Dirty rooms, dont go there. So many good options in Linz.

Exellent podition. Midest confor, but more than enough for taveling.

Good location, but the room is very small.

Very good breakfast clean room and price also good. The room was a bit small.

Checked in normally, drove to the city, and then when they returned, they found that strangers were sleeping in our room. We are very much on the road, but we have never done anything like this anywhere in the world. Incredibly. So we stood there in the middle of the night, with 2 young children, tired and exhausted and waited for a new room — as compensation gabs The breakfast for free, not exactly generous for such an incident.

Great Price/performance. Rooms are small but functional. A buffet breakfast that was not expected at this price. Location Perfect if you are in transit or want to avoid the hardship of finding a car park in the city. In front of the door a Chinese/Mongolian, a kebab snack and a grocery store. Parking at the door. Only the silver fish would not have to be. Still booked again.

Very dirty and small rooms! Complete descends! Room was not cleaned, hair everywhere and remains of the predecessor in the toilet. Absolute impudence!

For the small price is quite sufficient! Clean, friendly, nice.

Nice Businesshotel with a good Connection to the Highway for low Budget!

The hotel is really budget hotel. Even though it is new and clean, the rooms are so small that they even have wardrobe. No common room, reception or restaurant working after 8 pm. Breakfast is really simple.

All very clean free Wi-Fi large room super shower with soap/shampoo flat screen TV with cable reception.

Clean and nice place. Public transportation a little bit issue if needs to travel to near places. Small rooms without closets.

Benefits:
1st room and cleanliness in order
2. Wifi troubless.
3. Underground parking, unfortunately without a barrier and I do not know if the garage is also monitored, did not see any cameras and receptionist would not know.
4. Food on site
5. Pizzeria, kebab, Asia snack also on site
Bese-part What I find bad:
1st bath complete wet after showering, true is too small and together with toilet
2. The worst — moisture in the room too high!
3. Reception only occupied from 8:00? Fruhstück on weekends also from 8:00
4th price, I have seen today offer 20% cheaper, which is not fair.

I had booked cancelable room with payment on site. There I was told I can't cancel and the money has already been booked by the credit card. However, it was possible to be clarified on the spot. Breakfast is suitable for the Spartan breakfast. Milk at breakfast was unfortunately sour. After breakfast came cleaning women who, with the same rag, brushed the toilet floor, the floor of the entire entrance area and the breakfast tables (I can confirm myself as I saw this). The clog goggles in the men's toilet (communal toilet from the breakfast room), including the lid, have been completely off for 2 days.
At the shower in the room is the only blude, that after showering the whole bathroom floor is wet and you get wet feet even with subsequent toilet runs.
The front desk staff was always friendly and cooperative. The hotel has a communal boot garage with the Spar (grocery store), the savings bank and other shops located in the neighborhood. This underground car park has no barrier.

Clean, good beds, super fast Wi-Fi, free parking, pizza and asian restaurant right outside the hotel.

Good value for the price they offer… breakfast is quite good, good coffee! Wi fo works well… the location however is a bit far from city town.

From the outside, not so nice. Inside, everything okay. The room and Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Smoking rooms available.

Only plus points: location/transport, climate, Wi-Fi, and uncomplicated Check-in via the Safes with keys. Room storage to small-only small-corner-Desk and a small suitcase, jacket only hooks and no closet, Mini-night-table dirty, winter duvets, Mini-bathroom, the shower flooded half a roll of toilet paper, (except for the Chihuahua fits are also high-not a dog in the room), the price for this performance. Conclusion: this is a youth hostel character, not recommended except as an emergency night accommodation close to the motorway (1min), above a shop.
