➜ Very disappointed with a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. Agree for 3 stars for the rooms. But the service, meals and activities, it deserves only 2 stars.
Description of discontent: very limited meal in choice (all services; lunch package consists of a gun filled with butter and a small biscuit). No body lotion, soap reduced in room and non-existent at the pool. No room fridge. Very small staff assistance service. Apart from the pool (very nice but simple), no children's play area (while listed as a family hotel). I saw much better in tyrol (for less). The balcony is not private (it is common for 3 or even 4 rooms) and therefore, you can have the visit of the neighbor's dog. No vegetarian menu and everything that is requested in addition pays.

Very nice family-run hotel, food excellent, staff always friendly. Rooms wonderfully clean, so since really great praise to the cleaning fairies, who do their work really very thoroughly. The pool is beautiful, we did not use sauna. Only two small things bothered me, the label at the breakfast buffet and the balcony that it is not separated, but no reason for point deduction.
