Horrible place to stay. Breakfast is another horror story… Never seen such pathetic standards anywhere else in Europe.

Cozy hotel, easy parking and free, good combination to the city center. Close to shopping centers. The perfect restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. They have typical dishes of the area, I recommend the Tyrolean meat. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

Quite a comfortable and cozy hotel. Conveniently locate with many shopping malls in walking distance.

This is a very clean and spacious room. Hotel somewhat off the beaten track but popular with tour groups. This means early morning breakfast is a rush and crush. Staff very pleasant and some do speak English. However, in some of the rooms many of my travelling companions struck their heads many times getting into and out of bed because of the sloping wall in some rooms.

Clean, tidy rooms, good breakfast, the restaurant has plenty of seats, there is also a street terrace, from everywhere you can see the beautiful mountains. I'd love to come back here.

Good hotel for a short trip. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The choice at the breakfast buffet is great. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in an industrial area, the area around it is therefore not so nice.

Nice structure. Modern and spacious rooms. Excellent cleanliness. Average food. Friendly staff. Private parking. The centre can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by bus that passes right next door.

Address reads city centre, but it aint in any city centre. City centrw is 15mins away by bus. Hotel is neat and clean, breakfast spread is descent. Rooms are lil squeezed up. But beddings really cozy!

Very nice hotel because there is a Tesla supercharger nearby. The food in the restaurant is good and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, modern, climate, clean, the food is average, the breakfast buffet is bad, only ham and cheese, coffee, juice machine, and bread, cereal and Yogurt, but if you wait for casseroles multiple, as in other countries olvidenlo, there is not, greetings.

Nice hotel, clean and well located. I don't like carpet in the room, so it's a star trigger. The hit is the hotel's cocktail bar with delicious drinks.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms, welcoming reception, rich and varied buffet breakfast. Nice restaurant. Free parking and Wi-Fi. A bit far from the Center but easily reachable by car.

Super nice hotel and staff. We had dinner included which was great and the table service was fast. Allways watching and moving from one course to the next. So like I said superb staff. The hotel also has a fantastic wellness area with a finish sauna, a steam sauna, an infrared sauna as well as a waterbed room. It is in the 4th floor and you have a great view while sitting in the sauna. The breakfast was a decent size and had everything you need The hotel is a ski hotel I believe as they had a ski Celler I thought it a fantastic place I would totally come again.

Rooms were large enough and clean. Breakfast was decent, we didn't try dinner.

Location in the commercial area not so nice, but by taxi you are quick for little money right in the city.

Beautiful Hotel. If as cons it has the fact of being a little far from the center, it has the advantage of having a free parking on site (thing of which other hotels do not have). The rooms are large and well clean. The breakfast is very rich (I think I can safely say it is the best ever made in the hotel so far)

We were there for lunch. Although we were an hour late, the kitchen was opened at 2 pm extra… great service.
The food was very good, at reasonable prices.

Close to motorway and shopping centre and supermarket. Decent buffet and à la carte evening menu. Buffet breakfast a little limited. Reception, restaurant and checkout staff a little diffident, not offhand but not overly friendly either.

Nice and cosy Hotel! I only wish that it was a little closer to the city center. They had a great buffet for breakfast.

Value for money is top! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, bathroom and towels top, free Wi-Fi, good and inexpensive lunch and dinner, rich breakfast buffet, free parking, bus stop right in front of the hotel! Non-smoking rooms and non-smoking restaurant, just like that. The only thing that bothered me, on the menu is the name "Cream".

We were here in March 2017 for 4 days. The location is great and the rooms are perfect. The services and the cleanness of the entire hotel were remarkable. If you’re a skier you’ll appreciate the ski&boots storage room with heated bars for the boots ;) bus connections are ok and parking spaces are plenty.

Top: Easy to reach, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice staff.
Flop: Too little free parking, below average breakfast, too much hair on the bed, light-hearing room. Rather three stars plus.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the parking was free and it was a little far from the city center and it was 40 minutes ' walk.

The hotel is located very close to the best mall in Innsbruck. Within 3-5 minutes by foot. Free parking is provided. Location is in a commercial area. Breakfast buffet is good although the service seems a bit overwhelmed at times. Room service is efficient and quick. Just a warning to guests who may have mobility issues, the showers are in bathtubs and getting in and out could be dangerous as the tubs are high. I'd rate this hotel as 3-star. No more as maintenance to the building would need to be improved.

Very nice hotel, excellent rooms. The staff um, I attended two people. One at night, lousy service and the morning very friendly.

Easily accessible from town via the frequent public transport. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The rooms are reasonably priced and we had breakfast included. It was continental style, with croissants, cold meats, cereal, fruits, etc. The room was clean and had an en suite, making it a great place to crash after a long day sightseeing! Recommended for a visit to Innsbruck, we'd definitely come here again.

Very close to the bus stop (both lines F and T direction downtown and Grassmayr bells museum) but watch out for traffic jams in Olympiastrasse. Clean and comfortable rooms; corridors would need a better care instead.

The hotel's location is very good, the panorama on the beautiful mountains is amazing. The room was very nice, calm, clean, modern and comfortable. The door function with magnetic lock. It's a perfect choice. I can only recommend it.

Worst hotel in Europe A/c doesn't work, when you call reception they told us to open the window and let the fresh air come in. Breakfast was a joke. Hardly any choices especially for vegetarians. Room sizes are extremely small, if you have two check-in luggage. You are screwed, can't even walk. Staff is very rude and doesn't even speak English.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Clean rooms and good breakfast. As a brit, it would be nice to have tea making facilities in the room.

The restaurant is well kept. Breakfast is always good. Central location in the beautiful town of Innsbruck. The maids there are really nice and clean up the beds when you leave. It was alot of fun here.

Really nice Hotel, 5 min from downtown, means close by, just take the F bus and it takes you to the center! Standard rooms, super clean and breakfast plentiful! Prices for lunch and dinner great! Very qualified staff.

The rooms are a bit small but clean. Breakfast very good. Staff polite. We liked very much the wellness area : clean, and not full of people. The hotel is situated 10 minutes to the center by bus F that stops in front of it. In the sorraundings lots of shops. Recommended!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are not huge but they are in order. Cleaning OK. Helpful staff, someone also speaks Italian. We were poorly advised, not sure of them of the hotel but the agency in Italy, claiming it was close to the center. It's not, but it's convenient with the freeway.

It's supposed to be 4* But sorry it's not worth more than 3*! TV & light broke. But I got free Cola for it with I enjoyed in the Super bath tub! Breakfast was good and room with "some" nice wiev of the top of the mountain! But location is difficult unless you come by car!

Accommodation wise, the rooms are very good — clean, quote modern and the balcony provides spectacular views of the nearby mountains. However the waiters were not respectful nor polite. Furthermore the breakfast options at the hotel were restricted and cuisine lacked divinity and culture. M8

Ever been here. The country and building was made beautiful and house / office at there. Nice Design by western style but all of Rest/Shop/ are early close, that's for Asian people So'Sad. Any way it's ok^^.

The hotel has greatly improved since our last visit some year ago. The breakfast buffet was just great. Unfortunately, there are 2 points of criticism: it was very noisy during the night and it was not clean — the first thing that we have discovered in the room was a black hair on head cushion.
