We were also very happy to be guests here for the second time.
The atmosphere is absolutely relaxed, amical and authentic.
The service friendly, attentive and patient.
For children the best place.
Breakfast and dinner have always been excellent!
The location is excellent: Ehrwalder Alm, Zugspitze, Grubig, swimming pool. Everything nearby!
I would like to thank you for your wonderful stay and look forward to being a guest again next year with the family.

Large rooms very well maintained and clean.

The restaurant could use a bit fine polish, had already better times.

However, 95% of the staff, with foreign employees, are largely powerful in the national language — but not always.

Indoor pool was cold.

In between, the showers in the room were cold — something to grumble about — without any information to the guests.

Beautiful hotel. Loving ambience with spacious rooms. Pool inside and outside. View of the mountains. Amazing!
Good choice of food, childcare and good location. Parking available. Beautiful holiday from the moment you arrive.

Our second stay at Tirolerhof Hotel and it was great once again. Ehrwald is a lovely town situated in Zugspitze Arena with spectacular mountain views surrounding the hotel. We visited both times in summer so it was relatively quiet but the staff made us feel very welcome. Good meals. Rooms are spacious for a family. Excellent!

The location for winter sports is top, but the service left something to be desired.

Very good hotel in any point of view: Hearty breakfast including coffee, chocolate, orange juice, possibility to have toast, country deli, rooms and bathroom clean, lunch, dinner with alternative, bus stop in front of the hotel Tirolerhof for Go to St Anton who leads to the village, ski resorts with 2 ski schools, including a kindergarten to learn skiing from an early age to the most experienced, chairlifts, including Gampen Bahn, Teleskis, Galzig Bahn, Nasseren Bahn cable cars, sports shops, restaurants, hotels, bars, souvenir gift shops, mini-marts including 1 Spar, pharmacy, swimming pool, emergency centre, health course at the Loipe Werwall ski slopes. To get there take the bus line 3 in s stopping at Moserkreuz the bus terminal is trouvejuste below the gondola Rendl Bahn including toilets located at this place I went to St. Anton and keep a good memory. To go there take the road at the height of the upper Saone of the coast of Vesoul pass Germany to Basel Switzerland St Gallenpar the motorway E60 to Ste Margrethen or is the customs in the Voralberg go to Lustenau until taking the motorway leading to Dallaas Mont Agne, the Albergtunnel of 15 km once exited go to the right by bypassing a bridge leading to the road of St Anton am Arlberg or there is a fire station on your right possibility to go there summer also for trails marked trails planned… Good stay in Tyrol…

Right on the slopes. Very good for family with (small) children!

Hello everybody! My very best friend from Italy comme here to Hotel Tirolerhof-Family &Wellnesshotel in every winter season and are very happy for wonder conditions in every part of compartiment leasure and relaxation in this wonder areal and mountains envinronmental! Thank you! Congratulations for yours greats team of mannagement!

Quite disappointed for a hotel in this price range: — no Wi-Fi in our room (according to them, because we had Apple device… really? please! ) — there was a funny smell in the indoor swimming / spa area — for the kids, no vegetables all week — drinks were free all day round… but out of the 4 taps 2 were broken — no cooling unit on the room, no refrigerator… — the safe was 15cm x 10cm large and could barely hold my wallet — the bathroom light was broken 3 times in a row but somehow the cleaning ladies managed to clean the bathroom (in complete darkness) and didn't report this to the desk… every time again we had to go down and wait for it to get fixed — … All very annoying if you know that we paid 4.000 euro for a 9 night stay in this supposedly luxurious hotel. We wil not be coming back!

Very nice and clean Deluxe suite room as well as very friendly and attentive staff (at reception, dinner and breakfast). Great breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. The dinner was OK but did not cut us off the stool.
The short opening hours of the pool and sauna area were very unfortunate (until 7pm). We could not use them because of our late arrival. Especially the sauna area is a pleasure to use in the evening. Especially when you consider that you usually walk or ski during the day. Dinner could only be ordered until 8pm. We came down at 55 a. M. And we felt like we were too late. The otherwise quite friendly service also looked at the clock and said that we had come at the last minute. Except for us, there was another table at dinner.
Unfortunately, there is also breakfast only until 10 am, which is personal to us for the holiday too early.
When we asked for a late check out the next day, so we might Still had the opportunity to use the pool the next morning, we were told that the 70 euro will cost extra. However, we wanted to leave at most one or two hours later.
Good thing that the beautiful mountain fire, which we have enjoyed from our beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, has hidden the whole negative again:)

Was with my wife in the 43. Week 2015 and I have the Hotel. Staff very friendly — food fantastic and very varied — Apartments super — all wood — very nice with a tiled stove in the room and Flat TV Everything very clean — Very satisfied and not the last time here Beautiful indoor pool — Easy super — food the whole day perfectly.

Very nice, comfortable and awesome views from our balcony.
