great, just no AC and no mini fridge, this was the only 2 things missing from a 5 star rating.

Really good for the price.

A very good hotel. My wife and I stayed for a couple of days in Dec. 2012. The 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Near the market, Prodmag. Good economic magician. Not far from the Centre. Breakfast acceptable. Staff spoke Russian.

Chose the hotel on the advice of friends, than completely agree! Close to two metro stations, near to all the necessary shops and establishments.

The room was nice and spacious, with a Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV and a street view. The brrakfast buffet was pretty diverse and rich.
