Unfortunately not to be recommended, if you were not at the dinner at 18:00 🕕 you did not get half of it anymore and it was not as indicated 4-course menu of choice but buffet and the quality was not the best.
The afternoon snack was just as fast, there was no choice and those who came to the end had nothing left.
From the room there was neither a wellness bag nor bathrobes or bath towels and these were handed out quite reluctantly.
The suite was not clean, spider webs, on the balcony leftovers from a New Year's Eve party, minibar broken and heavily soiled.
The outdoor areas of the sauna and pool areas are also very unkempt.
Internally, no one knew what the other was doing and when, what opening hours apply and friendliness is not very important there.
Only that breakfast was fine and Sauna Sabine was great and really tried very hard.

After I was just at the Kohlerhof for the third time, I am now looking for an offer for the fourth time. The Kohlerhof is ideal for families, couples or singles. The staff is always accommodating and absolutely helpful. If something is not quite right, contact the team and they will help you immediately. I was just here with my daughter and grandson and we will definitely be back soon, the Kohlerhof is on my favorite list. Top.

Clean rooms and a fresh set of glasses would be appropriate. Staff is absolutely unfriendly. Drinks can take a very long time and on demand, then you get a patzige answer. Food is ok. All in all, I don't know where the 4 stars come from.

We are left today and again had a super stay at the Kohlerhof. The food was fantastic, great selection at Breakfast, delicious food at the afternoon bash and the fantastic menus at dinner. The staff was wonderful, any questions were answered immediately, friendly waiters and always ready to help. The sauna area is super clean and varied. The sauna master was always friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean. An absolutely recommendable family business. We will come again in the autumn :)

Very nice property that fits beautifully into the area. Was unfortunately only on nen coffee ect there. Friendly and fast service. The house makes a very nice and well-kept impression, the view here is wonderful. Parking spaces are available.

No to bad internet in the room and the lobrille was too small for the toilet.

Food was nice, all of the waiters were nice and polite except for one waitress that cussed at us for not knowing German. Pretty weird.

As probably the most important note to all future guests should first of all be said that you should inform yourself very well, whether you want to make in the Kohlerhof vacation, holiday or not, what should now not act directly negative. The Hotel, consisting of two, by a road separated, however, under the leadership associated with houses is really huge and can accommodate, therefore, an enormous amount of guests. These "masses" are, in particular, the staff at dinner, big… e challenges. Too many people on too little staff, which not not able to understand German or English. In the rooms there seem to be large differences. Unfortunately, the quality has decreased a lot. On my last visit we have 40! waited minutes for operation. The food was very plentiful, but not in a suitable price/performance ratio. Our guests who spent a few days there were treated unkindly at the reception and will no longer stay at this hotel. It's a pity, because the Kohlerhof had better times.

the last five days have been just beautiful! We felt completely at ease with you. The rooms, the view, the Breakfast, the dinner, the Spa, the staff and the whole atmosphere were unique. Also the hike with Christoph was a Highlight. At dinner the hardworking service staff need urgently support. Here is the time for the guests is missing. In addition, it would be nice if there was the choice whether you want to new towels or not. All in all, you've earned, but in any case, five stars. I have never experienced such unfriendly service — staff. After visiting the adjacent Apres-ski eatery, I wanted to eat something in the restaurant with my wife, but this was denied to us by the unfriendly staff (only the head waiter) — this head-waiter clearly chose the wrong profession. Dealing with people should be forbidden to him!

Nice staff, super fast, really delicious food and huge portions at absolutely fair prices. For me, the portions could also be smaller, but you don't have to eat it all up … For me definitely worth a recommendation.

Are just over 30 Years we go to eat in the Kohlerhof. Not only we and the Environment in Tyrol, but also the Kohlerhof in Particular, have changed mightily. Meanwhile, a very large Hotel Estate with many Guests from neighbouring countries as well as from Eastern Europe. The Gastronomy around the Restaurant is really very large and the Menu is extremely extensive. If you want to eat well civically, even with a regional Touch or also internationally, you can get your Money's worth here quickly and well.

The food was good. I have eaten chips, but we had waited 1 hour for our food. Als at the end, 8 persons were happy, but 2 not, because the food wasnt that tasty and the have waited so long. Nur the we're friendly.

Room 304 is great just one way to hang towels missing! The food and staff is good! The sauna wipes are too small! Too few opportunities lie in the sauna when the house is full! There are no towels in the swimming pool! The water in the swimming pool is too cold! But all in all it was very nice here!

We were from October 27 — 29. Housed in the Kohlerhof. In the evening there was a 6-course gala dinner, the breakfast was also excellent! Very friendly welcome as well as waiters! We had booked another couples massage. This one was very very good! Only improvement: The pool water could be 2°C warmer.

We have in the bar (located left of the hotel entrance) eaten. This is also part of the hotel and is apparently operated from the same kitchen.
The food was really super tasty and more than sufficiently large on all days. Who ordered the tuna salad, will understand us immediately. :-)
The staff is super friendly and the time between ordering and serving very short. Were but also most of the time very early there, so that the local has been busy yet manageable. We had earlier discovered the local, we probably still often there would be landed.

In a prime location, directly opposite the valley station, 50 m more in the Hochzillertal ski bus is located. My favorite master hotel in Zillertal. The team from the Kohler farm is very friendly from dawn to dusk and attentive, you feel welcome as a guest. No matter whether at breakfast, brunch, dinner, or late in the evening at the bar, you will be always polite and obliging fed. Breakfast is a large selection of everything the heart desires, also special requests are met, until approx. 15: 00 afternoon brunch is served, for dinner, there are either à la carte or choose from various multiple-course menus, in the evenings, the bar for beer, wine, cocktails and high-percentage specialities invites. The food is very good and freshly prepared. The rooms are very quiet spacious and very clean, and despite its exposed location. The entire system including Spa and swimming pool is very clean and well kept. Also two Ski-cellar are available, where can be found a place for skis and ski boots. Also the "underpass" by the building part to another is very convenient. All in all there is no reason for criticism.

We have in a bed and Breakfast right near the Kohlerhof usual. As we the first evening, after a good way for a delicious dinner have been looking for, was us, the Kohlerhof is recommended. After the evening we have every evening there ate, since it always and always again very good taste. It was always extremely copious, that even the best eaters get their fill and there was nothing on the card what is not delicious to very delicious. And we have a lot of the map is tried, because we are 6 persons were, and almost every evening something else from the very large card have tried. We can so everything with a very good rate. The Service was fast and very nice. And since we are so please we have the same for next year for our next ski holiday booked.

The Hotel Kohlerhof in Add of 5 stars because, really, everything fits. So I wish my holiday, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is absolutely professional and nice, alone, like the food, which is really excellent tastes is served is a delight. On the topic of food in am Allergikerin and need Gluten-free food, this is absolutely no Problem. Particularly noteworthy is the Wellnesabteilung, here you can dangle your soul. No matter whether cosmetic treatments or massages, everything here is worth the money. So, 5 stars without any restriction. Soon we holiday again in Kohlerhof and look forward already huge. Absolutely recommended.

We want home thank family, that we can make holiday with you for years.
Liked very much the very good salad buffet, which was very rich and was really very tasty, has this time us. The breakfast buffet is very lush. However, I dare to write it, that menu which was very extensive and you can choose between 4-5 variants is no longer quite so delicious as it was some years ago. I can still remember this huge portions and everything tasted just only class. The buffet is also tip but as it is written, the menus that could better taste something but still it is hard to beat, what you get when you and maybe we may come soon again and enjoy a holiday. Your employees are also sharp, nice and friendly, so how you want it as a guest.
Let me have a little note. As people with disabilities, one misses a car park.

Unfortunately just a bit too expensive.

You can give this hotel really just a very good rating. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food (HP) left hardly a wish. Was a pity only, that in the hotel's own "pizza pub" the guest even at 1:30 gave no rest. But otherwise, my wife and I was very satisfied and would make holiday in this hotel again.

I found it very, very nice I don't know why some so saumäßige reviews post. The food was unique and also the support from the staff. Adventure pool and wellness oasis were completely according to our ideas. The area was incredibly beautiful and the rooms on the State. For me, it was a unfergesslicher erholsammer holiday. I was with my friends for a weekend in the beautiful Ziller Valley in Hotel Kohlerhof. I liked it very much and can only recommend the hotel.

Hotel very nice, the food was very good and plentiful, waitress but sometimes very spitzfindisch in their statements. What us as FA. With child not liked, was our tolerance of views from the balcony. Without that we did it, we saw naked people on the outdoor of sauna, called, throughout the day. For us as a Nichtsaunagänger a funny sight. One evening we were very unfriendly referenced our beds by an employee, why not you told us it pictures were taken well apparently in the sauna. You can point out us friendly, instead it was loudly yelled at, we should look down from the balcony and not. Outraged not only us, the kind and wise, also André guests made air their anger. Rooms were very clean, it was cleaned every day.

The hotel tries to satisfy all sectors of a holiday, which is unfortunately not possible. Friendly rest and recreation, wellness, après ski, hiking hotel. That leaves not compatible and can be noticed upon arrival. On the balconies hung still the Blumenschmukc, ver-doerrt and unkempt, the Lady at the front desk seemed a stressed and overworked. The hotel is right next to the spieljochbahn cable car, what is a great Plauspunkt. The room was generous, but unfortunately the beds with slatted are equipped, but of tourists is uncomfortable mattresses and a chipboard, the balcony is not separated from the other rooms and in the wet we found no drinks, but a forgotten bottle of mineral water and mold. Also, glasses that we had taken in the evening with the rooms were not cleared away. Spa: Really nice, but too little resting places and very crowded.

My colleague and I spent four days / three nights in the Kohler yard. The first contact at the check-in was anything but friendly. We forgot the receipt at home. Instead of checking the card, we had to search an Internet station to hotel (was relatively old), two euro pay and send the confirmation email. The email at the reception was just arrived, they have given us the documents filled out on our name. It's a pity this not some kundenfreunlicher that had expired. Unfortunately, the food and the service was not very good. There was, for example, on three evenings of salmon. We connect Austria with hospitality. But here, unfortunately, it was not the case. To highlight the beautiful wellness area is however! The room was ok.

Huge problems occurred already on arrival, room was not free, key cannot be found. Single room very small and expensive. Room strongly not adjustable overheat. Loud music from the disco on the ground almost the entire night. Room Bill contained errors. At least 5 other guests complained to me that do not match the price / performance. The Spa is very nice.
