The location is very good — the ski lift is only a few minutes away.
The Gamsspitzl has been pretty much in the years — you don't actually see such a facility anymore today. Moreover, much is no longer right in order — color in the room leaves, flowing in the stairwell are bound, everywhere looks makeshift Geflicktes.
Our apartment was tiny but clean. The beds were not good, unfortunately.
Especially negative we noticed that even the cheapest equipment is saved — we had 3 packets of shampoo in the room (for a week, 3 people)! Then it is better not to put anything. People usually take their own things anyway. In the kitchen we still found the stinking rag and sponge of our previous tenants. It should be possible to change these things after each tenant, the price for this should be less than €1. But luckily we also had our things for this.
We liked the wellness area, but is certainly way too small when the house is full and bad weather.
The staff was very helpful — especially in the breakfast room was a very friendly lady at work.
All in all: You can do if you have no great expectations and want to be close to the lift. 4 stars are certainly not justified.
