Clean rooms, nice welcome. Good location (restaurants and transport). "Romantic" atmosphere. Bathrooms a little small but OK.

The Rooms are fine. The Situation is good. However, breakfast is not suitable for Business travellers Until 08:00.

Nice affordable place roght next to metro station. Good place for families.

Dated rooms. Sqeeky beds & floors. No fresh bread for breakfast. Better have breakfast in one the neighbouring cafes.

Good location. The location is close to the park. There is free public parking in the street, but there are very few places and love driveway locals. The location is very good.
Breakfast was not included. Wages. The rooms are clean. There's a recommendations woman at reception that's very polite, and she'll always tell you everything.

Best part of hotel is location. Right next to u-bahn and billa. Rooms are a little cramped, but beds are certainly comfortable. Bathroom is fine. Breakfast is decent. I would stay here again, it's nothing extravagant, but clean, comfortable and in a great part of town!

Appreciate staff who are ready to answer all the questions-where to park, where and what to buy, how to do it, and so on. And all this with a smile, patiently and in the native Russian language. The hotel is clean and quiet, one pleasure to rest. The street on which hotel is located has free parking spaces. We were lucky and we parked 10 meters from the entrance. Schönbrunn Palace, Zoo, museums in a few footsteps. Subway station is literally across the street. The subway is 10 minutes to the Old city. It is clear to the Council to choose this hotel during visits to Vienna.

Worst place I've staying in a long time. Staff were rude. I left my key in my room and was told if it happened again I would have to leave. Door locks don't work properly to my room and I was by the front hall and I could hear everything so couldn't sleep. Bedding was crap with duvet and pillows not having proper covers and they just provide a blanket and nothing extra. Towels were thin rough and small. Shower leak all over the floors and everything looked dated and at night you can hear everything. I will definite not stay here again.

The location was good. The hostess speaks Russian. Prices are mild, not very expensive. Parking is hard.

Bed without sheets and no pillowcases. One big pillow, no pillowcase, on which you can not sleep without making you come neck pain.

Hotel in a good location, convenient place near the subway U4, the furniture is cute and cozy. Wi-Fi works and it's fast. There's not A/C and in the bed there are no sheets and pillowcase. The bathroom has no window and it's not ventilated.

Convenient location, close to Schönbrunn and UBahn station.

The reception is not open 24h, rooms are old but ok. Good for the price!

Clean, well? The bathroom is tiny, with small children, which one still has to help, really already not more reasonable! Had not enough for my case! Our Zimmertüre was totally warped, the whole night came a bright beam of light in! The night was almost unbearably loud (come running to the subway, traffic)! The whole Hotel is somehow a modriger smell! For one night we went just yet, but again I would not book!

Was very disappointed with a 3-star hotel. First impression of the room was ok. The night was hell, the beds hard, on a stone floor, it may be not unpleasant. A bathtub with shower was ok, while taking a shower that was surprise, the shower enclosure to narrow, therefore after the shower in the bathroom of a flood in the bathroom, for the time being. You could not hang the shower head while taking a shower, because the device was missing. The SOAP dish was not properly fixed. There were also traces of prior guests to see. (cannot be overlooked). Breakfast at 8:00, € 8, are per person in addition — — to pay. The buns from the previous day, the eggs as long as cooked, that a Green Edge was in the egg yolk. At each breakfast the same Mengel, therefore no mistake or as we say a hoppala. One can also not good change Hotel because will be collected upon arrival. I will no longer take a room, where I have to pay in advance. The photos on the Web look good, according to the output which is placed, it may call itself not hotel, or the stars have to lose. Breakfast is at the beginning of the street at the Café, cheaper and better.

The Hotel Viktoria in the vicinity of Schlosspark Schönbrunn convinced us through the quiet location and excellent transport links. In addition, the staff is friendly and the W-LAN free of charge.
