➜ Purest catastrophe of this "hotel" where youth hostel would probably rather meet, apart from the prices.
Rest disorder is probably part of the evening/night routine, and according to the "receptionist" you should künmern yourself and call the police that he is not responsible for it.
By the way, the team consists of 5 people who all speak only a fraction of German.
Absolutely no recommendation for this hotel, we had to worry about our security.

Ski lift only with a strenuous walk uphill and then with a bus which runs however only once per hour.
Reception is almost never occupied and if anyone is there you will not be understood because the entire staff understands almost no German.
I expected a quiet friendly family hotel, but due to other hotel guests who ended up in the night allies and even with a police mission, of course nothing was quiet!
The receptionist didn't do anything about it and you felt abandoned and absolutely unsure!
I can only say that I am shocked that there is such a hotel in Austria at all!

Staff helpful and nice. Hotel not so new but very clean. Environment a paradise. Rooms are very already and view from the balcony is a dream. Thank you for experiencing it.
