Worth the price. Everything okay.

We actually booked the Hotel Itzlinger Hof. When we were visited, however, we were informed that there were problems with the room and she would have reserved the room for us at the Hotel Buona Vita. The lady at the reception was not very friendly (she was constantly cursing in front of her in a different language) and no one knew what about the reservation! In the hallway everything was full of rubbish and the room was very small and smelled weird. When we saw the room, we decided to stay in another hotel!

Very clean and beautiful rooms! — best price/line ratio I can't understand the sometimes bad reviews — 2 nights DZ inclusive parking 108th — € Top — highly recommended!

Do not stay here. The entire place smells terrible. Beds are hard. Sheets and pillows are poor. Walls are paper thin. Building used to be a brothel.

Away from the center… Staff not present… Coffee machines were not working. We will not return.

An average good budget hotel but room rents are dynamic depending on season, time of advance/current booking and demand. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms/toilets have basic facilities. Our room had electric kettle, dryer, safe, intercom phone, TV and a ceiling fan-cum-light. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Location of the hotel though not far off from the Salzburg Hbf yet not very convenient if using public transport system.

Not recommended, owners simply route guests to other hotel to.

Just horrible! Rooms are settled and plaster falls off the wall. Breakfast on the aisle and of poor quality. We didn't find the alleged breakfast room! Unfortunately, we did NOT receive confirmation of early departure. Therefore, we have to pay for overnight stays even though we haven't slept in the accommodation at all. I thought in Austria you can book 3star accommodations — unfortunately wrongly thought. Never again!

This hotel would of had to of been the worst accomodation in our
6 weeks of travelling Europe. The shower cubicle was disgusting
and needs a jolly good scrub of the floor and walls to remove the mould.
After each shower, as the shower screen didn't close properly you had 2 inches of
Water floating around. The bed head didn't look like it had been wash d for years and breakfast at 7€ each was very poor and not very clean and environment. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok for the price, but don't include breakfast.

Good for a quick sleep but employees are rude.

You need to work on your breakfast! And the duvets should be bigger too!

The room was very clean. The reception does not understand German.

Better question would be how JMD can like it?
On arrival the reception was no longer occupied. No one was reachable by phone. The number from the homepage probably belongs to JMD other, because he simply hung up. We were on the street at 1am and had no room. Eventually, there were some room cards around. In one of them we slept on our own… The reasoning was the next day: booking would have written only one email, but not posted to the system. Aha… and before that you pay 70 €/night. Apart from the circumstances Veim check-in was also the room not price-efficient. The mattress is felt a board with coating. On the balcony were laundry trolleys, cleaning trucks, car tires & Co. And on our question, whether our found object is there, so far no info came.

No drinks, reception hardly speaks German. Breakfast only from 07:30, what does a business traveller do, which has to go at 7:30 a. M.?
Couldn't issue an invoice because printer or software is defective.
Total disaster. Never again!

Please do not book Pure rip-off!
This is the worst (you can't call it hotel)

1. There was a woman at the reception who couldn't speak German and looked like she had been partying all night
2. We booked and paid and she wanted to pay for it again and didn't want to give us a room! Thrown us out! Which hotel does this?!? the boss didn't want to know about it. …

Nice clean rooms. Customer service was excellent.

… die room to be improved is good, the condition of the room was an effrontery. Such dirty bathroom, toilette smudged up under the edge of the inside and outside. Floor has, think for weeks no broom or vacuum cleaner have seen. Ceiling lamp disgusting full of flies and beetles. Yet this rude without end. Condition so bad we stayed just one night that.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Buona Vita for a few nights a couple of weeks ago — it was the low point of our vacation in and around Germany. This "hotel" was unbelievably horrible and if I could give it zero stars I would. My wife booked the hotels on our trip through a travel agent who went by reviews on a popular hotel booking website. In hindsight, those reviews were obviously fake. Here was our experience: First of all, the location is horrible. Look on Google maps and you can see that it is located in a very run-down, industrial area surrounded by rail yards. There is absolutely nothing nearby except for a mediocre Chinese buffet in front and an Austrian restaurant two doors away that was closed for unknown reasons while we were there. The parking lot was so puny that it would fill up and you would have to park in the seedy looking alley in the back. When we arrived it was early afternoon and there was nobody at the front desk. We waited a half-hour before a woman came from a building next door and apologized while checking us in. After going to the room we found that we did not have enough towels, the bed was a box spring with no mattress or padding whatsoever, and we were almost out of toilet paper. By then we were not able to get in contact with anyone who worked there whatsoever either by phone or in-person at the front desk or at the building next door. It was as if everyone just vanished and put the place on auto pilot!

Hard beds, holes in the mattress Cover, the whole day, no hot water, whole morning no one at the Hotel reception.

So a rip-off … reserved room was when we arrived but not free! Fortunately, … was totally unprofessional and slack is 30 min from the centre. There goes only one Bus, no Tram, no train, nothing … I can only advise against it, has no good impression made.

Under cleaning I understand something else. The bathroom has stunk. The shower drain clogged. Shower not properly gefugt. Mattress extremely hard. Breakfast was in the frame, however, was the selection of puny. No fruit, only rotten Apples. Coffee from the machine was good. The Parking and the Internet connection were very good. The staff gives itself trouble. The Hotel is not by the Europeans.
