The 5 stars I reserved also for the smile with which the staff greets when you cross, which unfortunately becomes more and more rare.
In fact, in support of the celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted to give ourselves a weekend in Vienna, and we opted for the NH Zentrum for its central location, but the choice proved to be very fortunate because we found a Friendly environment formed by staff ready and prepared obvious result of a shrewd management company.
The rich and varied breakfast buffet, which is served on the 7th floor on the roof garden, in my opinion lends itself to satisfying the tastes and expectations of the international clientele that, together with me, has been able to enjoy the partial view of the Skylab of the city.
The non-expensive parking under the hotel, connected to the reception by a large lift is incredibly convenient, as well as the Metro stop which is only about ten meters from the entrance.
The cleanliness reigns supreme, the mattress is extremely, high and comfortable to the point that I will ask the seat the name of their supplier.
I feel obliged to underline the kindness that the Director, Mr. Rothbauer, knew about our anniversary, wanted to give us homage with his sparkling personal wishes.
Vienna I will not be the one to have discovered it, but I found out where to stay when I return! We really enjoyed it!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights finding myself really well. Very large rooms equipped with a sleeping area with a comfortable bed and a relax/desk area separated by a wall with rotating TV. The big bathroom with a nice shower with glass wall. Hardwood floors. The hotel is modern and is located a few meters from the Zieglergasse Metro in a pedestrian street full of shops. Within a 15-20-minute walk You can reach the museum quarter. Many places nearby. If I were to return to Vienna I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel's rooms are very spacious: living room and bedroom, with double bed very large. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Very well located in the Mariahilfer: full of shops, ice cream shops, near the Market — Naschmarkt (where you can try the local dishes) and in 10 minutes walk you get to the area tourist attractions: Hofburg Palace. You have mouth of the metro at the exit of the Hotel.

Great location if you’re going on shopping. Very clean and cool stuff. It’s hard to park a car near the hotel, we got a fine;) So its better to use their parking But we’re really enjoy our stay.

Very spacious rooms with living room, king size bed, large bathroom, very bright and quiet. In the Mariahilfer-Straße quasi Centrica area, a few browns of Metro from the City Airport Train and 15 min walk from the area where all the palaces, monuments, buildings… can be enjoyed in Vienna. Breakfast buffet is right until 11.00h. Friendly staff. Average price 5 nights cost us 1300 euros. Very satisfied. Recommend.

Excellent location for both shopping and sightseeing — underground station less than a minute's walk away. Reception staff very helpful. The room had an expresso machine and luxury teas including herbal ones. Ultra modern bathroom and separate seating area. TV swivels so it can be viewed in either the bed or seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for exploring the city. Clean, modern rooms. Friendly service. "Park View" rooms aren't what they sound like.

Ideal Hotel to visit the most interesting of the city H for shopping.

Friendly and nice personel. We stayed in a double room on the 4th floor. The room was big and with a lot of light. The hotel has a sauna and gym, but unfortunately it doesn't have a bar. The hotel is located 4 U-bahn stops away or about 20 minutes walking from the city center.

It confirms the expectations of a large chain of hotels. Location not very central but in Nice setting, easy to walk to the center walking.

Very nice place. Great breakfast. If you want a room with twin beds be prepared for small beds. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very nice too.

Awesome! Good location, not so far away from the city center. So welcoming to the dogs owners. Once we have used sauna, it`s combined with a little gym, so I guess, that it`s only for a small private company of max. 4 people, anyhow it was good. There was small choice of Breakfast available and up to me it was overpriced. 4* cleaning, because I found black hairs into our room.

Very comfortable room. It's quite spacious, especially compared to European standards. The location is convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with the NH brand and I will definitely select one again when traveling to a city with. The only downside is that breakfast isn't free, but we were ok with that because there are so many good cafes nearby.

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit museum quartier and inner stadt. Superior rooms are great value for the money. At shopping street but isolated & quiet rooms.

Great hotel. Very clean with brilliant rooms. Service on check in was very professional and the area is good for shopping. Vienna transport is so good that it is easy to get anywhere quickly.

Excellent Central and well connected.

The location is very central, you can reach the Metro, bus, or train station by foot inmerhalb a short time. Our room was very large, very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast has perfectly meets our demands and the staff was very friendly, cheerful and very helpful. After the staff had found out that I vegan feed, vegan alternatives were the next morning at breakfast I offered. That has impressed.
All in all very to recommend!

Absolutely fantastic location. The staff were helpful. The room was huge with very modern furnishings. However, the internet didn't work. I'd recommend this hotel.

Even if there were problems during the check in, the staff were always friendly and humorous.

The best of the hotel is its location, has a four star service. It only has a breakfast room, it has no restaurant or cafeteria and room service.

Located in the main market with modern interiors amd exteriors. Shopping is easy and fun. Food and cafes are all around. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly to everyone. A short but lovely stay.

Location port too many stars. The rooms have been left a little outdated. Destination very well, if having good weather can have on the terrace.

Hotel very central in Vienna, though to be a 4-star has much to be desired.
Rooms quite outdated and bare-bones continental breakfast (that Yes you can jump to the terrace even though the Austrian climate is quite unpleasant)
Also the hotel staff does not speak Spanish despite being a Spanish company.

Hotel looked after. Perfect location to 20 meters from the subway.

A 4-star NHHOTELES will not correspond. Breakfast not worth it by 19euros.
