Review of Haus Kristall 3*

We booked from far away Florida on very short notice. Resi (one of the owners) immediately responded with a very good rate. From the first minute of email contact we felt this was going to be a wonderful vacation… and it was. Resi gave us her What's app number and sent us pictures as winter was setting in. We were always in close contact. We had question as to restaurants which were open over Christmas and Resi took the time to research all of them and let us know. We arrived the night before Christmas eve and were greeted by her and her daughter who had AMAZINGLY put a Christmas tree into our apartment. We rented the apartment orange. It had EVERYTHING… not joking… EVERYTHING! We received information on Alpach and received a welcome Schnaps (the kids got candy). Again we felt we were a part of this lovely family. During our stay they asked if they could come buy to wish us a Merry Christmas. They left had a bottle of wine, delicious homemade christmas cookies and homemade cake on another day. WOW! Absolutely unbelievable. We want to move there. We met the entire family and all of them are such wonderful people. We felt happy being there every minute of our stay. The terrace was wonderful for reading a book for those that don't ski and again the apartment was immaculately clean and had everything your heart could desire. Resi and Family… We will be back for sure! We highly recommend this property to couples and families. The location is perfect, easy to reach and very close to "downtown" Alpbach. I will call you for our next booking soon!
