No extra pillows, the textile material on the bench in our room was very worn out. No extra pillows available. Location was very good, breakfast buffet selection was limited but quite tasty. View from oriel is stunning. Some areas are very well-kept, some not at all, conveying the feeling as if renovation had been stopped mid-process.

If I could give it no star, I would. If you ever visited "hotel" in one of soviet republicks in early 90th, and you really miss it, so this one is definitely for you. This hotel didn't see renovation for a long long time, buy it really needs some. Old and dirty carpets, no A/C (climate is too cold for A/C (when we visited it was 29 degrees). Location is also not so great. If you need to get to old town, it will take you about 20-25 min walk. The neighborhood itself is not so nice either. Probably the only good think is the price. So next time, I will look at some other options.

Very cool vintage hotel, slept on the top floor, a bit warm as there is no air conditioning in the room. The view outside the window was amazing, I saw the full moon drawing the night sky with dancing dragons.

Hotel Altprad is an old-fashioned hotel with plenty of charm. The location is excellent if you like quiet residential neighbourhoods, close to the river and a park and only a 15-minute walk to the central station and downtown. Neighby there is bike rental, a climbing/bouldering gym, and running trails with work-out stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms get very warm (and we were only here in April) with no visible air conditioning but there are balcony terraces on each floor which are cool and breezy and have excellent views of the mountains.

I stayed there for one night because I had a meeting in Innsbruck. I paid 59€ for one night in a single room wich is very fair I think. The room was clean and I even got a double bed :) the bathroom was fine as well. I had a very nice stay in this hotel!

I had the pleasure of staying at this nice hotel for only two nights. Just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Innsbruck, it is located in a very quiet area. The tired are large and well furnished, the staff are friendly and helpful and also speaks Italian. There is also a parking lot in the hotel.

Good Price-Performance Ratio. Rooms are clean and with all necessary equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Bad Wi-Fi… Good breakfast, comfortable beds, silent rooms…

For the price paid, surely we expected better, the place is not the best, and the structure appears poorly maintained and dilapidated, problems with hot water very slow, the hair dryer was about to catch fire. On the other hand the breakfast is really good, also the staff, without infamy and without praise, the presence of the parking is essential!

We stayed there for a long weekend last year, and it’s a nice hotel for a short stay. Room was clean and ok, breakfast was good. The personnel at the reception is very helpful and friendly. This hotel has a good location, and it’s in a walking distance to the city centre. It’s also a good value for money.

Room was dirty, 4 bedded room ordered, get a 3 bed room with a mattress on the floor. Toilet glasses have not been exchanged for years. Breakfast was OK.

Our stay at the hotel Altpradl was short-lived, fortunately. Upon arrival at the reception we encounter a little guy, professional and very helpful to us has been given the key of the room without those “useless pleasantries, ” which, however, in his work show clarity and openness towards the client. The room seemed at first glance, warm and comfortable, if it had not been that the floor was sloping, and that being in the wood, even if covered by a carpet, which creaked loudly at the slightest movement. Laid the luggage, we decide to take the car to go into the centre. To return to the small outdoor parking lot of the hotel (10 seats) was full and busy also cars not belonging to customers. To request to be able to park in the underground garage for a fee, as indicated by the services of the hotel both on the website and in the brochure “welcome” present in the room, always the same guy at the reception after a couple of minutes of scrutamenti, asked us if we were guests at the hotel, although we had met a few hours prior to check-in, then states “is reserved to the customers of the bistro, you can search the area if you're lucky”. The night was a nightmare, we have not closed eyes! We could hear how our floors would bend at every step of the neighbours of the room who loved to dabble in found a connection to / and continue to chat the night… that were not at all “silenced” by the very thin walls that divided us. A hotel to forget and that we will never see it more!

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Also the breakfast is fine. Supermarket nearby. Unfortunately we found bed bugs on our room (although the room is very clean and freshly renovated). The man at the front desk responded very nicely and has offered immediate refund. Since we were not sure whether Which were lost in our luggage, we asked for garbage bags and were able to close it up to the washing machine cleanly.

A little bit old, but clean. Great location if you want to walk to the center. Very nice breakfast. It's ok for the price.

Close to the city center, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is provided with every service, the buffet breakfast offers a wide choice.

Lack of cleaning. Shower drain clogged, hair dryer broken and fixed with scotch tape (it overheats), strange stains on the carpet, unusual smell in the whole room. Overall, it is not!

Easy to reach, close to the centre. The room reminiscent of a ski chalet with a mountain view and electric fire. Breakfast very good.

Be prepared for a lot of street noise if you are on the first floor in the summer when you need to leave the windows open. Also the Wi-Fi was really bad and would not hold a signal for long and when it did it was very slow.

Clean and nice old-fashioned hotel. There is no any sound insolation and bad smell comes from a toilette. Breakfast is limited but ok, coffee is bad.

The hotel is located in a very central and you can walk to the historic centre. It is equipped with a parking lot is not very large. The staff is very courteous. The rooms are furnished in typical tyrolean style, even if they are not precisely brand-new. Very large and spacious, with sitting inside. The bathrooms, in some cases, require a renewal. The breakfast is buffet style and very plentiful. Excellent quality / price ratio, suitable for families.

Nice hotel in walking distance from the city. Breakfast is included in the rate of the room, which was nice and clean. Only issue was that the water in the shower was rather cool in the evening.

Very nice hotel Our room was nice and spacious and the bathroom recently renovated. Breakfast The location of the hotel is Corca 1 km from the centre (Christmas markets and Old Town) so walking takes about 15 minutes but it's a pleasant walk. I noticed several buses headed to the center.

The rooms a little antiquated, the reception pretty spartan, a location off center, all this makes it OK but without more. Prices are reasonable that said.

Wortkarges Personal an der Rezeption. Dennoch gute Möglichkeit um sich einen Tag Innsbruck anzuschauen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Und der nachmittag Sonnenbalkon im Treppenhaus lädt zum verweilen ein — wenn kein Raucher (für mich als NR) da ist.

Loud and unpleasant smell in the room.

Simple hotel, clean, normal reception. Do not speak Italian, you communicate in English and German. Breakfast is good, but there's little sweet. The partition walls of the rooms are not enough to ensure privacy. You can hear everything.

No idea where the other guests have checked in, but apparently not in my room. Dark, noisy, have the feeling my neighbors and the people standing in the hallway in my room, the water flows in the bathroom is not fast enough, the deduction in the bathroom without a window does not work, accordingly, it smells then in the bathroom. Sorry, actually it deserves not even one star. The one star is there for the nice staff, what if it goes not always to the positive equivalent. The cleaning of the room bill is also the only way to look, clean, duvets fold towels straighten and back out again. Completely failed.

Very well maintained room plumbing very clean staff very friendly nice views to the mountains. Breakfast room super cozy everything uncomplicated, hereby I would like to thank again the staff.

The Hotel was great nice and bright and clean, Breakfast was great too, lots to choose from. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our view was beautiful from the room and we were entertained by the sound at night of the Geese and Ducks having fun in the rain in the garden next door. The room rates were reasonable (at the time Sep 2009) Good location not too far to walk into town and see the sights. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that people can smoke there in the Bar so the smell comes up to the room door and some gets into the room. Other than that, alles gutes.
