The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal.

A nice place with a comfortable room, delicious breakfast and helpful front desk personnel. I will come back again.

For years regular, perfect for business trips, rooms are really cozy and clean, Wi-Fi, rich breakfast buffet, bar, staff very friendly, price-performance ratio absolutely TOP.

What a pleasant surprise! Situated south of thee city of Graz with easy access from motorway. Has car parking at 7euro. No restaurant but great Austrian nearby plus pizza place. Comfortable, clean rooms with fast Wi-Fi but… the best breakfast selection anywhere, ever! Incredible. Even coffee to go! Gert bus to Graz outside for 5 euro and 20mins, forget the car. Excellent value hotel and with the breakfast… a bargain!

Quaint, nice place. Full breakfast, pool, sauna, gym. Close to Anton Paar, about 15 minute bus ride to city center, 15-20 min taxi ride to the airport.

Small but fine hotel on the outskirts of Graz. Restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Clean rooms, nice reception and nice service staff for breakfast. Come by again when we are back in transit to Croatia.

While the location may or may not be useful to you (center of Graz is not within walking distance) the hotel has perfect rooms, a gym, pool, and sauna. Service was excellent. Will return if I am in the same zone again.

Very good Buissness hotel, very good breakfast. Small but fine wellness area (pool, sauna). Underground parking 7 € per night better with reservation as only about 8 parking spaces are available in front of the hotel.

We always get back here once we're in Graz.
Ideally located, 5 min from a Autobahn interchange, nevertheless quiet, 5 min from the shopping centre Seiersberg, bus stop with direct buses to the centre (Jakomini Square) directly in front of the house.
Hotel and rooms are modern, flat-TV with 40 + German-speaking channels, air-conditioning, comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi.
Buffet breakfast is plentiful and recommended.
Only the parking spaces in front of the hotel are narrow and very limited. The hotel still has an underground car park, which is then charged.
Great Business hotel, we like to come back.

I've been to many hotels in Graz and this is my favourite one. Rooms are very comfortable (I usually take business room), equipped with tea/coffee maker. Breakfast is just delicious! Wide choice of hot, cold, sweet and normal food. Each day small changes in menu so you dont get bored. Nice and clean welness area where you can take a rest or excersize. Rooms on zero floor have direct way out to patio. Right behind the hotel there is big public swimming pool open during summer.

Peaceful and silent. Breakfast only, no meals. The restaurants nearby are not worth mentioning. Not very close to the centre but the buses stop 300m from the hotel.

So that's where all the staff fit friendly, the rooms Top clean. Breakfast with everything the heart desires. Because you can hide so many Nobel dandruff.

Good hotel, clean, good breakfast. Not much for dinner around. Beds are not very comfortable, takes a few days before I can sleep well in them.

We stayed overnight to the Croatia. Personnel was able to check us out even after closing time which is amazing! Hotel is cozy with beautiful interriors and small nice pool for a morning workout. Breakfast was good as well, there was a lot of things to pick up from.

Gorgeous hotel! You wouldn't think that from just looking at it from outside! Stay was amaizing, room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was great, lots of options! (They also free coffee to go, which I really found to be a nice touch! ) Now wellness space! Wow. Didn't expect it to be just as on booking pictures, but it was! All in all great hotel!

The best Hotel in Graz. You realize that it is a privately run Hotel. A lot of love for Detail, all very friendly and helpful. Great rooms, very clean, centrally located, with private swimming pool, and a Sauna. Behind the Hotel there is a natural swimming pool. The Breakfast buffet is a dream. I always look forward to this Hotel.

Room TB. Wi-Fi Slow when it works. Elevator down in the morning. Mini bar keeps at room temperature.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Hotel Sued for 2 nights in November and we had a really good time.
Breakfast were amazing as well as the customer service itself. The hotel is very nice, clean and easy to get to. You just need to take taxi or bus number 32 from Jakominiplatz to get Bad Strassgang bus stop, and you will arrive in front of hotel. There's also a bar, which is open downstairs until 10pm. You can find wellness facilities in the hotel as well, and they are included in the price :)
We have really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sued and we highly recommend it to other visitors, that are planning to discover Graz :)

Am several years regular regular on my business trip to Graz. Good value for money, modern, stylish ambience, excellent and varied breakfast buffet, functional, clean and well equipped room, friendly and helpful staff, nice and personal atmosphere. Will surely come again, I will like to recommend.

We were now 2 times times in the Hotel. We were 3 adults and 2 children (10 and 4 years). The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The Spa area is just right. Everything there what you need. The Breakfast buffet is excellent, the selection is great, lovingly prepared and tastes delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and nice. I can the Hotel only recommend to both families and single persons. We will certainly still often stay there. Love Greeting Family Marmelo.

New style renovations, clean. Good free Wifi. Can be a little noisy with people talking in the corridors, but not too bad.

Booked for two days and was called at noon on the second day and asked to clean the room, thought I'm crazy! Was most away still called that the error is the hotel and would not need to clean the room. But am quite nicely with the scheduling in hurling came.
Something may not happen otherwise full marks.

Went so far but already several times in the hotel. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The Spa is small and fine. Everything what you need.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, the selection is very large, lovingly prepared and taste delicious.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and Nice.

The breakfast is second to none. It's all because what the heart desires.
The selection of TV — channels is somewhat flimsy and costs the fifth star.

Been back here for a long time: headquarters appealing renovated, new modern business rooms, free Wi-Fi and coffee to go at the breakfast buffet.

Very clean good facilities, great breakfast also for persons with gluten-free bread, lactose-free milk, or soy milk! Very good package for a city trip.

I can the Hotel in the South of Straßgang highly recommend! The TOP-quality service during our seminar was really impressive. Totally nice and attentive staff, great Breakfast buffet with all the bells and Whistles — just excellent! This Business-friendly Hotel offers in my opinion an awesome price-performance ratio and also with the small but fine Spa area, no wishes open. I'll be back, no question!
