We only called in for a coffee which was the best we had in Illmitz and were pleased to be looked after so well by attentive and friendly staff. I left my credit card on the coffee table and they tracked me down via the tourist office and phoned my hotel to let me know. What terrific service! Thankyou.
Particularly noteworthy is the staff, started at the reception, food edition, waiter, etc. You realize that you are coordinated with each other and are constantly courted as a guest — rarely receive such a great service — in any case five stars. The seminar opportunities (not used) are also very extensive and offer you many beautiful retreat — and meeting opportunities. A star deduction, since the hotel is set in a high price range and there and that some renovations would be possible.
Great hotel including direct view of the storks (seasonal). Unfortunately walking too far from the water. Pleasant seminar location.
