Family owned and operated. Well located with flat 12 minute walk to town center and groceries. Clean, quiet when we were there in August. Reasonably priced, less than €80 per night. Maximum 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. Apartment F is one bedroom, two people max. Small kitchen with microwave and 2 burner cooktop big enough. Dishes and utensils good enough. Very nice balcony with view of mountains. Chinese restaurant 5 minute walk.
➜ Good apartment, perfectly clean, friendly hostess. But this place was chosen by the companies of motorcyclists, and from them the noise and stink of their toys. The house is gone.

Renate has one of the best well-appointed guesthouses we’ve experienced in Austria. Highly recommended for a homey stay in the Ötztal valley. She was very accommodating to our delay. Renate also speaks English very well, though it was nice to apply our German. You can also buy entry tickets to the Aqua Dome through her with a 5% discount compared to buying direct from the Therme. Getting was a quick few-minute drive or nice long walk in the valley.
