Mega hotel every star deserves. Food is 5 stars in my opinion, thanks to all the staff 1A. Happy again.

We were already there for the 2nd time for 4 days/3 nights. Value for money is unbeatable. Everything fits all round. All nice and friendly. Great relatively new spa. Many possibilities for excursions etc. Top food, beautiful terrace. We'll be back.

Amazing staff helpful and professional. Very good service and super clean rooms I feel like I been eating like the English queen during my stay especially New Years eaves menu was incredible. Love the saunas and the location. On Saturday and on New Years they had a local folk musician band that played for us it was such a pleasure. It really made a golden star in the experience for me. Thousands of thanks to the staff who made my stay perfect highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a week there. From the room to the nice staff to the insanely tasty food, everything is just right here. In addition, a very well-kept, cozy garden in which you can spend a lot of time to relax. I'm looking forward to the next stay. Perfect!

Beautifully designed hotel with a great SPA area. Lovingly designed to the last detail interior and landscaped hotel garden. Very nice and competent staff.

It's great. The food tastes great. There is even a playground, a pool and a large beautiful garden to play with. Not far from the Crystal is the spieljochbahn and the swimming pool.
I'm happy to come back. ❤

Super Hotel and that in Fügen. Was absolutely positively surprised. Was there professionally. If I get privately there only with "Ascension Aid" because everything there is steep.

I stayed here for 3 nights and liked it. Price/performance is right for me. The new spa area is well maintained, modern and clean. The rooms are clean, but something has come up in the years (carpeted floors, sanitary facilities from the 80s). The 90 cm bed in the single room (unfortunately no photos to find on website) is too small for me. The bed larger bed 200 cm, on the other hand, very comfortable. There were shampoo, liquid soap and body lotion ready in the bathroom. Each room has a spacious balcony. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was plain fare and fine. That the plates were cleared even before all finished, I felt a bit stressful.
I'd like to come back again. Thank you.

Lovely stay with very friendly staff and excellent food! The rooms are partly already in the years, but the new Spa area is gorgeous. To recommend also massage treatments in the case of Mrs Ildiko very much! We will come back!

Beautiful, large rooms in a relatively quiet location. The food leaves nothing to be desired. There is something for everyone. Sauna area is great, huge, with lots of relaxation rooms.

Crazy Getaway!
For the first time the location is fantastic for all skiers. Not only that the ski bus runs directly in front of the front door (and then also in a time clock, where you do not have to have a bad conscience, if you have taken a bit too much time for the delicious breakfast), there is also the ski resort add the alternative To drive in the same far away Zillertalarena. So for good skiers there are absolutely enough pistes, so it will not be boring.
Then for dinner. Both breakfast and dinner have earned my five star rating absolutely and I don't say that often. The breakfast buffet is varied and offers something for healthy and sporty days as well as for small sins;)
Just like dinner in a more stylish atmosphere (it is also asked for adequate wardrobe). In the afternoon there is a small snack. Both a salty buffet, as well as cakes and fruit, absolutely perfect after a long day of skiing when the legs hurt!
Rooms were modernly furnished, only the Wi-Fi connection unfortunately somewhat fickle, however, since I do not hold much of the mobile phone in the relaxing holiday, this did not stop and it is definitely not worth to lose a star.
Because this little shortcoming was definitely made up for by the professional service. I even received a prescription by mail on request (spinach dumplings to try in the evening!

Celebrated our wedding meal — the food (the absolute best rating! ), the operation of the Hotel and the property… just TOP! Highly recommended!
