Hi and thanks for good customer service! We appreciate it highly. To all travelers out there. Me and my fellows were lost 12 o'clock at night and the Gps was not working properly. We called to the hotel manager and got instructions in the middle of the night how to drive there. We still had trouble to find out the location, so she sent here son with car to meet us. Thats what I call outstanding customer service. I guarantee I will return there when I am at vacation in Austria again. Best regards three glad guys from Sweden.

Location is perfect, Apartment is nice and clean. The landlord was rude and not friendly, did not clean the apartment when they were supposed to and refused to change our bedding for 2 weeks!
