In advance the positive things: — nice rooms (modern, well maintained, clean)
— The Spa is also good (clean)
— Restaurant: very good food and at a high level
BUT: Now the Negative: the Service, especially in the Restaurant, is not good. The Hotel claim to be 4 star, just not with the Service offered compatible. Table overlooked the reservation, then the service personnel diskutieret in front of the guest, until finally the guest is not beautiful in the evening. Staff in the Restaurant very uncoordinated, there is no fixed assignment who is responsible for which table, and thus, for the guest is responsible. — bad or absolutely no feedback management. We were asked for payment, neither whether everything was in order, we still had a demand, why we have not given a tip. This should actually be a Signal for the staff that the guest does not allss was in order. In summary, the requested price for the performance offered is not justified.

Amazing place, amazing service, clean, very good and organized. What is extremelly possitive is, that they place hold of new comers if their capacity is over, you wait or you come later. Like this you never experience full baths, sauna etc. All is not for money, but for confort of customers which is makibg this place exclusive and very nice! Love it so much! And it is part of Tauplitz Summer Card, so for 35€ you can have many other actions with this amazing place! Highly recomended to all around this Spa which is extraordinary!

The hotel is very lovingly designed and the details well placed. It has all a style that you feel is very hearty.
Breakfast is small but nice. Everything is available and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
Just like dinner in the evening. Very quiet and elegant, the staff is professional, particularly HR. Admir has noticed us!
On the whole we come again in the summer and look forward to the beautiful time with you in the beautiful Ausseerland!
The wellness has really done the soul very well and will soon be returning guests at the Daffodil Vital resort!

We have spent a very nice weekend! The rooms are very nice and cozy, you can choose from several different pillows (eg, a Swiss stone pine pillow, etc), very nice staff, a little carelessness, immediately responded. Unfortunately, there is no separate Spa area for hotel guests, which is why I allow me a point deduction. The location is great, especially the Panorama, a Swim in the outdoor pool offers is a great. The Breakfast was very good and absolutely sufficient. There is a wide selection of Spa treatments such as massages, Beauty treatments etc and a Fitness Center. We are left to recover and can recommend this Hotel!

We thank you for the pleasant five days! When we were at the beginning a little nervous, because it is the first few minutes is a bit of a cure-prison, met our expectations and then more than! The rooms/suites are large, clean, the staff very friendly and efficient, the Spa is very pleasantly decorated and the Restaurant is small but fine! The panoramic view from the rooms and the Spa is, of course, the zero point Ass! A special Plus goes to the Restaurant and at the same time to the service personnel, Admir and Paul, and also to the restaurant-a critical assessment a excellent Service with great friendliness and flexibility! At the same time, we want to Express our thanks to the excellent cuisine. It will certainly not be our last visit — we look forward to the next one! All the best for the new year! ;-)

Tourist rip-off! 8€ loan fee for a sauna towel on top on entry. Just outrageous.

What really disturbs, however, is that there is no peace in the rest rooms.
The staff in the restaurant area leaves much to be desired (wrong juices brought, miscalculated and very slow). The room was very well-priced.

Hotel rooms are spacious (Junior suite with mountain view) and in a very good condition. The restaurant provides good quality, however there are few drawbacks. There is not enough staff, both in the morning and in the evening. Either it takes a while for an order or the staff gets confused. The pool area is nice, different pools with salty and normal water, most of them warm. It claims to be a 4* hotel, unfortunately it misses a bit for that… Still a nice place to spend some days. But it's also a bit costly…

Very nice spa, pleasant ambiance and not overflowing. The only Weir drop is the restaurant. Finished food of the nastiest sort. Have complained to the cashier half a year ago, where we were told that it will change. Were in the meantime about 8-10 x there. At the last visit we tried the "restaurant" once again, unfortunately. Insolence to such a thing.
Recommendation to the management. Visit the Rupertusthermae in Bad Reichenhal and you would see how it was done. With our opinion on the non-existent quality of their supply but also not alone. It's a pity about the unused possibilities that your spa offers. We will still return to the sauna on Sunday. Vigorously breakfast at home then we'll keep it up until we find a decent restaurant on the way home.

We were very happy with the hotel! Beautiful room with magnificent view of the Dachstein. The staff very friendly. Of course there were little things that could be criticized (Bathrobe in XL — looked terrific at my wife:-), streaking from the cleaner on the outside of the Klomuschel, etc), but compared with other 4 * hotels everything was in order and we were able to enjoy our stay.
Especially super and a good idea I also found the door that if you do not want to have the room cleaned, €5, — gets refunded.
We were lucky to visit in the low season, there was one or the other lying in the beautiful spa area still free and also few noisy children on the way (which could be kept in check by the cleaning staff).
I can only recommend the hotel!

Were on the 20th 7th ' 16 about 4h in the daffodil swimming pool. We liked it very much, located in the middle of the Styrian mountains, a blessing! Also the brine pool "in the mountain" was great, with underwater music.! * A slide would be another possibility, unfortunately it is not there. But otherwise to swim and relax highly recommended.!

Have spent 2 days here and were thrilled! The double room is very nice, clean and extensively equipped. (A big Thank you for the coffee machine! ) The terrace offers a magnificent view to Bad-Ausseer mountains. The Breakfast was also very good and worthy of praise, as it is also offered for vegetarians and Vegans, a great variety. After a hike we relaxed of course in the salt-water bath, and recovered. In the bathroom is a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The steam room is great! We are already looking forward to our next stay at the daffodil hotel, because we will definitely be back!

My husband and I had yesterday, our 25. The day of the wedding. Wanted to mark this occasion, we spend a nice day at the Spa in the Narzissenbad. We solved on the spot 2 x day ticket + Sauna, it was 10.05 PM. With a bit of luck, we were able to get 2 Loungers. After about 1 1/2 hrs we took our stuff and wanted to move into the sauna area, as it was in the bathroom, very restless and noisy. In the sauna area Are free, although also in the various saunas, hardly any people were, after a wait of 1 hour, my husband left back to the bathroom and got a free deck, he asked the lifeguard if this possibly could organize a second deck for me, this very friendly young man gave us organized. Now we moved yet again to the bathroom and left the sauna area unused (and thus thrown out the window)! At our previous visit, we were excited, so we wanted to spend our special day even particularly beautiful, unfortunately that was not the case and we left the bathroom, unfortunately, already by 16 clock instead of staying until the end. Too BAD!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and very enthusiastic. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, bright and very clean. The view from the room was a dream. Breakfast was OK — the selection was sufficient. The saltwater pool area was manageable and enjoyable. My highlight was the sole Lake.

Thermal baths of peace? That's a laugh.
We drove for hours for relaxing quiet days in salt water.
We checked in at the hotel, the suite is wonderful and super views. However, we missed the slippers promised at time of reservation, and the bathrobe handed me almost down to the ground.
Then we went over to the narcissus pool and faced the first problem: not only free couch, no extra sunbathing area for hotel guests, no quiet zone. Hardly bathers on the beds, they were all just towels occupied. So we wanted to be first our beach bag in a locker, until a bed is free. But our chip Ribbon from the hotel didn't work for the lockers of course, which is available only for bathers. Off to the reception and a Ribbon get… Until we were back there, also the last lockers were occupied (or defective).
At some point we were lucky then and could get but a deck. She was completely drenched. But no matter, so get in the water. Everywhere were children, plärrten, squirt, jumped, dived or blustered otherwise. Last resort: the saltwater lake. At the door is explicitly, you should behave quietly. Inside arrived I realized also why: when you spoke, one had to speak very loudly through the rushing water and echoed every word in this Grotto made from artificial stone.
And as they echoed, no one held on to this peace bid. And apparently no one had a need except us in this bath for peace and quiet.
Once and never again! There's no single quiet retreat.

We, 7 persons, attended the am16.02. The thermal spa and wanted to give us a nice afternoon. At approximately 16:30, we wanted to check in, have been treated but very unfriendly. The ladies at the cash desk waited 10 minutes to finally collect the admission. Previously, we were ignoriert-not even greeted. A "Grüß Gott" the least you can expect would be. Allegedly, the spa was crowded, which however was in any way the fact — many concerns were still free. We annoyed us with the unfriendliness. The Spa itself is very nice and after we calmed us again we enjoyed the afternoon due to the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. If the ladies at the counter were friendly, the Spa would earn 5 stars.

Like many reviewers attested, Solebad Narzissen Bad Aussee is by far a very memorable and relaxing Alpine Spa in a beautiful Ausseerland in Salzkammergut area. This place offers a perfect possibility after a hard day’s work, slip into a fluffy robe and step into the spa for a few hours’ relaxation in the thermal rooms, saunas, quiet lounges and swimming or solebad pool. If you’re lucky you may find that less people visit a spa during twilight hours, and often the price for a twilight spa will be less than packages offered earlier in the day. The facility is very clean, spacious and modern. Also, experienced and very friendly staff leaves you no reason not to visit Solebad Narzissen Bad Aussee again :) I would highly recommend it!

The Wellness and Saunaberrich is all very nice and sufficient for 1-2 days. The Service in the Restaurant is an impertinence! 1. Knows the operation is not even what the daily special is (a soup and a main dish, should you can remember) 2. We have about an hour to get our food, waited, even though about 10 people in the Restaurant were (in the Afternoon, 16 o'clock) For unique demands at a colleague said he only he comes right out (we sat Outdoors) and will clarify that. 10 min later he was still not appeared. After 1 hour and 15 minutes we then again complained and the operation with broken English just said, "Yes, Stress"… clearly, if there are 10 people in the Restaurant, all of us have come before us and their food. Conclusion: After 1h15, we have our food be cancelled and are gone!

A nice place to relax in beautiful surroundings. Hotel recommended in combination with the use of thermal baths and a visit to the sauna world. The hotel is clean and smells brand new. Staff very helpful and can recommend interesting places to visit nearby.

Beautiful grounds, great Hotel and the bathroom! If you Wake up and the glacier with blue skies, sees, wants no more one way… The Breakfast buffet is very tasty!

After we were already often in Bad Aussee in versch. 4 *-Hotels have stayed and the area of love, we wanted to this time, the newly opened Narzissenhotel enjoy. The location is wonderful, the architecture of getting used to (among other hard-to-open Gangtüre in the house 2.1. Floor, why is here different technique used, as for all other Gangtüren? ), the rooms are very nice and clean and to Feel good, what with a Grand re-opening is not surprising. Going to the bathroom across the hotel lobby, at the Restaurant past could have been different can be solved and does not talk. Otherwise, the Narzissenbad but very nice and clean. Very disappointed we were, however, about the extreme difficulties at the start (? ), in a 4*Hotel in this price range from our point of view may not be.

Just opened a Top Hotel in a sensational location! Rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of space for relaxation. Especially the views of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. The Hotel is perfect for active Erholungsurlauber. Wellness and relaxation is due to the direct connection to the Narzissenbad guaranteed! You can absolutely recommend it.
