If I had known the same, I would have gone to the Ibis Hotel for the money broken beds to hard mattresses, and for a 3 star hotel see photos. 2 bad nights in my life never again …

Excellent location. Near the center. There is parking 15 euro a day. Breakfast is included.

Good value for money comfortable and clean room, staff at the reception helpful and polite a girl also spoke very well Italian, very good breakfast is parking for the car, entrance metro nearby and even the hundred also walk. To return!

The price of the Hotel is really great, but we had a room in the Older part of the hotel. The really has his best days behind and the bathroom is fully-lined, old-fashioned with brown tiles. The rooms are Clean and the beds properly prepared. The walls are very thin, which means you can hear every tram and every one of the says in the hallway a little. The location is pretty good. Around the Hotel, loud Restaurants, and Bars. To the center you need to walk for half an hour, by Public transport about 15 min. All in all, the Hotel is good if you are in the new building a room.

The Room was not clean. We can't lock the door because the electric lock was not working. The restaurant was too far away. All in all the hotel was not good it was terrible…

Well located for me. Price, performance ratio is right. Clean and functional. Only, blinds are missing, because there are only curtains.

Some of our school had to pay for damage on the bed but the damage was already there before we arrived. They paid money for something that wasn't their fault.

Just horrible. Very noisy and uncomfortable beds. There are much better alternatives for the same price level in this area (Neubau)

Great location with amazingly affordable price with a downside of having old not so clean rooms. A great choice when you are on tight budget while wanting to have access to the city center comfortably.

Am here for 2 times, the rooms are top very clean very large and simply cozy. The staff is friendly and very helpful that breakfast is excellent. Come always gladly.

Price-performance is totally okay for a big city.
Rooms have 80s charm with bulky waste furniture.
But it is clean and in my room there was also bathtub.

Clean and spacious rooms Friendly staff and some also speak some Italian. Breakfast was good The location is strategic. Not far from the center, but without chaos. The vehicles are close by and within walking distance there are very good restaurants.

Very clean room with lots of space, easy elevator access, in a relatively central area of town. Close to the U-Bahn.

Price is fairly cheap, rooms are clean and absolutely spacious, parking for some extra money, underground garage secured and convenient. Easily accessible to the city centre such as Lugar city for shopping and meals. Very cost justified.

The hotel have no internet, I went to the reception and they told me that had the same problem, no apologize. Cero professionals. Nowadays internet is essential part on the service and all my stay was no internet.

Very nice price for a room near Old Town (2.5 km) ; parking spot in hotels' garage is 3 times cheaper than outside, so if you need something for a reasonable price, but still close to the centrum — It's the best option.

A very cozy place. Situated in a very beautiful neighborhood. All buildings nearby are hundred years old. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Offers four beds to get kids to sleep well independently. A big value for money. Tram stops right in front of the hotel. The metro station is 5 mins walk. Clean and comfortable beds. Quality of Lenin is good.

Room was acceptable. The walls were dirty, pictures hang awry. Not thoroughly cleaned. There were bugs in the bathroom. Shower was very small and only a curtain. And you could watch the conversations in the room next door, because the walls are so thin. Not cheap for a business trip. Not a good idea. For the price there are better hotels.

My room was very basic, but also very clean and large. When I told the reception that I had no TV remote device, they promptly installed a new television! Very good service. The breakfast is very good and has many selections, is not included in the room price, but is still a good value. Would recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel, simple, functional, no frills, very clean, very friendly staff, everything is there, fresh and clean, everything works perfectly, Wi-Fi is very powerful and free. For us the IDEAL Reisehotel (older Couple on sight-seeing), we can highly recommend, at any time gladly again! Thank you and keep it.

Hello everyone! If you searching budgetary hotel for 4/5 days, you may stay at this hotel. It has very good location and nearby trams and train station. Burgasse is the nearest train station from where you can reach anywhere of Vienna. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean. However I did not see bath top but size is big enough that you may not feel lack of it. Enjoy your stay.

Good place to stay. Close to the subway station Westbahnhof, so you can reach anything in the city easily. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are rooms for 3 persons with two rooms, though they call it double room (512 for instance).

Friendly staff clean rooms every day clean towels and bed linen. Very centrally located right opposite the bus stop. 10 min to the Mariahilfer Straße and the museumsplatz 1.5 km walk. Very cheap so don't expect. We were quite satisfied.

Construction noise and construction dirt by renovations in the House. Rooms despite the request not wet wiped (in registered construction dirt! )
Breakfast poor. Coffee tastes like cocoa or is unfit for human consumption. Lack of plates, glasses, eggs repeatedly, buns ect.

So as expected, a simple friendly, affordable and in good location for visits to Vienna.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds and bedding, adequate breakfast with excellent coffee and bread. Location is fine if you can walk a bit. The downside: when we arrived, we were given a room on the 6th floor (7th floor by American counting) — and the elevator was out of service! We were offered no discount, no substitute rooms, not even an apology! — just handed the key and told to walk up six (six! ) flights of stairs every time we came in and out.
