Top hotel, nice location, ample parking. The swimming pool above the roofs very impressive, we enjoyed every day. The staff very friendly and attentive. The only thing that can be criticized (in summer) that there is no air conditioning in the hotel. A fan is provided on request.

Upscale ambience, but no luxurious furnishings.
Friendly service. Very extensive complex.
Sufficient parking.

We liked the stay, everyone is very friendly. The food is very good, only the background music is a bit dignified. Would go back there at any time. Lg.

A hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps of kitzbuhel. Spa with pool on the top floor practically fairytale. Very well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast. The only problem is the fact that the staff, especially at the reception, do not speak Italian: although they are kind and helpful, it is not acceptable given the large number of Italian customers. Ps. In the bathrooms is missing the bidet.

We felt very comfortable. We wouldn't have been surprised if the hotel had 5 stars! The pool and the breakfast buffet were the highlight, especially the pool with the fantastic view was simply overwhelming! We can definitely return next year!

Beautiful hotel in the center of Kitzbuhel. The hotel is gorgeous and the top floor spa is a work of beauty. The Chatel is stellar and posed in a rich history. Being able to spend a night in a room that is 500 years old is an experience everyone needs to experience.

Good location, slightly old and worn out and price (£ 400 per night) certainly does not fit reality either. Ok food and breakfast. Rooftop pool area pretty cool though.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, from this time I can only report very very good!
The staff are very attentive, polite and courteous.
The rooms are very clean and are made fresh every day, the staff are doing a really good job.
The wellness area pool/sauna is well maintained, you can just feel completely at ease.
The hotel jat deserves the full 5 stars!

Unfortunately the hotel has lost its charm after the renovation. The restaurant — the dining room — has the flair of a trade union home. Nice spa — area with pool on the roof. On arrival waited almost an hour for luggage (no servant available).

The hotel is beautifully nestled in the countryside on a hill above Kitz Kitzbühel.
The rooms are very spacious and modern equipped.
We liked the pool from which one has a fantastic view over the rooftops of Kitz Kitzbühel. It was ideal to switch off the stress of the city.
The staff was very competent and always helpful.
We liked it very much!

Excellent hotel. We are the 4x in this hotel. Especially nice the childcare of Simone. The service is very accommodating overall. It is a relatively large hotel.

Nice rooms, excellent cuisine! Very nice bar with a great ambiance. Wellness area on the top floor. From the pool you have a breathtaking view of the city of Kitzbühel and the mountains! In the wellness area there is a bridle with sun gate tea as well as apples. I stayed with my boyfriend for two nights there and loved both of us.

It was the best hotel I have even been to. The Only thing that is bad about it is the older rooms. The beds there are bad.

Helpful staff, great location and nice clean rooms. There is a convenient shuttle to the main HahnenKammBahn gondola every half hour. Just be aware — if you are staying on a half-board plan, you will have the same table assigned to you for dinner for the duration of your stay, something that wasn’t made clear to us upon check-in. Make sure you select your table ASAP upon arrival as the better ones go fast.

So, I was not a guest at the hotel (no Übernachtigung or event), but I have been a visitor from the hotel for a long time, so I can tell you that whenever I go there, it is nicer than the last time. The hotel also has excellent staff who are above all very polite.

5 stars for a 5-star hotel. Reception perfect. Free parking. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Staff very nice. High comfort. Wellness and Pool top. Food top class. Operation Pleasant. I can't do better. Come back.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are very clean. I always enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Incredibly good food spread throughout the day. The view of Kitzbühel is also insane. The pool is cozy and warm. Top Hotel!

The cleanliness and the pool are the 5 star absolutely worth it. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio does not match the rest.
The 5 course dinner is of mediocre to poor quality and due to the crowded tables you feel a bit like in a canteen. The staff in the restaurant is also not very friendly.
At a 5 star hotel I would have expected in addition that my partner's birthday is not ignored, nor where we ordered a bottle of champagne in the room.
All in all a very overpriced hotel which stands out due to its lack of charm.

4 stars but not even more… Well-kept house with panoramic pool as a highlight. Because of the size of the dining room, one feels partly like in an all inclusive temple on the Turkish Riviera and not like in a 5 star house… House lives well from its past, photos of the stars and starlets on the wall are consistently from the 80iger years. Occupancy is probably achieved through Aldi and Liederl package deals. Have booked themselves via Internet — price is absolutely true — 5 star flair, however, looks different!

Excellent hotel and staff, we enjoyed our stay here. 15 munute stroll down to the town or wait forcthe hourly courtesy bus. Perhaps a word of warning re dinner: Starter (from the buffet), soup, salad (from the buffet), main course, dessert, cheese (from the buffet). If you are skipping any of the courses let your waiter know or you may find you have a bit of a rest while they wait for you to have your salad before bringing your main course, for example! ☺

It was a very nice Hotel. The pool on the top floor overlooking the surrounding peaks is fabulous.

I was really disapointed from my stay at the Schloss Lebenenhof, I heard some good things about and decided to give it a try. The room was very beautiful and the view was estonishing but that was it. The service was unfriendly, no help for the luggage, no real help at the breakfast wich was by the way not the best one and very loud. We stayed for half an hour in front of the door at night with no possibility to enter because the doors were looked and when we called noone answered there was only a voicemail. We had some kind of sand in the bed and it needed to be changed All in all it was my first and last time at the Schloss Lebenenhof I would recommend to go to the Arosa in Kitzbühel it was much better.

I have to say, one of the best hotels I have ever visited! Fantastic stay and great food/breakfast. I just wish they allowed a late checkout!

-Unfortunately the vital Tower is absolutely not to be recommended, the treatment was bad, the Pack was about 30 min. Left on my face, the room was cold and especially the response to my complaint was totally unprofessional and in a 5 star hotel totally inappropriate! What a pity!

+ I have with my family of 2 panoramic rooms booked, that are really beautiful. The design of the whole hotel is very good and the rooms are really great. It's just the only funny one has bathroom and shower in a room, think that is so only at the panorama rooms? I don't know, but the view over Kitzbühel is class. It gets up in the morning and looks quite Kitzbühel, class
/ Food: the food is very acquired taste and a 5-course menu. So for children that is not sure. Unfortunately, there's also no buffet in the evening, we had been expecting that us of a 5 * hotel
-The staff is pretty overwhelmed, I can understand, but it comes even before the 30 minutes on drinking and eating must wait, because already people have complained and then just went. Can I find a pity that so works not all as it should be
-Because I'm in a panoramic room, I live on the 6th floor (above the swimming pool where I also have the same view from my window, so I can't say because now that the prospect is so different as the others, and a 5 because I see it ever getting:D) * I expect hotel in Kitzbühel hotel that is well insulated and quiet. ) Well, wrong thought. It is some pretty loud in here, even at night or In the morning. You can hear anyone go above and in front of the door.
