Reviews of Abitare
We have been here twice for 1 week during winter season and enjoyed all the promisses the owners are making: central, but quiet location with great view and high comfort as one can expect from the high price. The appartement is best suited for 3 couples with each bedroom having a seperate bathroom. The drains in the showers are not working well and easily cause flooding. The lamps over the bed give poor light for reading. The kitchen has high quality equipment and is directly combined with a small dining and sitting area. There is an additional lounge next to the appartement which had to be shared with other guests and their children. This holds also true for the sauna which is very well kept. The architecture of the house is functional in a convincing minimalistic style using the same natural wood and stone all over. We liked the style very much. What we did not like at our second stay was the unfriendly and rigid behavior of the owners. They tried to charge us the full price (65€ per person and night) for two additional matresses and bedcloths when we had 2 friends visiting for 2 nights.
