Very simple hotel with not bad location, but it is not worth the money you pay. No minibar in the room and the water that they are putting you in the room is with charge and you know it only after you drink it…
There are not enough hot water in the bathroom and after 2 pepole no hot water.
The parking fee is too high and there are a lot of parking on the streets nearby.
The subway is 500 meters away and it is not nice neighberhood when you get back late at night.
The breakfast is OK.

Highly recommended. Nice stay here. AC in all rooms. Very family friendly. Parking costs 12 Euro per day. Breakfast selection is superb for the price. Really close to Underground station. Just 15 min to Vienna center.

This is a wonderful family hotel that is conveniently located. You are very quickly at an S — & U-Bahn — stop and at the airport and from there you can quickly explore the city with its sights. For a city break, it was just great. It is also well suited for larger groups. The food was delicious and rich. Our room was very spacious, practical-refined and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In my view, however, there is room for improvement in the service in terms of organisational potential. However, I would book the hotel again at any time and will also try out the other hotel locations. All in all, it was a nice and very pleasant stay.

The buffet is great! You can even if you are not a guest simply pay for it and go to eat there.

I loved this hotel when I stayed in Wien. It’s located in a new constructed area. Pretty far from city center, but it’s not an issue because you had to walk just 5 minutes to the closest metro station. The lobby is awesome.

We are a tour of an Italian high school. We were greeted very cordially by the staff who, after clarifying the essential rules, accompanied us to our rooms. The rooms were spacious and bright. The food is really great, the dining room is characterized by a large buffet very well organized because the tables are reserved for certain groups, which have hours fathomed for meals. The lobby has a bar open until late at night which offered us the chance to get together in front of a beer between chatter and laughter. I highly recommend you consider this hotel.

The hotel is more like a mini-campus, in fact it is frequented by many students on a trip. Nice lobby, very large with coffee tables and a bar. There is also a game room and a lounge area. Also good rooms, no big pretensions. I stayed in a triple: The space is there, the toilet is separated from the shower and the sink (which can have pros and cons) and lacks the bidet. Good breakfasts, buffets, with a good variety of choices (breads, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt of different tastes, cereals of various kinds, milk, fruit juices etc. ). The sore note are the dinners (I stayed half board, so on the lunches I can not express myself). They were also a buffet, they were proposing very questionable food. Dried chicken seasoned excessively with curry and immersed in a very strong pepper sauce, fish fillets that look anything but fillets, extremely chemical ice creams etc. Also, between the pans with food for dinner, a baking dish was placed with a dessert, different every day. The problem is that these sweets seemed to be first courses (dumplings stuffed with Nutella, tiramisu done so badly to look like a lasagna with too much béchamel), so many of my companions found themselves eating a dessert thinking it was a first course Salty.
The service, along with dinners, is what makes the vote collapse: a waiter dropped 4 glasses from a tray, and before the glass pieces were collected, 10 good minutes passed.

Free parking is on the street, and there's no space to park. Otherwise nise hotel, affordable price and clean.

Was for the first time in a JUFA hotel and very positively surprised. This hotel has a special flair due to the mix of old and new buildings. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separated from each other, which is usually more likely to be found in higher price ranges. Also the breakfast buffet impressed me… fresh and adequately available! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Value for money: Top!

Rooms very modern. Bathroom nice size. Hair dryer could be stronger and VLT renewed as it gives off a funny smell. As well as the drain in the bathroom. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. The dinner is always served as a buffet and therefore unfortunately always "lukewarm".
Have spent a total of a few weeks here and was actually satisfied for the price/performance ratio.

Nice hotel especially for children. Hotel lobby looks very modern and open. Offers for children are available and good. Room facilities rather spartan but nothing to expose. Price is OK but not super priced either. All in all I can give 4 stars for it.

Excellent value for money and although it's not in the centre of Vienna, it is close by the subway and only approximately 5 stops from the central station.

Beautiful building with modern furnishings. Rebooking was relatively straightforward, even if it was not understood from the outset what exactly is required. Clean and bright room and size was fine. (Hair dryer Unfortunately useless and funny smell in the bathroom from the drain). Found it good that loo and bathroom are separate, but small sink in the loo would be advantageous. All in all, the value for money fit.

Modern and inexpensive hotel, clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, very convenient to get to the metro nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small minus it is difficult to find it when for the first time there come, though it is from a tram and a subway in 5 minutes.

No slippers, disposable toothbrushes, distributing and spoons for shoes. The water in the room is paid. The price of the car was very free.

We've been here already twice and we hope we'll have the opportunity to come back again! Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very close to the metro station and located in a peaceful residential zone. The personnel has been nice, kind and always disposable for any need. Christina at the reception has been very nice with us! The breakfast is good and international, from fresh fruit to bacon and eggs. The hall is very big and comfortable for kids. And the price is really right and convenient. We've loved our stay and we would suggest this facility to anyone!

Great for a family. I'm sure if you've got children then somehow, someway this would be paradise for you. Well, lucky for us we didn't fit that category. We fit under the young couple backpacking Europe. Turns out due to a family member booking this accommodation because it was inexpensive we ended up at JUFA. Now I must admit the rooms are nice. We actually moved rooms because there was crying children in the room next to us and there was a door in between our rooms. Although location isn't spectacular, it's far away from the action but only a short ride to the city. If you're not under the family category I'd suggest looking somewhere else for your journey.

A very child-friendly hotel with a great games room and buggy rental, of course free! We were extremely pleased.

Very quiet location, easy to reach with the U 3 and tram lines 6 and 71. Very clean hotel and nice friendly staff. A small shortcoming that eating from the buffet is likely to be a bit hotter, yet highly recommended. Always like to.

New Hotel or so it seems, the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is very friendly, and then very important it is about a 5 minute walk to the metro station that takes you downtown.

Perfect for a family trip to Vienna. The kids (6, 4) have enough room to frolic around … and it doesn't bother anyone. No 10min walk to the subway and off on an adventure to the city.

I've been there several times, can only recommend it. If you are looking for something to stay, you have come to the right place. The staff are very friendly and the cleanliness is really commendable. I like to come back.

It's an excellent place. Very well catered for by the staff. With bars and restore where you serve very good breakfasts and meals.

Ventilation in the room is really bad. It is hard to breathe and you can not open windows. Service at the lobby did not speak fluent English. Breakfast is not included and parking also… At the end price is not so attractive. Breakfast is decent.

Nice budget accommodation, breakfast is not included but it costs 12 euros which is average for the city. Nice entrance lobby but not good views. Very well located not far from amenities and underground u3 which is really fast.

We were at the hotel one night, on 25 July 2017. We were 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. We took a family room (where there was a crib at our request) and a double room. All in all, the rooms were very cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy, and we also made use of the underground car park. The children enjoyed playing in the playroom. The most positive thing about the hotel — the wonderful staff. It is important for us to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the lovely Christina, who helped us a lot in handling the replacement of the vehicle we received from AVIS.

I my wife and 2 children were there for a week and are very excited. Very child-friendly and always had a clean room but there was a shortcoming and that was the evening meal. Otherwise we would even give 10 stars. I highly recommend this hotel especially those where have children. We will be happy to use the hotel again next time.

Great hotel, very comfortable beds, the room was spick and span, very neat and modern. Aircon was perfect. Food downstairs was very filling and plentiful.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Stay away from this hotel run by those practicing fraud. I was not supposed to pay for advanced booking of many months ahead. My booking agent told me that I did not need to pay anything until check-in/out. They billed immediately the whole stay illegally and refused refund. My booking agent ask why they charged right away and they shamelessly said that it was to test my credit card and they billed in full way ahead. Very aggressive and shameless practice! ILLEGAL and FRAUD! Plus outrageous policy of 90% penalty for any cancellation/modification 40 days before your stay and 100% of penalty after that date (40 days prior to the stay). Once you book with this JUFA, your are robbed (at least 90%) no matter what! I wish that I could find a Negative one star for this hotel with disgusting billing practice on this rating!

Ragazzi alla reception molto cordiali, colazione esagerata, camera bella. Unica osservazione, in camera faceva caldo e l'aria climatizzata era spenta, però erano I primi giorni di caldo.

All in all, the Hotel didn't like me. The rooms were clean and you got fresh towels every day. The atmosphere pleased me well. (Modern) The Buffet had seemingly no end. The Breakfast was also good with the juice but for lunch and in the evening, it is second only to water. : (The bathroom was nicely designed but if you don't drain took a Shower syringe, the water up to the shower cabin, it collected and was able to. One Evening the water in the shower (icy-) cold and has not happened to Warm to approximately 22:00. Another weak point was you could not open the window. But there was an air conditioner, which only worked when in the room. It was very hot quickly and I had the cooling for the whole night. The next Morning I had pain, headache and sore throat. The location was very Central.

So, my wife had been were busy with your family at Hotel JUFA and two rooms, a triple and a twin room one month before the Vienna Marathon, and paid, to get the two rooms next to each other, but despite the empty room next to the three bed rooms and in addition to the two-bed room, not possible, so my family had to stay in the two bed rooms on the second floor and the third floor, you could not claim it is not a court of competent staff. The dinner was not edible, so my family ordered Pizza and even fish. The fish arrived about an hour later than the Pizzas, not to recommend, therefore, neither at dinner nor room service, so no star, nothing deserves this Hotel. Carlo Walch.

Ok, First let me say the room was nice. And I think if I had a large family this would be perfect. Its a bit out of the center city, You do have close access with the subway however. Not bad in anyway just not cozy.

Tolle Zimmer nur der Kühlschrank fehlt, vor allem bei der Hitze. Putzfrauen waschen Handtücher leider meistens nicht. Schönes Gebäude mit imposanter Lobby. Ein perfektes Hotel für Schulausflüge mit gutem P/L Verhältnis. Für andere Urlauber/Familien eher nicht geeignet.

We were with our three children for four nights there. Very child-friendly. Huge family room, stunning lobby also suitable for playing Bobby car ride, game rooms, children crockery. The staff very friendly, courteous and patient. Many listings also for older children. Some deals unfortunately not more 1a. Billiard, cinema offer lobby and TV in the youth room no longer in perfect condition, but unrecoverable. Gladly we come back.

Fully recommended! Quick with the U3 can be reached quickly and easily in the city centre. Maximum five minutes walk from and to the subway. Excellent breakfast. Quiet and affordable rooms. Even special requests are met. For allergy sufferers: Soy milk and spelt bread can be obtained but please call.

The staff is really friendly, attentive and very helpful! For Vienna, good price/performance ratio. Breakfast good, varied and only coming at the end of breakfast time, there are more than enough for everyone. Here really many hotel service can check off anything else. We will come again, clear recommendation, particularly with children.

However, I was only a night at this hotel my speakers. Despite mega construction site next door, I could perceive no noise. I came on foot to the hotel and was scared by this site for the time being, however, I came to the hotel was to notice anything.
The staff is very friendly and obliging, the lounge is very bright and pleasantly decorated, also adorned you through adjacent breakfast room, café, recreation rooms and a small shop. I was very early in the hotel and ca 3, 5 hours prior to the check-in there, no problem, my bags were blocking next to the reception, and I checked only at 00:00. The reception is open 24 h and the cafe / bar was over even the occasional beer. Rooms are large, bright and warm decorated, very positive in this price segment that is the bathroom very big and spacious open walk-in shower was, and the bathroom was also spacious and kept separately. I myself was in various hotels in Vienna but I may say that's regarding cleanliness and amenities must not hide compared to more expensive hotels.
