We enjoyed our stay very much. Culinary delights are extremely pampered here, both breakfast buffet and dinner menu are excellent. The wellness area is very large and offers various relaxation options such as saunarium, sauna, infrared… very clean and stylish.
Indoor pool is sufficient if there is not much going on and the outdoor pool is very pleasant even in the cold time. Here a visual protection to the popular walk would be recommended, because somehow you would otherwise find yourself funny when you swim right next to the gassigehern.
Our room had a balcony towards Gasteiner Ache and therefore a beautiful view.
But I wouldn't award four stars for this one, as it was very spacious, but the carpet was quite dirty. I know October had nUPthe best weather and just before the end of the season this criticism may also be inappropriate, but we had not paid a "normal" double room but an extra charge for a "superior" and a clean floor would have been expected.
In addition, there were also other little things in the room, which we had better in other three star houses. The mirror cabinet in the bathroom is old and glued inside with Tixo, a shower or bathtub wall as splash protection is not available.
The lights and lamps were not all fully functional either.
The conclusion is that we have come around a lot the last time and also houses with a lower category sometimes had at least this standard.
