We had appartment for 2-3 people. Durring the night was outside — 15 degrees and in our bedroom was really cold-the appartment should have floorheating. We tried to discuss it many times with the staff, asked for an extra heater, no solution-they answered-it is warm enough, but the floor was cold. We tried to solve it trough booking-they were nice but the owner answered that everything works and temperature is ok. Sorry but there was really cold-because of big windows in the bedroom and floorheating not working at all. We used the heater from bathroom to warm the whole appartment. We were really dissapointed because of the behaviour of the owner. Never ever.
