Great breakfast, nice rooms, stylish facility and exciting tours :-) we will definitely come back and have felt super comfortable! There was no lack of anything. The location is also perfect. Within walking distance there is a great selection of restaurants as well as various shopping facilities.

Very nice place, family friendly with everything you need for a star base tour in the area The room is equipped with a kitchen, oven and dishwasher, its actually a small apartment with 3 bad room, perfect for a family of 5 There is a swimming pool, a small lake, and they even have a place for you for laundry (paid separately). On the down side there is no air condition in Aug 35 degrees Celsius that is tough. You need to pay extra for towels, cleaning and sheets.

I had a opportunity to spend few days in this hotel. It is really cozy, comfortable. You can do a lot of cool activity there : mountain biking, rafting, canyon trips, line park. You can also relax in the spa resort in nice saunas.

The place is beautiful, the room is well equipped. The service is great. Nice indoor pool.

Very nice resort, cosy and quaint, top location between Starjet and Achterjet, right on the cross-country track, supermarket outside the door, nice and big spa area, delicious breakfast, courteous, friendly staff… there is no wish left open! We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway spent there in the summer. Plant is very nice. Had selected a small room via a voucher. The décor and flair just fit well, very nice. Was everything Sauber and breakfast was good too. Will definitely go there again. The reception is also the Adventure Center. There you can rafting etc. To book. In the area there is a lot to see and you can also go on a tour alone with Prima.

Check-in is located in separate building 100m away near the main street. Hotel rooms are large with wooden decor and floors. Shower is supposedly designed modern style — no door, no towel hanger and bit too open for family visit. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious, overall facilities are nice and quiet, living room type of open area. There is SPA area with 4 saunas, aroma sauna is very beautiful. Pool area has a separate entrance from the corridor, which is strange and should be connected with SPA & saunas. Overall nice hotel with separate alpen cottages, lake and adventure opportunities.

Super nice getaway, next time longer. The décor is modern rustic-simply cosy. The swimming pool with spa area with sauna ingeniously after a day in the snow. Zimmer/bathroom are very clean. And there's a delicious breakfast buffet, with fried/raw vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese/sausage, cereal and fruit. There are plenty of leisure activities available all year round.

Nice hotel in a central yet quiet location. The standard rooms are nice to look at but relatively small. The double beds were separated by a footbridge, which prevented romantic cuddling. The TV — not important to me — should be replaced by a current model. Great is the spa with several small saunas and a large relaxation area. The indoor pool is average, but the swimming pond can score in the outdoor area. The breakfast was fresh and the selection great. Conclusion: Always happy again!

Super nice hotel complex. Breakfast to the Apartment was perfect. Also the Spa area you should use slow, very well equipped.

We have taken our club trip there for the 2nd time. This time was the first time in a lodge. Really to recommend! Super atmosphere and nice team.

We made here for two a week vacation in August.
We were housed in the Kuschlstubn, which was absolutely perfect for two people. There was enough storage space, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The free sauna area was highly commendable. Mostly it was there alone, but perfect to relax in the evening.
The central location in Flachau is also perfect. The cable car is just a few hundred metres away. In addition you can also directly behind the House in the forest already dive and go hiking there. In the evening there is then a choice of a wide variety of restaurants and the huge already in the neighborhood. Still, the location is extremely quiet, as the Almdorf backwards puts a piece, is away from the main road.
Finally the connection to the ACF is perfect and we got home discount 10% here.
All in all: highly recommended.

We were with a total of 30 persons (6 family + children) over Whitsun 2014 in the wonderful town of Flachau. The cabins were perfect, the breakfast fee on time and perfect mood. High praise to the maintainer of this magnificent place. The sauna, the swimming pond, the huts and the environment. Just perfect. Thank you.

Alone with my buddy in a small but nice double room, with breakfast (plentiful! ), alone in the sauna (really comfy. Missing perhaps only a hot tub when you stand on it — as I), as well as alone on the slopes at temperatures beyond the 20 degrees.!
Herrlich wars! Nice, friendly support — we would have like to longer and want to also come back!
2 small criticisms: The mattresses were me (US) a little too soft and — what has surprised us but somewhat and also annoyed: we would have looked like in the evening champion League in the breakfast room, where gabs a big flat screen TV. Those in the room is very small — would have been just fine. Unfortunately, our request was rejected. Without further justification. Too much stress kanns not have been. As I said, we were the only guests who have used the breakfast room at all (perhaps we were all alone, we met no other guests).
A little more flexibility would have pleased us really. And although all were always very friendly and Nice, we had but feel that this is "only" professional routine.
Nevertheless: ABSOLUTE recommendation! To criticize something can be found everywhere. ;-).

The friendly atmosphere and loving care has impressed us! Humorous, endeavors, and helpful — so I expect it!
The room was cute, however, it lacked nothing. Good breakfast, great leisure offer. You again.

On rustic-trimmed, high-quality "Alpine village". Very good spa, excellent and very friendly staff. Rooms are still tricky in detail though, still a full recommendation.
