Gästehaus Linderhof is absolutely overpriced and has nothing really to offer. Ugly rooms with ekligem carpeting and outdated bathroom. The towels are old and frayed. Incredibly rude staff at reception, at Breakfast and during the cleaning. We were in the morning by the maid with a loud Banging on the door awakened. The Breakfast is terrible, you can't even get water if you ask. The lake is about 5 minutes away and you have 3€ entrance fee to pay. All in all, a terrible house for too much money!

The welcome was friendly, the rooms are clean, big enough and in our case also with a balcony with mountain views. Only the Breakfast was very high and kept simple. As a Budget guest house to recommend.

Was in may for a night on the Wolfgangsee at the Gästehaus Linderhof and found it so: Pros: — right on the lake -Staff was friendly Cons: — it stunk of evil (in the room and at the Buffet) -Balcony creaked -Crockery was dirty TV with (very) bad quality -almost no choice of channels Toilet dirty (Only) the proximity to the lake and the friendliness of the receptionist to recommend.

I was at Linderhof with a group of people for Christmas markets. Located in Nice area, close to Lake Wolfgangsee. On arrival the owner very quickly accommodated us in rooms (very welcome). Good food and service.

The Linderhof Palace guesthouse is highly recommended. There's holiday at home.
The family is very nice, and the food is super. Has changed everything. Can I only recommend everyone who would like to not spend your holiday in a hotel. The practically prefers the family vacation.
Also we learn much about the region and the Lake Wolfgang very by the hosts and thus very much seen. The activities could be used very much better.
Anyone who wants to make holidays on Lake Wolfgang, can in the Guest House of the family very, very feel good and relax.

Experience a holiday in July at GästeHaus Linderhof:
First of all: The hotel "Hotel Linderhof" wasn't worth for us, a real disappointment and their money! There were a number of negative things and occurrences, the worst the unkindness and lack of respect for the guests, which weighed one however is met here.
Our experience: Cold water in the shower, dining à la moderately sloppy cooking, missing advice and support regarding leisure, sudden onset in the rooms of the guest house staff, without previously knocking. The list (could be long on).
For these reasons we can make no recommendation for this guesthouse. The "Wolfgangsee" region is so beautiful, "Guesthouse Linderhof" with guests was so miserably unabashed and sobering.
-> We find: this accommodation is not worth your money! EMERGENCY RECOMMENDED.

My wife and I were at this facility just two nights, but were more than enough to understand that it is too much more expensive than similar Gasthof around (for half board asking for 71 euro per person, when in surrounding structures the price is around 50 euros).
Plus the food is scarce and of poor quality, not at all typical (and say that your web site pride themselves on being famous for their cuisine! ) and the service is far too hasty (in 15-20 minutes you need a full dinner).
The drinks are outrageously expensive: 2 beers, 2 bottles of 0, 5 liter and two coffees 33 euros!
Lacks even the SOAP in the rooms and we had to wash with shampoo, it's not even been replaced after it had ended.
Breakfast a little sketchy but overall decent.
Only positive note: rooms are clean.
