➜ We were a few days in the stunningly beautiful vineyard resort guest and had booked all 8 wine houses. Unfortunately, except for the view and the extremely nice staff to report little that is Positive. The rooms are not cleaned during a 3 or 4 day stay. Really not to believe in the price category of a 4-5 star hotel. I personally have experienced in any accommodation in the world. In addition, there are no fresh towels. As I know at the time of Check-out, you would need the owner's number to call, to order with fresh towels. This Info would also be part of the "Training" (a half-hour briefing in the "refinements" of the house and the house rules at Check-in. As if someone wouldn't know how an automatic shutter works…). Neither the owner nor the staff have indicated to us in any of the 8 houses. My guess is that it, like other Details in this resort has more to profit maximization than with environmental conservation. The harness will also be replaced or washed and the mini bar not refilled. To all Weariness, it is with the owner of a totally disproportionate response, including the loud "argument" because of a defective Ikea parasol: Welcome to the vineyard resort! All in all: A fantastic spot with a catastrophic concept and unfreundli the most leadership. Also a loaf of bread, do not be fooled as a farewell gift.
