I booked late, first for one night, then increased to two nights to cancel the second night the next day for private reasons — everything worked without problems, was handled very professionally and with a lot of kindness by Mr. Barner. It was a pleasure to be in A-Pink and even though I couldn't use all the facilities, the short trip was an experience. I will definitely come back.

Quick and easy check in and out, tidy and clean hotel. They have pillow menu with pillows from Tempur. The spa was good, big pool with outdoor section. The massage was good. I would love to come back again.

The yoga offer was great.
Unfortunately, the room was not always clean. There have been no fresh glasses and green potions in the last 3 days. Behind the toilet door was constantly lime.

Very nice hotel with a big SPA, Wunder full restaurant, everything for ski. Good price. We was twice and every time was excellent.

Hotel very good. Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner excellent. There is, however, a small shortage in the rooms. The light in the bathroom is too dark, here you should remedy the situation.

Everything was really perfect. A beautiful room — we have never slept so well —, perfect food — the buffet as well as the restaurant were incredibly good —, the outdoor area — started across the terrace, as well as the spa area — enchanted us and last but not least — the staff — so unfathomable too Eviding, nice, fast and good in her work, that you could really let yourself fall and every wish was read from your eyes!
In summary: GEHT DA HIN AND GENIEßT ES!

The service was outstanding and the staff very very nice. Requests were met promptly.
In the 5-curbing menu, the individual gears could be kept slightly smaller.
We are looking forward to our next stay in this House. ☺ ☺

To sleep comfort: I should have chosen a different pillow.
It's great that there is a lot of closet space in the room (cupboards, boiling board…)

Beautiful hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect before going. Had only seen a few pictures of the inside but when I arrived, it was like a winter wonderland out of a fairytale. The hotel is massive, with an elevated buffet for breakfast and dinner, cozniess in the lounge areas, saunas and steamrooms to relax after a day of skiing. Bonus: heated boot storage so no cold wet toes!

Very friendly and efficient staff; very well maintained and clean, with a great Spa area, unfortunately not-so-great food, much of it was bland in taste and the choice of Buffet could be bigger, for the main dishes, the meat dishes, including side dishes, unfortunately, were cold up to a maximum of lukewarm. The prices on the wine list are a private topic, and are 25 to 30 percent above the prices in good Restaurants in the Region. The Breakfast was again very good in quality and selection.

A great wellness hotel. Good service and always friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Dinner in buffet style. A fee is required for parking at the hotel.

Friendly znd helpful staff-always with a smile. We mlchten to highlight the spa area and the restaurant capes. We felt very comfortable and had a relaxing holiday. Many thanks to everyone for that. It was very nice!

Good service staff very helpful.

This is the 5th time we visit the hotel for a few days and we found several points below our past experiences. — The sofa in our room had a cut in the fabric — The red bed protection was not straight and looked like it was a wrong size. This stayed the same for al 3 nights. — We had a red stain on the carpet in our room. — The bio Sauna did not work as there was no water in the reservoir. — The Ice grote was locked — The Outside sauna was not working — and on the first night the buffet was not 100% available. I was told this was because it was a week day. Strange as normal in the past the buffet was the same every evening.

Great hotel — even with children. Large Indoor pool & wellness. Food very good. Shuttle to the lifts.

Dear A-Rosa team, we would like to thank you from our hearts for the wonderful days! Every employee gives his best every day and always has a smile on his lips! Thank you for this hospitality! Particularly noteworthy is the service in the restaurant (among others by Plamen Manolov) as well as the ski rental (at this point a big compliment to Gordon:-)! The rooms are absolutely spacious and it is comfortably furnished. The wonderful atmosphere in this hotel impressed us and we were certainly not the last time there! :-) Thank you!

Very well maintained 5 star hotel with best location. The food is excellent and decent wine list. I'll be back!

Unfortunately not found the usual and beloved services of a 5 star hotel. No service in the evening. No fresh towels in the evening. Room not cleaned until afternoon.
On request a brash tone answer that in this House the rooms are cleaned until 4pm. On demand for the evening service, also an unfriendly response that the service is offered only from the category suite.
This should be said when booking a room by phone. We will find our luck next time in another hotel.

Staff was professional and extremely helpful. Top quality hotel.

The whole service was good to very good. Unfortunately, we were offered a room under the roof with a very small window, a 5 star hotel not appropriate or we should have been warned when booking. After we rejected this we got for extra charge the room 536 with very nice view. However, there is a connecting door to the neighbouring room 535, which had virtually no noise isolation. They heard the conversations from the neighbouring room as if they were taking place in their own room. However, we did not want to change rooms again. This also does not fit into this hotel category.

Great hotel with convenient ski shop in the hotel and not far from the mountain. Walking distance into town as well.

Good drinks and a nice bar with live music. High priced.

Great Austrian Ski & Spa resort, everything you need for a relaxing luxury stay in the heart of Kitzbuehel.

At the arosa, there is nothing to complain about. Only a few of the "hair in the soup" as€ 15 garage fee per day, or Yoga for a surcharge, you can designate maybe. But otherwise, everything was perfect!

Yoga Retreat Weekend was all around a perfectly organized experience with wonderful yoga teachers!

The hotel in general and especially the flair and ambiance are excellent. A rainy-season can be easily bridged here. The SPA department is highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Such dirty carpeted floors have lost nothing in a 5 * hotel! Also at the buffet restaurant you can see that plates and dishes are very worn out! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The A-Rosa Kitzbühel would definitely have potential to be a 5 * s hotel, but due to my experience it is on a good 4 * level with but 5 * STAR price.

I like pretty much everything in a-Rosa especially the staff are very friendly. However, I would also like to point out again that the TV sets are outdated and no longer correspond to the time. You have to do something here.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Conclusion: An oasis of wellbeing.
Less liked: Housekeeping was unloved and a bit sloppy. Glass splinters on carpeting not soaked, despite sticky notes. Blankets more millennia ago than newly uncovered, neither aligned nor smoothly pulled. Expensive parking fees — 15 euros per day, although on the homepage there is parking, underground garage for a fee. Had interpreted, parking is included in the room price, only underground garage for extra charge. On arrival, free parking is not available.
Personal sensation: Carpets in the room are noise-absorbing but unhygienic.

Large & luxurious resort hotel. A little confusing at first with multiple buildings connected at multiple levels — who knew you can get to the clubhouse building on the other side of the golf course without once stepping outside (through the underground car park)?! Really friendly staff, and my room, 5th floor, had great view, sockets in the right place, good Wi-Fi, fab bathroom, and more cupboard space than my home! I was there for a conference and my room was paid for by the regional tourist office. Doesn't change my opinion though.

Super hotel and beautiful golf course.

Surely the best 5-star house in Kitzbühel. Beautiful SPA facility with professional possibilities in the Massage and Beauty area. Upscale but still casual atmosphere. Highly recommend the steak house on the Golf course with fantastic views of the entire resort.

The location of the hotel has us very well fallen, and also the helpfulness of the staff. What we didn't like, is the Restaurant Streif. It is dark and not well decorated, brown floor, brown tables and brown chairs. The tables were not covers for Breakfast and you saw the traces of time. On the terrace there were no cushions on the chairs, this is uncomfortable and cold. The food is OK but not a Highlight.

The sauna area and the fitness Studio are are top. The Breakfast was world class. In addition, the Hotel itself is a Highlight, even for "non-golfers". We unfortunately had no balcony or terrace. The beds could be a bit larger and the mattresses a little more comfortable. Conclusion: A Clear Recommendation.

The variety of options that the hotel offers for young and old. The positive attitude towards special wishes or interests. Well maintained, friendly service, great food, fantastic views. Will definitely recommend to others.

We loved the ski-water! we loved the warmed floor in the bathroom, we loved the fitness facility's, the swimming pool, and the sauna, we loved the diner buffet and the breakfast buffet, we loved the view round the hotel grounds,

We had great days in the A-ROSA. The Service is great. The food was great. The SPA area is definitely worth a visit. Everyone is very friendly and fulfilled all wishes. The A-ROSA is always worth a visit.

Exclusive Resort in a Tyrolean castle-like structure. It has a spa, close to the golf course and close to the centre. Panoramic view and professional service.

Quality of food and Spa. Disslike — The regular "free for all" to getting on the courtesy Bus back from the slopes needs to be seriously looked into. Very stressful particularly if with young children. Must be a better way e. G. Use a line up with chain.

Fantastic Hotel, overlooking the mythical Strife! Very nice and friendly staff, restaurants and breakfast of the highest standard. Slightly improve the variety in the wine list, but those present are excellent.
Room tidy and clean.

The SPA is marvellous. This time (it was our third time in the hotel) we tried the full body massage and the jacuzzi. Both were excellent. The only thing we regret is that our last evening we couldn't find a table to book in the Stakehouse caps because it was full. We finally had something light at the bar. The Streif restaurant is good but not for every day supper except for those who like to eat different food at diner.

A-Rosa Kitzbühel offers a beautiful plant. The rooms are very large, well equipped and clean. The breakfast and evening buffet is tasty and huge selection. The staff is very friendly. The hotel offers a large wellness area with a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool, saunas, a very well-equipped gym, etc. The hotel organizes several times a day different sports programs that are supported by own fitness coaches. Hotel is in a quiet location but still not far from the ski slope, — there are taxis, which take over the transport to the slopes on demand (travel time own hotel.

We had two nights of Carnival at the hotel. The hotel and staff were very friendly with the exception of the restaurant staff in the Steak restaurant. Also the dinner experience recommended affiliated Steak restaurant in the Golf Club remains in memory. The young waiter took 4 pre and main dishes at the table. He answered in the affirmative the question whether he has remembered everything, 3 times. The appetizers came quickly, the main courses lasted a long time. All 4 were incorrect. The best part was that they served me a Ripeye instead of the ordered Sirloin steak and it praised as a Sirloin steak. "I'd like a Sirloin steak" was heard my announcement, the waiter disappeared, came back with the same plate, and insisted it was but a Sirloin steak. Not even longer to wait, I've consumed the mediocre Ripeye then. The higher price of Ripeyes was then called invoice. My request, on the basis of the four failed Hauptspeissen, among others, my wife had ordered a filet, medium rare and it came through 3 x more than, you brought my daughter instead of the extra order fries mashed potatoes and my son got a great to buy an Averna or similar, the summoned restaurant manager turned down instead of the ordered small portion, with the words, it was Yes an impertinence.
My recommendation: This place you can visit only twice, because the first and last time. Especially as the way from the hotel to the golf restaurant"" only through the long, cold garage is accessible.

Here, we had a dream holiday in the Kitzbühler Alps. The hotel impresses with its excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We are rather active and took advantage of the wheels, very well stocked fitness room and the offers of the extraordinary Spa area. The yoga classes are particularly good.
Buffet everyone is really something and one of the highlights was the dinner at the Steakhouse on Lake.
