We can recommend the Hotel on each case. Beautiful location, great starting point for hikes, super nice staff, the Breakfast and dinner were very good, Spa area is also very nice and with the inclusive Ötztal Premium Card you can in the entire Ötztal valley buses, cable cars and many other Highlights.

We are for the second Time in this ski resort, and for the first Time in the Laurin Alps hotel. — very friendly Service

We had a great stay at this hotel! Very friendly staff, amazing kitchen team who delivered a delicious supper every night! kids friendly and cosy atmosphere.

Magnificent views of mountains with glacial ice. The toilet has a soap dispenser. Kitchen of 13 — 17 are closed. There is, therefore, neither ice nor different. Cafe on stainless steel tray
Cups mur to half of vending machine is filled/debt, let alone a biscuit in.

Tollr views of the Alpine panorama. The Restaurant, the staff and the food are very good. It is not a star kitchen, but good quality and beautifully done. Coffee and Cocktails are, unfortunately, rather mediocre. The rooms have their best times behind itself. Heating at 5°C outside temperature would also have been nice. This can only be taken in consultation with the hotel Manager.

A very good *** Hotel. The staff is nice and very helpful. The ambience is appealing and the location is Top. And the virtually star cuisine of the hotel.

The only refreshment stop on our Tour. The first impression is really good, but since we were the only guests something spookie… food was delicious and the Service good.

Super Hotel. Beautiful Area. Staff very nice and courteous. Would anytime again there vacation. Price performance is right. Fresh and Regional products.

I have just returned from spending 6 wonderful days in this beautiful part of the world. We have started to learn to ski in the most amazing place with instructors that Sandra arranged for us, who were fantastic. The hotel is lovely. I know they have done a lot of renovation and upgrading over the last couple of years and it equals any of the top hotels I have stayed in. The staff at the hotel are warm, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. New year the hotel payed on a party and fireworks which were fantastic and It was a privilege to see in 2018 with them all. I feel we will be returning for many years to come.

Update: It's getting nicer! Now the bar area has been renovated! The small sofas are super comfortable and cosy and all the places have a view of the fireplace! And there is also a fantastic view into the valley. Really terrific! The décor is very beautiful and tasteful
Nice hotel, friendly staff, great views and not as expensive as other hotels in the village. However, I would not recommend the cheapest room category (not renovated). Cleanliness is guaranteed everywhere. Food tastes very good, usually 5 courses, at the main course you can choose between 2 dishes.

The location of the hotel is super! The newly renovated area is an absolute dream. The staff is always very friendly — special mention to the Manager is specifically in regards to the kitchen — very accommodating and nice.

This hotel have the most beautifull view in Hochgurgl! Great staff and lovely atmosfere.

View to kill, waiters inefficient and not pro-active in customer engagement.

Good value for money. Dinner was nice, breakfast decent, not overwhelming though. All in all certainly a good accommodation where staff speaks a variety of languages.

Our vacation in the Hotel tends, unfortunately, to the end, and yet, I would like to give it a rating … the location of the hotel, you need lose no words … she is gorgeous! I would like to comment on the Team at the hotel … because of this great Team makes this Hotel the, we have felt day in and day out — terrific! … My wife can't eat any wheat products … we have asked and immediately was concerned for you wheat — free bread for us, that is top class. Whether at the reception or in the Restaurant, on any questions or requests thank you was friendly and immediately made. A big thank you goes to the service staff in the Restaurant, you are the Hammer. But also the kitchen Crew should be mentioned. Although I myself is very picky with the food bin, you have done it, I delicious every day with the absolute and varied food full and satisfied in the room could go. So delicious as in this Hotel I haven't eaten in a long time! Also, the room Crew has made a great Job, our room was always thoroughly clean, Thank you for your great work. Finally, a thank you to the reception … whether boss or Boss or employee … all of them were always mega friendly and with every question very helpful. This Hotel and I would recommend to anyone … Thank you for the nice time with you.
