Semester vacation to me 2 adults and 2 children: in the photos the resort is modern and nicely decorated. In reality, disenchantment follows quickly. During the semester holidays is a Nordic club — all-inclusive hotel. The living-room kitchen of the apartments is nice and large, but the bedroom with the cots is far too small. You can't open the window at all, just tilt it because the upper cot is in front of it. You can fold it, but if you like to sleep with open windows you can only tilt it and then have frozen children. Therefore, rather bad air. There is a single box with 5 shelves and for hanging… where to have the clothes for 4 seats? The architect of the hotel should explain this to me. The bathroom of the one room is so small that you can only go in alone. There is not a single storage area? Who's planning something? Luckily we have cosmetic bags to hang on. The shower changes from freezing to hot and if you have long hair the hair wash may take a long time due to the low water pressure. At dinner, loud Hitparardenmusik are played, in the morning and also in the evening. Dining room is completely crowded, the waiters do not speak German (Swedish or Danish? ) we wanted to order a Cappucino in German and were not understood. The food tastes good, but because of the crowded Hall and the volume, there is no room for a cosy meal. On the Apartmenttür hung a message in Swedish or Danish? For a trip, all information sheets in the lobby are also only in foreign language.

Lovely venue for families. Just opposite main lift system. Child friendly terrain and good kids ski schools. Super service, spaceful rooms with lovely balconies, great food and lots of afternoon and evening kids activities.

For skiers very well located opposite the Grafenberg lift.
On the first view, the rooms look modern and good.
In the sleeping room (4-bedroom, shared loungeroom) there is not enough closet space to accommodate clothes for 4 people. If you have more than 1 suitcase, you can't put them away anywhere. So these stand in front of the bed (we lived out of the cupboard and a packed suitcase on the floor) and you have to get over the suitcase or over the bed to get to the cupboard and the double tock beds.
In the bathroom no storage facilities for his cosmetics except directly on the sink (what during hand washing of a. Children will then be completely wet), although enough space for a cupboard/shelf would be available.
The mattresses of the beds are well located.
It is cleaned only twice a week. For us roughly seen ok with towel change.
Our child had a nightly mishap (wet bed), which I immediately told the reception in the morning. By the time I got to the room in the early afternoon, the wet bed had only merged on the wet mattress, and neither sheets nor — blanket changed as requested. At least that should have been noticeable to the cleaning staff! After asking again, it was changed.
Our room was out to the small street/garage entrance.

We are completely thrilled… the accommodation was clean and spacious!
The food was really great and the service was very accommodating and friendly and above all this hotel is absolutely child friendly!

We found it great here — the great and super nice service team, the good cuisine and the big rooms and happy kids. We're happy to come back.

Super hotel — perfect for kids :) Good food, perfect rooms for families (with small kids that needs to sleep around 19-20) with living room with space for evening "hygge". Very close to skilift :)

Nice rooms, nice location, rather slow Wi-Fi at times when you need it most, nice paintings skaterd across the walls, doesn't smell bad in the rooms but in the hallway the smell of well-used shoes find the path to your nostrils.

Very nice family hotel and service minded staff.

Great Hotel

Were 15 people there and are thrilled. Both Service, food and rooms were super, as well as a swimming pool, Sauna real. We would love to come again.
