A really great family hotel. Were only there for eating a few times, but really cozy and delicious food. Again and again we like to go when there are.

Goods over an extended WE with 2 trends. We all liked it very much.
We found it striking that apart from the boss, no German or Austrian staff work there. All without exception from Hungary Slovakia Czech Republic Slovenia Did not bother us only stood out. Breakfast was super tasty especially what but including fresh juices and prosecco. Dinner we had always eaten in the old Seefeld
would come back anytime. The spa was also top. Staff very polite.

Very nice family oriented hotel. Big playroom, kids daycare, pool with slide, baby/toddler pool, kids buffet, and basically children are all inclusive.
Nice breakfast buffet, half board dinners are also very good, no standard cooking, more sophisticated.
Staff is very friendly, and they work hard
The only thing bothering us is the temperature inside, it’s very hot and our winter clothes are way too warm to wear. Glad I brought short sleeve T-shirt’s for the kids, wish I’d done the same for myself hihi.

The staff in the restaurants are sometimes overwhelmed. The light switches in our room! more were not necessarily professionally installed and the flooding after showering is pre-programmed. The bathrobe costs extra and is not in the room. For me personally certainly not a 4 star hotel.

Huge place, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice rooms and big hotel bar. Wellness area is really good. Good location in the middle of the city center.

I read in a review beautiful rooms … I was one night in August and I had to stay overnight the next night to carry out repair of a tire, since the wheel I was cut off by the unknown and I could not leave the car in their parking lot without continuing to spend the night… In the bathroom towels in colors that are not coordinated. Room not very clean. Reception is dismal with a sofa in leather, dark and of at least 20 years ago. It is a structure cbe internally should be revisited. At the reception a lot of arrogance, no one wanted to speak in Italian and not always I could not find someone capable of speaking English. In fact, finding a tire dealer that I replace the wheel was to enable a friendly inspector from the casino seefeld. I continued my holiday in seefeld in another hotel, so I really regenerated. Absolutely hotel does not aligned to the standard of the place. But I don't recommend.

Recommended hotel in the immediate centre of Seefeldsmann. Very restaurant where unfortunately too many convenience products are used. However, the hotel as such is highly recommended and the value for money is right!

Beautiful hotel right on the pedestrian street in Seefeld with good childcare in the mini club. Very good cuisine provided menu is served. The buffet wasn't that great. Beautiful and clean rooms. Service in the restaurant depends very much on the respective employee and fluctuates greatly.

The atmosphere is very good, staff friendly and accommodating, If you need something you will be helped. You can see that it is a family business. This hotel with the location is recommended. I would keep booking it. Except for a reunion in 2019.

Top hotel in the middle of Seefeld, I can only recommend to anyone.

Normal prices for Seefeld but anywhere else expensive. Rooms are quite outdated, but swimming pool is very nice on the top floor with view on the street and sauna with outside whirlpool. Appartements available for families.

Really nice hotel, we felt fiddle. Breakfast was delicious and the selection more than sufficient. The highlight is the panoramic bathroom and the really nice sauna area. The only thing that bothered me, billiard costs money. It should be inclusive.

The hotel is really great. Great food, very cozy décor throughout the hotel. Also the restaurants were very good. We were also very pleased with the room. Only one has to pay attention to the princely house, because there is a disco underneath, although this has not bothered us so now. Also the staff is very friendly, especially the in the dining room I have all been very friendly and caring. Definitely recommended.

This year was the second summer spent there. Cozy place warm and family atmosphere in the beautiful surroundings of Seefeld!

Very nice hotel for a summer holiday with kids (10 & 12).

Core of 4 people nice and large room for families with double service. Fair Price (117 EURO) parking fee a little cumbersome and sacrificed. Breakfast not included too expensive (15 euros per head. ) Excellent free wellness area and swimming pool.

Rooms are good. I booked the room without dinner and breakfast. But the reception staff gave me a half-board card, even when I mentioned it was not included. After checking in, I verified my booking and checked with reception again. Since they insisted that booking was already being charged, I took it, and was prepared to pay the extra 75$. Later just before going to dinner, I get a call saying they rechecked and it was a system error and the card doesn't apply to me and to check with reception. This was embarrassing. I returned the card asap and went out for dinner. I understand system glitches could happen, but the way it was mentioned could have been much better.

3 star because AVG… Wanted to give it a one star after our first night. Room 290 is right above a disco and all we could hear was the bass, doof doof doofing all night and some bloke singing terribly. When I called reception the man at the desk said there was nothing he could do, they were booked out with no rooms free, he suggested (at midnight) that we pack and leave if it were such a problem (really; he's said that?!?! ). Such an arrogant, rude, unhelpful prick of a human should not be working in such a location. The following morning after a terrible sleep I went to reception with the aim of disemboweling the rude jerk from the night before. I think the lady at the desk could see from which room I had come due to my "dragged through a hedge backwards" look and reacted perfectly. She instantly offered us took look at another room, 204. The room was cheaper but in every way a nicer room. I am a tall guy and am not a fan of these planks of wood at the end of the bed that are so common in Austria, room 204 had a very nice bed. Very quiet and offered an amazing night sleep. The rest of our stay was undeed 5stars. Food was great. Cleaning staff did a great job in the rooms. Waitress' were super friendly. Really a nice experience except for the terrible night reception guy with his poor customer service skills and inability to resolve the issue! He should be moved to washing dishes! The hotel is old and really smells of cigarettes in some areas.

Hi, I was never brought in such a terrible room as the 02.01.17. Had toothpaste residue and hair from the Vogänger significantly, and there are some things in the bathroom were broken by the ventilation over the sink to the towel rack and not to speak of the tiles. Something like a guest expected is already bold. No apology to the reception or other. Am really disappointed.

Very nice staff and pool area. The room was very comfortable but not very modern. I think we had the junior suite. Recommended!

Stayed at the end of June, for a 4 star, there is a lot of things to review, the old-fashioned side, and especially the cleanliness of the rooms!
Crumbs, paper mud, dust, mildew on the walls of the shower of hair and insects find when we arrive, and after the passage of the housekeeper the room was in the same condition, top on top there is better for cheaper.
I do not recommend any.

Our favorite hotel that we stayed in in Europe. We got two very spacious and comfortable hotels for a reasonable price in early June. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a nice gym. We enjoyed all the food we ordered from the restaurant below. The breakfast was fantastic but quite expensive.

A wonderful relaxing holiday made all the better by staying at the Ferienhotel Kaltschmid and our friendly waiter Georg — excellent menu and facilities hope to return again one day xx.

The kitchen is happy with the quality, and the staff Obhoditelstju. The steaks are not even bad:-)
