This was a great couples getaway. The spa was clean and so were the locker rooms. The restaurant was reasonably priced for being the only place to eat in the spa. My only grievance is that there were unsupervised children in every single pool. It was hard to relax with my fiancé with children insinuating anarchy in every pool. That can really take the relaxation out of a spa.

There's nothing to do. There is everything for absolutely all ages. The water part in the open air is simply gorgeous. Thermal water seems to be only in the middle bowl. The rest are chlorinated. For children in general a separate part, with slides, separate pools and fun. If you come separately, without coupons, the cost is about 60 euros for three. Nearby hotels give skidos to visit. I definitely recommend it.

Aqua Dome is a fantastic place, perfect for the warm or cooler weather with the varied temperature pools. Allows you to relax or have some fun with the wide variety of different pools some with jets and others with lie down areas that allow you to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A great area for kids (or adult kids ☺) with a few water slides. Would recommend for anyone.

Luxury spa complex and no less luxurious hotel. All at the highest level. Breakfasts and dinners exceeded all expectations. Separately, I would like to note a very decent wine list. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely return to you!

We came back for the second time and will be back. Great for the whole family, large children's area with entertainment, many swimming pools for all gusgi, large relaxation area with many saunas with high quality aufguss every hour or less. Recommended. We who move in camper we piaziamo in the nearby camping Otztal (beautiful) that also makes us tickets for the Aqua Dome with 10% discount.

The frame is beautiful, the view of the mountains around is at the same time beautiful and relaxing.
The only small mole is the passage to the "elevated" swimming pools that requires you to stay out of the water, outdoors, without any kind of heating (and it's not hot at all! ).

Top of the top. Great spa, hotel and restaurant. The rooms of the tree are very special and cared for in every detail. If you want to take a vacation without thinking about anything other than not having fun and relax this is the place. I recommend it to everyone, including families.

We didn't stay at hotel, but went to pools for a whole day. The price is 27 euro per person. This was super relax. Everything is clean, water temperature is ideal for a long stay in the pool, view is awesome.

The water area is great, but the food is aweful. Staff on the ticket office is nice, but the cooks are making you feel not welcome. Very sad.

There are 5 outdoor swimming pools (3 discs) 2 A "ground" (the one on the left is lukewarm on the right cold) two internal attached (right almost boiling on the left warm normal-lukewarm). Friendly staff, bathrobes served from the booked accommodation.

A nice hotel located in a valley, so you have a stunning view of the towering mountains surrounding the premise. The hotel have excellent facilities consisting of a big spa & pool area to a nice restaurant. I would say the clientele is more mature, ranging from couples, families and friends going on a relaxing spa vacation.

I have already written a review and I stay in my opinion that the Aqua Dome is a super hotel. The spa area has been renovated and there are 2 new slides for the children. The food at the hotel is still top notch and the staff very friendly. It's really fun to come back every time.

Very nice and welcoming structure a bit high prices but impeccable service.
The SPA is well equipped it is necessary to book with ample advance, the place is very frequented in the whole period autumn, winter and in spring.
It is a bit distant but the trip is worth it.

Very nice spas enclosed in a modern and functional structure, beautiful outdoor pools on 3 different levels, bathing with water at 35 ° and out a — 15 ° is to try (eye to cervical though). Water slides for the little ones and playroom.

So so nice, we had an day in the skiweek where we went to the Aqua Dome. This was so relaxing. We arrived around 10 there where a few people after an few hours it became croudy and a lot of people with cameras. Besides that we relaxed and enjoyed. Also the restaurant part had very nice food with good quality.

Very relaxing place, well organized and neat. The sauna world is perfect and stars view among the hills from the outside pools is stunning.

Hotel spa spectacular and huge rodedor of the Tyrolean mountains. Nudist area, saunas, giminasio, cross-country skiing, outdoor pools, indoor, kids area, nursery school, cross-country skiing…

We stayed in winter 2017 — 18 there, outside it was really cold and we had it warm in the outdoor pools. Indoors It is also pleasantly warm, the changing area is significantly cooler and you can get dressed and blow-dry without a heat stroke. It is great that the children's area is equipped with reclining areas and retracts, so that small children can come to rest. Small side effect: The adult area is free from children's shouts…

The hotel and the thermal baths have a dream location. It's all very clean. The drinks in the room are free of charge. I find this a good service. Only the reception staff is not perfect. Otherwise absolutely recommended.

One of the most beautiful spas I have ever visited. Entrance swimming pools Plus saunas 48 euros throughout the day absolutely well spent. Very good also the restaurant inside. Also the valley is gorgeous!

A great place to relax in the ötztal. The spa is very clean and modern. It offers not only a lot of space to relax, but also the children a separate area in which there are also two great slides (which can also be used as an adult).
Great are the outdoor pools or The three bowls that are on a small tower. From there, the mountain panorama can be admired in good weather and the stars at night.
The price level is good and justification for the offer. The food is a bit more expensive — as often in baths — than in the restaurant or at home, yet still in the normal area.

Absolutely to visit.
These spas are huge, they have two indoor pools, two outside plus three outdoor tanks of hot water (a normal, a sulphur and a salt) reachable through a pyramid that at night lights up.
There is also a children's area with another pool and two melts.
Finally there is another huge area with saunas pools and Turkish baths of all kinds. To access it is necessary to pay extra.
Inside there is a restaurant and relaxation areas with water beds as well as numerous free sunbeds.

The venue consists of a hotel with restaurant, a pool area and a spa area with multiple saunas. This review only considers the pool area: There is a moderate size indoor area and a large outdoor area with multiple pools. Even when there are many people, it doesn't feel overcrowded. You will usually find that there are many couples there enjoying their time together. There is a free of charge parking garage. My last visit was on a Friday night. It was quite full, so me and my girlfriend had to share a locker (usually everybody gets their own). But since the lockers are large enough, that wasn’t a problem. We received a free voucher for champagne and had dinner at the all you can eat buffet. We paid €9, 50 per person for the buffet (excl. Drinks), where spare ribs, chicken wings, various sauces, potato wedges, vegetables, etc. Were offered. The quality of the food was only OK but good enough for the relatively cheap price. We enjoyed the live music which was played in the restaurant. It was possible to buy cocktails at the bar and take them with you into the pool. I really recommend the aqua dome for couples to spend some nice and relaxed hours. There are no slides etc. So don’t expect action and excitement.

I only tried the thermal pools and they are very impressive. I recommend to go during the day to admire the surrounding landscape. Entrance to the swimming pools €25 x 3ore There may be, but €9 x rent a Bathrobe No… it's a steal! Bring home towel and bathrobe, I recommend!

Great place to relax.

If your going for the basic 3 hr thermal bath, think twice. Our family were all rather underwhelmed. Bathing in a diluted potty is not my idea of fun and at the end of the day with no exclusively adult spaces if there were they're not respected means that with many toddlers enjoying the bubbles it's no doubt what your getting. Yuk. A bit of a dash to any area when a jacuzzi or water fountain was switched on, relaxing it's not. Part with a 70 euros and maybe the ambience changes but for £25 not so great.

It was my second time in Aqua Dome, but the first time in their hotel. The place is won for people who want to relax and enjoy the natural. The service couldn't be better, the waiters and waitresses were so kind! The food was amazing, everything perfect!

Pillows were meh, but everything else is solid 4-star resort/hotel. Will come back for sure (with our own pillows)

Spectacular, beautiful view, pricey.

A good alternative to apres ski. The spa area is too big and uncomfortable (to my liking). You need a card at 1. To find the sauna, 2. Then run forever to reach this sauna still. On the way, it's quite cold in the winter — 25c. Restaurant is perfect. Infusions occur every hour and are fun and positively performed. We've done three times. The swimming pools above (the cups) are poorly reachable in the sense that you have to walk up the stairs at the frost. Was cold and slippery again. Voluntarily I will never go there again. But once was interesting.

Beautiful thermal baths a place to relax. In the evening under the starry sky in the floating pool just swim nicely. In winter when you want to go to the hovering basin it becomes relatively cold. Cleanliness, nothing to be desired. Top maintained spa. It is also worth the price of admission.

Always great for relax. But not only for relaxing there is a lot here, also the fitness Center Summit striker offers especially much offer. Especially Zumba is recommended. Back to the spa itself: there are many different pools and it will not get boring quickly. If you want to have it quite quiet, the resting room is perfect for switching off. The view of the mountains is great and contributes to a wonderful atmosphere.
Definitely highly recommended also with children.

Nice spa, really nice big rooms in the hotel. A dinner in a buffet style — that didn't get me off the stool now, I would have expected more, but it is known to be a matter of taste. The food offered to the rest of the hotel in my opinion is not fair… Therefore 4 stars of mine. With a good offer I would like to come back for a spa weekend. Staff very friendly.

One of the best locations in Austria. We are on our honeymoon, we really wanted to get a room but the hotel was fully booked. So we took a night in a nearby hotel and walk to the aqua dom. You get a chip that register all your purchases and movement then you pay at the end, which is great! We set in the outside warmed pools, and ordered great cocktails. Went to the restaurant and eat all you can eat BBQ. Then we relaxed one more time in the inner pools. If you are in the area, don’t miss it! Its a must do! Its cost 20.50 euro for evening ticket. And the cocktail are 7.50 euro. Worth every cent!

A spa industry. Too many people. Cmq kept in an exemplary way for cleaning and organization. The new children's area Noah's Ark is very disappointing. For kids it's better. Fabulous the famous outdoor hot tubs, the ticket goes only for that, but go out of season or in the morning to enjoy to the best.

Crowded, too many people reserving beds and not using them, more expensive than other regional thermes.

I find the Aqua Dome very nice. I was there swimming point the swimming pool is brand new made relatively clean and has two slides: a family slide and a very steep. It is well signposted and has a very nice ambiance. It is relatively easy to reach and easily recognizable from afar. The staff is very nice. The staff in the swimming pool restaurant where we ate an ice cream was pretty much well…

My girlfriend and I spent three hours in these spas. On arrival a lady at the front desk gave us only one bracelet and we asked about it but she just said ' go and pay outside, the entrance is 21. €50 (€1 discount for students). Too bad we went first in the pools (2 you know inside that outside with some mini pools) and then convinced we walked into the saunaword where there is no sign and no one warned us they are not included in the price. It's all nice. In itself it is nice but we felt teased when at the exit we paid €72 in two without anyone to warn us in the plus for the entrance to the sauna which, among other things, does not allow you access to spa3000 and other rooms.

For years we spend a little holiday at the Aqua Dome and we have always enjoyed everything but this year we were a little disappointed by the dinner and the service in the restaurant. We went to dinner at 8pm. 30 and the buffet of the first dishes was almost finished not to mention the poor quality. The seconds were not as sublime as usual. And the staff careless and in a hurry to finish the service.

Spa centre with 4 star superior hotel annex. Room style alpin beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the mini bar is free and restocked daily. Good dinner and breakfast Buffet is amazing. With the bracelet that opens the door to the room you can make use of the garage and access to the spa via an underground tunnel. The hotel guests are allowed access to the sauna welt and to the spa3000, which is reserved exclusively for the guests (attention, access to these areas permitted more than 15 years and without a costume). In the room there is a bag with towels for the spa, robes and flip flops, if they were not the correct size you can change at the reception. Wonderful spa, with three outdoor swimming pools to the fungus. Wonderful saunas, in which memory is accessed in the nude with the towel. You can access the thermal baths and the saunas, but not to the spa3000, even on the day of departure, after having freed the room and taking advantage of a dedicated dressing room with wardrobe. To those who leave the hotel you are given a donut cake in tribute. Not cheap, but worth every penny spent.

It is the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The outdoor pools at the side of the trees are a pass. The rest of facilities 10. The changing rooms and lockers are very comfortable and practical.

If you'll be in the area, visit it. Very relaxing for us, enjoying very much. We liked it.

Absolutely the top. Courtesy, relaxation, excellent food and a fabulous spa. The structure is beautiful and cared for in detail with a wise use of materials. Framed in a beautiful landscape this complex offers you a wonderful holiday in the wellness and Pampers you all round. Recommended to families. I hope to go back soon.

Swimming pool really nice with a really beautiful setting however the price is exorbitant. €45 for 2 people for just 3 hours.

We got in for free with the Ötztal-Card. Place is a great Water resort, with some nice Options for relaxing. I didn't visit the Sauna or Spa areas. Place is on the expensive side though, if you have to pay for it.

It was my second time here (for the first visit three years ago I would give no more than a single star! ). Great location, relatively new facilities, comfortable complex of saunas and pools. When not over fulled then very and very relaxing.

It is perfect! All the details… Very clean. In the room were the dressing gowns and flip flops for each one of the family and for the little ones too. Well-set leg the children and with the comfort of a true spa. Being my birthday I presented a cake in the breakfast. Super satisfied, the panoramic view of the alps left me thrilled! We will come back soon!

Very large thermal center. It is necessary to walk a lot between swimming pools and saunas. Little clock, little orientation card.

The room is very good although we left a park-crib and we were only going 2 adults, the spa is great but I have missed more jacuzzi, and hydrotherapy. On the other hand no one warns you that the second floor of the spa as well as the sauna area of the ground floor is necessarily nudist, not being able to make use of it if it is not that way. I don't do valuation on this but I think it would be interesting to know. In terms of the food, the breakfast very good, dinner on the contrary, it could be defined as insipid in addition to that it seems to me to be in bad taste to charge the drink at dinner when you have hired half board, I think it would be better to charge 15 euros more for the room and not charge 10 euros for 2 bottles of water at dinner. In reception there is a sr who speaks English and is very attentive. Even with the flaws mentioned is a highly recommended destination.

Been there multiple times, and always enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and really nicely equipped with full wood furniture, staff is attentive, and the restaurant serves really great food. Nice, but pricey, wine selection, that caters for any taste. Service in the restaurant can be slow times. The spa and sauna area doesn't have any equals anywhere in the region. It is just awesome — different saunas with guided 'Aufguss' every hour, which are utterly enjoyable, and really nice pools and children areas.

We were so warmly received in welcoming, the rooms were wonderful, the wellness area is unique and the personal leadership of Benjamin was so welcome. The food and the staff very good and we felt completely well. Came from the Texas on a backpacking trip across Austria to Switzerland. We stopped here to enjoy a nice rest day and soak in the water. The hotel was nothing but amazing. The staff was so accommodating to our requests. The 5 course dinner was superb. It was worth every penny. Now note, yes the spa is co-gender and nude. Which would be a surprise to most Americans. If you can't deal with that then this probably isn't the place for you. If you can get over that you'll have an amazing experience and leave happy and relaxed.

The last holiday we was in a 5 star hotel. That was topped again here in the 4-star hotel. The price is in order, because many things including. Already on arrival there is what to the drink, the drinks in the hotel room are inclusive, if you something not like bicycles will prompt it reacts with helmet and lock to it anyway. The staff on the personal characteristics of the guests adjusts after two or three days. Three things were improving. 1. For laktoseintollerante guests, there could be more selection of cheeses (or the name that it is lactose-free) and the representation for the herbal steam bath has come three times a little too late while this normally competent staff was always Super on time. 3000 spa bath with sulphur water without chlorine, you can refill each time — (the source is there already) — would be beneficial. We were in the hotel for 4 days and every single day was absolutely amazing. Whether it's the food, the service or the bathing and wellness area. It's all very pleasant! Our kids had a huge fun to slide and co. Hotel is a different League in relation to other 4star hotels I know!

Principally nice hotel rooms. Quality dinner only moderate price tag doesn't match (2 double rooms for 2 small children (3 & 4 years) & 2 ERW. 1400 euros for 2 nights). Reception at reception poor — no luggage service no rooms, or hotel management offered. The remaining bathing area is very busy SPA 3000 very beautiful — on the other hand, bit schmudlig because external guests — we then scattered at lunch again have taken, or do not comply with the dress rule (…) I want to see a naked male torso at dinner…) — was unfortunately tolerated by the staff.
The quality of the staff at dinner is partially different. The young lady that has accompanied us on two evenings (blond hair in costume) is very professional, service-oriented and has a healthy amount of humor. As the chef de service/sommelier and also younger colleague (also, sommelier) — be both smart and very service-oriented. Compliment. We were 11 years ago, shortly after the opening for the first time at the Aqua Dome and enthusiastic. We have a wellness weekend with 8 women experienced in the Aqua Dome hotel.
The room, the Spa3000 area as well as the culinary have completely convinced us. (more about this in the individual experience reports)
What did however not like us and has led to this point deduction (which would be almost 2 points) is the following:
On the day of departure the Spa further used for 14Euro, but not on the day of arrival or the day of departure we were told that the Spa3000 (the absolutely most beautiful area) is no longer included on the day of departure. So we have saved in vain individual areas of the Spa3000 for Sunday (herb Pack, etc. ). The spa and the sauna area is completely crowded on weekends and do not compare with the "hotel zone".
When you check out the evening was then told us: "with"Late Checkout"would use the Spa3000 yet. " This was of course more than annoying, because had we known that, we would have used the late-checkout for 40Euro.
Which would actually lead to the 2nd stage trigger, was the day clothes, which still use the spa for guests of the hotel as the wardrobe. This was 1 not 4 star worthy-S, because it is simply a large locker room. 2. It was a stay as he is in the book. Casual arrival, very warm welcome and wellness at its best. Grad just the way you like it. The all evening supplies were culinary delights. For every taste something on the map. As a real feature, there was a choice of non-alcoholic wines. Yes! One says it does not believe it or not. Delicious wines in white and red. Let's not forget here the criticism before loud adulation. The hotel Aqua Dome is a four star SUPERIOR hotel. It befits the courtesy and etiquette, then one evening your way is. We have seen our 4th stay at the Aqua Dome very ambivalent. As a once very large Aqua Dome fans we consider after this stay, whether wide travel in the future for us still in question comes. We were always pleased with the spa-with the culinary not. When a hotel in reasonable time and for the same season by almost a third raises its prices and charged €207 per person for a double room, everything to be top. We go there to enjoy the hospitality and cuisine to Tyrol. Tyrolean cuisine was not far and wide to find. Food such as skate wings, black tiger shrimp or foie gras sound great, looked good and tasted like diet. The food was crude and tasteless prepared. Also the Kaiser Schmarrn and the grilled Topfenpalatschinken were completely unsuccessful. Ready sauces (vanilla/chocolate) expects the Chinese around the corner and the grilled vegetables at breakfast was a bunch of lying in moisture. For us, the impression has arisen that one takes into account the clientele (many guests from the former Soviet bloc) changed in the last few years. For "Schikimikiessen" we don't need to in the Ötztal Valley to drive. Also the very dominant share of Hungarian staff that although polite but the German language was not always quite powerful, didn't like us in Tyrol.

With 4 Nights, we were able to find in 3 days of real rest and relaxation in the fantastic Spa facility and were able to enjoy several treatments in the Beauty Spa. Particularly important for us is the friendly atmosphere in all areas. Compliments to your entire staff. The generous presence of mineralized water and fresh tea, as well as the supply in the refrigerator for our health and helps on the jumps. The Mozart balls you could omit. The Apples are super. The food is excellent, the only in the Morning, a more sophisticated selection of cheese would be great. The cheese buffet in the evening is very versatile. As a Swiss I would like to go to Breakfast. Maybe the can make.

2 days off, first day in the SPA 3000 is nice and quiet and great variety with the best recovery. The dinner and Breakfast is always a treat. Of pure friendliness. Second day in the sauna landscape, various saunas and a very fine variety. Especially 2 infusions left us with Saunachoach Rick in memory. The infusions could be in the sauna visits are always a Highlight because, if anything, an increase is still possible. Otherwise, 2 days relaxing at the highest level.

We have been pleased in advance of the stay, our expectations were more than fulfilled! It has been a very, very good! Simply the best class from the rooms over the Spa to the food. The stay with us for a long time in good memory. We will come back, probably the best compliment you can make.

Total waste of time and money. No jacuzzi. Men and women naked in sauna — some really horrible to experience for American. How cheap you need to be to charge 6 euro per towel? Are you serious? No plastic bags for wet swimming suit. Do not go there!

The location is excellent, all at altitude. Recommend.

Worth a visit, even if you here an hour commute.

Exceeded my expectation in every way. — The only negative thing was that by the time we finished dinner some of the deserts were no longer available, but hey… probably they were just a bit too delicious ;-)

The outside swimming area is amazing.

Incredible hotel! Highly recommend. Breakfasts and Dinners: 5 stars. I stayed here in March. It was a Birthday gift from my lovely husband, to fly from Miami, Florida to the Aqua Dome, Austria. At the airport we find out, that Lufthansa flight was cancelled during the strike, but we get to the hotel… Our luggage was missing, and hotel front desk staff was VERY helpful to figure out and updating us with all details along the way, until we received our luggage. The room was beautiful and comforting with all the amenities. It was upper floor and fabulous. Very spacious, with a lovely balcony and a fantastic view of valley and mountains from our desk and bed. This is the kind of hotel and spa that cares about making people feel special. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, clean place to stay with amazing people and amenities. We had a great time here and I intend to come back to spend more days in Aqua Dome. Thank you!

Gorgeous place! Be close and not to visit Aqua House is unthinkable!
