Super friendly hosts, fine food, great wines, attentive service, great wellness area, wonderful back massage. It starts with the warm welcome at the reception, you are accompanied by the friendly caretaker to the room, flashy bathroom, great suite. Our stay in the tirolerhof was perfect. Thank you very much.

Nice spa; with sauna, Turkish bath, biosauna and relax room. Nice indoor pool, with cozy and comfortable beds.

Beautiful hotel clean nice rooms, good food, only bad thing that the reception staff, ten km from the border does NOT want to speak Italian, no informative oppusle in Italian.

Nice hotel, very nice spa area, pool just as though quite cold so not exploitable. Breakfast certainly not up to the place and especially the cost of the hotel. Pulling the sums paid 70 euros apiece for one night is not worth it.

This hotel should be renewed especially bathrooms. In a expensive suite we had a small bathtube coming from thr 90ties. No cappuccino (or other special coffee) included for the breakfast and no water boiler in the rooms.

Worst restaurant. This is not a hotel and it has not earned any stars either. Reserved parking lot was occupied from the first day of other cars. Phone in the room was broken. TV wasn't running. At the counter I did not borrow a Korkenziher, because their Korkenziher is only for the open of own wines. When I arrived at the reception at 11pm (phone broken) There was a sign with no. 4 stars are not 4 stars as they offer other houses in the place. We had been very happy as a family and were extremely disappointed. Instead of being pictured on the booking confirmation — bright family room with wood-coloured new flooring, flooded with light and airy furnished — we became a completely buried F. Zimmer, dark, with smelling carpet, poultry pillows and televisions with Strip pictures assigned. The water had to run with maximum beam for minutes before daring to brush your teeth or even take a shower. In response to the demand from the owner, we learned that we should have said at the check in that we actually wanted to move into the booked room and did not live into it! We have not yet experienced such a hospitable behaviour, with 4 star price levels and a high vacancy rate 3 days before Christmas. The 3-day stay was characterized by poor cuisine and cheapest ingredients, which, except for one dinner, did not even reach the hut level of the nearby area. Very good hotel with nice terrace, covered swimming pool and garden. Everything is very clean. Confortable and big room. Extremely quite. 3 course dinner, salad bar, cheese soup, tasty vegetarian main course. Perfect stay.
