Pleasant and functional. No particular character but nothing negative either except that it is not close to main town.

Good hotel. Trozdem some criticisms. Breakfast could be better for a 4* hotel. I personally don't have enough choice. The double rooms are rather dark. Shower is not separated in the double room — rather open. The wall in our room was partly dirty. Trozdem a good stay.

We were on a seminar basis during day days in the hotel area. Was quite decent. Employees very hard to work.

Clean and nice hotel in Krems with very friendly staff, breakfast buffet sufficiently large and good, everything there that your heart desires. Beautiful terrace to sit outside.

Easy booking, great location by the uni campus, modern room, but you just have to like that you look from the bed into the shower and there is no door, breakfast was also good. If I am back in Krems I will probably sleep there again.

The staff at the bar is extremely friendly. Was often here and again very satisfied! The rooms are the same as you would wish for a business traveller. Very well maintained, as big as one wants and also the bathroom/toilet area absolutely OK! can only recommend it!

I was on seminary at the Hotel Arte. I find for students etc… It fits quite well just for business seminars it is a little too casual. Food is in the adjacent 2-stone. Is a wonderful restaurant only unfortunately there is no separated area where seminar visitors can sit. Because the noise during lunch was a little too much.
Room I can't judge.

Nice rooms, very friendly staff; Underground garage in the house.
I had to spend two days in the hospital during my stay. During this time the staff took care of my life companion. For this time she even reduced the room rate to 1 person, which I do not think is a matter of course.
Thank you very much for the hospitality; I can only recommend your hotel and its staff.

Great Room, Great Price. Only thing that let me down was there was No door to the bathroom, not a problem, just don't share the room with a work colleague…

Spent a night here. Price performance does not fit unfortunately. Flair of the room very sober and somewhat lived off, bathroom open provided thus putting out the room and shower with shower door only half bathroom quickly under water. What hotel for me isn't for a 4Stern alright, that EUR 7 per day are required for fast Wi-Fi. Only the slow Internet is free of charge and that was really very slow. Breakfast is fine dining room has unfortunately atmosphere of concourse.

Nice centrally located hotel in Krems. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Also, breakfast was OK.
