Great hotel, friendly staff and excellent cuisine — gladly come back!

Fantastic! Stayed here 2 nights and would have stayed only too gladly longer! Never experienced such a good and personal service. Very family-style hotel. Room and food absolutely first cream. Don't understand why the hotel doesn't have its 5th star yet.

I like it very much. The hotel could be renovated in places.

A nice hotel! Guests from all over the world, very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. We had a nice quiet room. The swimming pool and the Therhalten have come a little in the years, in the sauna was much Betrireb.

Recently stayed here whilst on a skiing holiday, the hotel is not like usual 4* hotels in that it still retains a lovely family run atmosphere and friendliness. The family and staff are so welcoming. Would definately come back again.
Food and service are first class as was the room we stayed in. It was so enjoyable to come back and use the open air thermal pool after a hard days skiing
Thanks must also go to our waiter zoltan (sorry if I got your name wrong) as he was a real credit to you.
Looking forward to coming back next year.

Room was okay, unfortunately had a much too soft mattress that also squealed but no one can do anything about it.
Really felt very comfortable and found it a pity to have to leave today.
We will definitely be back.

It's been our favorite hotel for years. It is a combination of tranquility, exceptionally freundlicches staff as well as exquisite food.
Everything is topped by the thermal inside — and
-Outdoor pool.

The hotel is wonderful, everyone is very friendly and the food is amazing.
Unfortunately some of the spa services are available only in the morning (until 12) which is not necessarily convenient for the guests that normally go skiing until noon.

A cozy hotel and restaurant. But there were problems with the safe, right down to the replacement. And with the internet, the first 4 days were a problem. Practically, there was no Internet. The situation has improved over the last two days. The hosts are cordial.

Generational… Rooms are just refurbished… very small and in need of renovation.
Spa gets five stars from me!

We went by bicycle from Salzburg to Grado and had our first night in the clip's Carinthia. The staff was very friendly and also the Spa is new and very well equipped. We could include our bikes in the ski room. The room has everything you need, just the bed was very narrow. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and it is available fresh fruit and vegetable juices. For dinner, we were in the Gastein mountain (few minutes away) which was also excellent.

Elegant wellness. And always nice service which can be read from all desires of the lips.

We were here for a weekend and it was very nice. Due to bad weather, we had to move us more on indoor. The wellness area is great but not very big, but you can Dodge in the nearby thermal baths. Restaurant was top of the breakfast starting up to the super 4-course dinner.

Beautiful hotel with many sports facilities in the area. Friendly staff, delicious food. To recommend in any case. Absolute top price/performance ratio.
